Okay, since Proboards was being a pain in our butts with the conversion, I decided to redo the application to make it look nice. And here it is:

Gender: Male or female
Species:
Faction: X-Men, Avenger, Unaffiliated, Brotherhood, etc. Be sure to check the bans area!
Orientation: Heterosexual, homosexual, and so on...
Occupation: If any, it's clear that a five year old might not be able to work.
Play By:
Over all Personality: Here you can be really detailed. We want 1 1/2 paragraphs for the information. You can talk about how your character acts or how they deal with problems when they come their way. Be sure to add a few likes and dislikes if you want.
Over all Appearance: Here you can be really detailed. We're looking for 1 and 1/2 paragraphs on the needed info here. You can include skin type, anything they put in their hair, or even what they wear.
Anything else: Additional information like scars, tattoos?
Items: Any items that they hold on them all times?
Skills: Does your character know anything like Fighting, martial arts, or fire arms expert?
Powers: All their powers belong here. Remember they MUST be linked. It'd be kind of weird to have a power out of place.
Weaknesses: Weaknesses, for every power they should at least have a weakness for it. We are not accepting any super powerful member unless they're an omega. You better give a good reason why they're very strong, or we won't accept it until this area has been filled out. If you have three powers, you should have three weaknesses, as simple as that.
