• Personality: Neila is a rebel in every meaning of the word, she hates being told what to do. She rather just do her own thing and have fun, she often likes to play mean pranks and laugh when people fall into them. When it comes to most things Neila is fearless, would do things most people would never do. In a way Neila laughs at Danger. Neila does not really care what people think of her, and just does whatever the heck she wants.
  
  But that can get her into trouble and things that are way over her head. When that happens she does things more carefully. Though besides being a hot head and a bit of a dare devil Neila can have a good side. If someone is in trouble she will jump in to help. though mostly its just to have a good fight. Unlike most Mutants she loves her powers and likes to use them. For her, her powers made her a somebody. And she was born with them why be fearful and hide them? No her powers are a part of who she is and if anyone had issues with that they would just have to deal with it.

  Neila stands to be 5'5 and weighs about 130. She had short wavy red hair that go's to her shoulder's. She is often seen wearing a green tang top and jean shorts. Sometimes she may be wearing shoes but she prefers to go bear foot. Her eyes are a emerald green that seem to perice right through people when she looks at them. Her skin tone is normal as she never really tans but does stay out in the sun a lot. Neila also has fire tattoos going up both arms and her legs starting from her ankle to her knees.

• Powers: Neila can bend fire at will. Ether fire that is around her or she makes it from her body. She can throw fire balls or shoot off flame throwers. Though she has to be able to focus for the flamethower. Though the longest she can use the flame thrower is a few minutes at a time.
  
• Weaknesses: Water, water will stop her powers every time. And if she gets soaked she will be unable to use her powers unless there is fire somewhere around her. If not she is helpless till she can get dry. And she can only control her powers as long as she has focus. If she losses that her fire will run wild.
  
• Skills: Neila prefers long ranged attacks with her powers but has learned hand to hand combat if things go bad. Though sometimes she will use a weapon like a pocket knife.
  
  
• History:
  Even at a very young age Nelia was a very strong willed child, her parents had a very hard time getting to behave and do what they wanted her to. And it just got worse as she grew older. But then it happened, at the age of 13 her powers started to show. When she got angry things around her would start to burn. Still one day she was having a huge a agreement with her parents. Neila's temper started to rage and then fire en-golfed her body. This shocked Neila and having no control at that time fire spreaded to the house. Within minutes the house was on fire. Thankfully Neila's parents where able to get out, alive but they where also burned.
  
  Now fearing their daughter they felt like that had no choice but to let the police take her. But Neila was not going to be taken without a fight. When they tried to take her away Neila en-golfed herself in flames making the police back off. She then threw a few fire balls at them before running off. After running for who knew how long she found a old building to hid in. Once inside she sat there only to noticed her clothes where badly burned. So that same night Neila broke into a clothes store and took anything she could carry. Well she could not keep getting new clothes each time she used her powers.. After that Nelia started to work with her powers in hopes she could get to the point she could use her powers without burning her clothes each time.
  
  from then on Neila was always on the move in New york, never staying in one place very long due to the police and Mutant catchers trying to get her. But did she let this stop her from using her powers? No, she used her powers where ever and whenever she wanted. Why should she hide who she is? Her powers are a part of her so she did not care of normal people feared her. Though she soon she found out she had more the just the cops to deal with.
  
  Two different groups where now coming to her. One called the X-men and the other the brother hood. The X-men came first, they told her about a school where she could go to work on her powers and learn how to use them to help people and that it was full of Mutants like her. Now most would most likely would go with them. But all Neila heard was, school... That meant rules and teachers telling you what to do. That did not like something she wanted to. Neila wanted to be free and do whatever the heck she wanted. School is nothing but rules rules and more rules.
  
  So Neila bluntly turned them down, and to her surprise they did not try to push her to join after she said no. But said if she changed her mind she would be always welcome. Well that was the first time someone did not try to force her to do something. She could respect that but she still did not want to join them. After that Neila went on with her life stealing when she had to and fighting off anyone who wanted to mess with her. Though one day another group called the brother hood this time. They told her their pitch but again it did not sound like her idea of fun. So she bluntly told them no. But unlike the X-men they did not leave her alone. They left but kept coming back bugging her to join. After a while Nelia got used it but just kept giving them the same answer.
  
  One day in the lower part of the city a large house had caught on fire and the firemen where having issues getting it under control. Neila came to the sean and just watched. But then she heard a woman screaming her baby was still in the burning building. But the fire fighters could do nothing. Neila may not care for people but she could not just stand there and let a baby die. Neila then ran into the building much to the shock and dismay of the fire fighters. Once inside Neila started to look for the baby. She did not worry about the fire for she knew she could never be burned. But the smoke still could get to her.
  
  Coughing Neila made her way through the house and heard the sounds of the baby crying. She then followed the sound till she found the kid. She then picked up the baby in her arms and started to make her way out. It took a few minutes but she was able to get outside again and next thing she knew the firefighters where all around her taking the baby from her and started to make sure she was alright. She told them she was and got away from them. Well that was fun... Not like she wanted to do that again though any time soon...
