Please note that these rules are due to change. Also by making an account, creating a character, that you abide and have accepted these rules and will follow them. The staff will have no tolerance to anyone, if any of these rules are broken.
1) Keep it PG-13: Hopefully everyone knows what keeping it at PG-13 means by now. It means that we can not have graphical or bloody moments on the boards. Seriously, we don't need to know how someone died a horrible and gory death. If the admin or mods findout that some of the boards have this on other roleplays it will result in a few days suspention. And if it continues a good ban from the site.
2) Respect. Simple and easy, respect the other members of the site. If it's staff or other members who are just looking for a roleplay. This means that you can not harrass them with text messages or even with Pms. Or call them names or anything such as fighting amongst yourselves in the chat boxes or even in pms. We won't tolerate this and ban you from the site.
3) No Word Count. The no word count should be a privelage that we do not want to see disappear. Though that means that we aren't looking for two sentences or one sentence roleplays that will not help the other roleplayer who wants to join your forum or roleplay with you. If we see this happening on one of the forums we will lock the thread and hault roleplaying until the user makes more of a count in their posting.
4) Characters. You can have as many characters you desire as long as you give attention to them all, even if this means logging in their accounts once a day and checking all PMs. This means we're at least glad that you're making an attempt to come on the forum and check everything out. As for setting them up, it really doesn't matter what style you do. You can have them all on one account (But seriously, please tell us in your roleplays, so we don't get confused or are unsure of who you're using by placing the name of the character on the top of the page). Or you could do it the other way by having multiple accounts with one character per it. We won't mind at all.
*Canons and Originals -Canons and Originals are allowed in this site. If you want to make either of them feel free too. However some of them are heavily important to some of the plots. So if you do want to make this character be sure to use it.
*Applications-Applications are a big thing to starting out on the site. We have a time limit though since we see this happen far too often. If you really want to roleplay with the site, we ask that you put up an application as fast as you can, or have time to do it. However if you can not do this and wish to leave your application up for later, we will grant you one and a half weeks before the character is placed into Limbo. The reason for this is we simply do not want our forum cluttered with so many unused characters.
*Face Claims-Due to so many questions and inquiring I thought an area for this was needed. When it comes to FCs characters can have real celebrities, one from a character generator, drawn by yourself or someone else, or one from an anime. Though do note if you do use one made by someone else please be sure to give credit to that artist unless it was a commissioned by someone or done by a friend. Also there are some animes that are...well not always PG-13, so if you do want a character from a certain anime please be sure it's appropriate and follows the forum PG-13 rules and Proboards Terms of Service.
5) No God Moding or Powerplaying: God Moding and Powerplaying are a no-no here. That means that we do not want other characters controlling others, even in the means of their powers.
6) Minimum Swearing: We allow your characters or even yourself to swear on occasions. But please, try not to go over board with this. It will be annoying and get even to the point of harrassment if we hear someone swearing every other word. So we're letting it go to a minimum amount. Just try not to over use it too much or you'll get a warning from the staff members.
7) Character Relationships-So we know this isn't set in stone for most forums. Same goes for here. An OC and Canon can be together or related but it has to be within reason. This meaning that you must have a reasonable explanation of how an OC might be related to a certain canon, whether it be nephew, niece, son, daughter,etc. Though we are lenient with this we may eventually put a ban on certain things to even some things. Also make sure you PM members who play those certain characters and make sure they are fine with it since they are the ones who have a final say.
8) Absolutely no character crossovers. We do not want to see a Naruto or even a Bella Swan from other sites wandering around here (That means other super heroes like DC comics too). If you want a vampire you have to abide by the way that Marvel has made them. No one wants to see a shiny Edward Cullen wandering around the site either. So if we see this happening we'll automatically deny your character and you'll have to restart it.
