Complacations.(Avengers,Open)

Tony was obviously in one of the places that you'd expect him for the day. He had been doing some work in his workshop on some new suits, nothing surprising there that seemed out of the ordinary. As he continued to work on a blueprint model his identicard vibrated in his pocket as he took it out, somewhat surprised on who it was that had called out for help. It was James. "Trouble in Japan already? He almost made it through the week without having me to worry about him." Tony said as he accessed the communicator between the two, "Heay kid I'm coming for help, think you can hang on long enough for me to change into my suit and fly all the way there?" He asked knowing he wasn't as fast as some of the other heroes that were in the Avengers but he'd be there before troube really started to fall towards James. Soon he got a call from Pietro on the other line.

"I heard what was going on Tony from what it looks like James is going to need all the help he can get, and fast. Luckily fast is my middle name." Pietro said as he was starting to sound better than at least a week ago. A week ago Pietro had fallen to an injury that his father hit him with earlier. It dampened the speedster's spirit but it looked like Quicksilver had pretty much come out of it now. But his wounds were still healing so he had to wear temporary bandages at the time. Still, Pietro wanted to use this opportunity to get out of the base and actually help the Avengers. He was tired of just sitting around all day, it was boring. Especially for a speedster like himself.

"That's the Pietro I know. Pietro I'll meet you there soon as well, knowing you you'll be there in a split second." Tony said as he paused and stepped into an area where his own Ironman armor started to work on him as the parts shifted in the correct direction. They were being put on him by robotic like hands and continued to put them on and correctly in place as Tony's armor began to make its appearance around him. Then all was left was his helmet as he placed that down over his head, and the eyes in his armor and as well as his chest lit up a bright red. But there was something different looking about his armor that the others would take notice, a couple of months back Tony had recently redone the paint job on his armor so now it was black and gold instead of gold and red. It seemed that there was time for a change in the golden avenger. As Tony had his armor placed on him a blue blur disappeared from the building as he could tell Pietro was already off towards Japan and beat him there without trying. Once Tony was ready he shot off into the air after the speedster, it'd take him a bit longer to arrive unfortunately.

It only took Pietro a couple of seconds as he raced across the sea towards Japan and started to encounter the small island like it was nothing. As he arrived to where the two Ironman were already fighting he was surprised to see this. "Woah there will be three ironmans? This is so....cool and strange at the same time. None the less I can't leave James behind." Pietro said as he came out into the open in a blurr. "Heay buddy I've got some bad news for you, for stealing Tony's armor he's already in a bad mood and guess who's going to get that anger from him? You!" Pietro said as he sped forward ready to aim a sharp punch at Dio's right shoulder, no doubt if he hit it, it was going to leave a heavy dent or at least do some damage so it wouldn't work all that well.

Yuki had been doing some paper work when all the chaos happened, she used her powers to listen in and she did not like what she heard. As all the others rushed off her mind raced with rather she should help or not. For her powers would be of great help when it came to taking down the stolen suit and the other robots. Though if she did do this the world would know she is a technopath and worst of all SHEILD... Yuki closed her eyes tightly and slammed her fist onto her desk and stood up. " Jarvis, I'm going to... And don't try and stop me you know what I can do. Though first I have to run home..." Yuki said as she then made her way out of the building, with Lucky right behind her. Once out side Yuki took out a cube throwing it and used her powers to make it unfold into a hover scooter. She and Lucky hopped on and flew to her house.


With in minutes she was there and went in, she then made her way down to the basement and went right for one of her inventions. Though she may have been trying to hide from the world she did not stop working on her powers. So she made many things she knew the government would love to get their hands on... One of them was a teleporter. "Lucky I want you to stay here ok? I don't want you to get hurt." Yuki said to her robot dog. Lucky knew there was no fighting her on this one and just nodded, before turning on the teleporter Yuki grabbed a few guns she had made herself and went back to the teleporter turning it on with her powers. And soon she found herself in japan near the battle Yuki then got herself closer trying to remain hidden, once she got closer she then focused on the robots and the stolen Ironman suit. She may not be able to take them over right away but as she tried they would start to glitch out and not work right. And soon the robots would start having trouble as well as the stolen Ironman suit.

Several Avengers were starting to leave the base and he could sense it. Each one of them told him they were leaving as he kept track of most of the jobs that happened day in and day out at Stark Industries. Honestly, where was Tony going to be if he didn't have Jarvis with him all the time? Probably lost and confused. None the less he did his job as he reported back to the two Avengers, the first one was Hope, "Understood Ms Hope, I will keep a secret for you." Jarvis said although Jarvis kept secrets it was hard hiding everything from Tony. He was after all the one who made him, and Tony knew Jarvis the best compared to most people that where there. It wasn't surprising since Tony created him in the first place.

Then at just about the same time, Yuki was starting to leave and to head towards where the distress signal had happened. "I know you're a technopath, Ms. Yuki attempting to harm you would be certainly dangerous. I also understand Tony wouldn't like it either if I did that. I will also keep an eye on Lucky to make sure that he doesn't cause any trouble while you're gone." The computer said though it was a partial joke it is some times rather difficult to figure it out. He trusted that Lucky wouldn't do anything rash or harsh while Yuki was away. If something did happen while Yuki was away, Jarvis was going to be one of the first ones to find out about it.


Quicksilver now realized that he had the attention of one of the Simgas as he glanced back behind him to see that it was still following. "Oh today's a bad day to mess with a speedster, that's for sure." He said but it was clear he had already had some form of pain in his hand. Though he was sure it was smacking a straight punch into the robotic armor that Tony had made. On the other hand he was sure his knuckles would just be bruised later on since his super human durability had come in handy on more than one occasion. He wouldn't know where he'd be without it if he didn't have the ability to use it with his super human speed. Most feats that he was able to perform now he probably wouldn't be able too at all. But there was also another good thing that he had with him and that was the ability to think fast. He knew he couldn't run from this robot all day and he had to think fast on what to do with the robot. 'That's it. I'll try and give him a tornado on for size.' He said already starting to turn back around in the direction of the robot.

As Pietro ran his speed began to build and the wind started to turn up to a very high point as he began to focus it around the robot. Round and round he went, he hoped that this would throw the robot off course and perhaps knock it out of the sky. He already learned his lesson not to throw punches here. And he couldn't exactly use his molecular destabilization either since it required the ground. So far just about everyone used the sky so he couldn't risk it. "There's a reason why I'm fast robot and you're starting to find out why." He said as he continued to speed up and so did the wind.


"Sir several other Avengers have left the building." Jarvis said as he saw Tony take off in a burst of red light and he was out of the building next. "I'm not surprised with that one, Jarvis the distress single was sent out to everyone." Tony said as he explained back to his computer. On Tony's screen Jarvis pulled up Hope's departure and as well as Yuki's. He was surprised that Yuki left but maybe she was looking for some action after all. None the less he was glad that there were more members starting to help out. He wondered who else would be interested in the fighting since it looked like Tony would find out in being one of the last ones to join in. It didn't take long as Tony arrived onto the scene as he saw some form of explosion rising up from the clouds, his first instinct was to worry about James to see if he was alright.

"James! James! Are you alright?! James!" Tony said as he began to dare himself to fly into where the explosion was. It was so cloudy that he couldn't really see much through his ironman armor but dared it anyways. As he flew in he kept one repulsor lit to see if he could find his pupil. The other thing that was risky in this was he might come across Yinsen and he would surprise him with an attack.

"Come on kid it's way to early for you to give up now. You have everything set before you." Tony said starting to worry now. though he wasn't on the verge of panic the last thing he wanted to believe was that his own pupil had been killed by his work. That would have surely put Tony in a depressed state for some time. He was always trying to help and make the world a better place, so far he didn't seem to be thinking he was doing a good job of that. Especially if he managed to loose one of his Ironman suits already. "Jarvis help me scan the area to find him, we need to lock onto his signature." Tony said as he realized some extra help could be gained in this situation if he had another eye looking out for him. Still there was some form of worry that had to be put into this as he saw Jarvis began to scan the area for a signature that looked similar to Tony's. Of course it was someone else wearing the armor this time, so far he didn't find anything.

James Snarled slightly as the Explosion ended both Himself and Yinsen had been outside of the Blast but he had to admit it was Still Surprising just how Big Repulser over loads where guess it wasn't Shocking Considering just how much Damage these things could do. James Could hear Tony over his Comn Unit as he and the Dio armor were Exchanging Fire for Now using the Missles and other small Weapons that Both Armors Possed though James had to admit he knew that the Mark 50 had more advance weapons then the Dio did he'd at least made sure to Control just what he'd Givin the Armor so at least it wasn't able to really Out gun him and the Avengers. James Dodged a Repulser aimed at his head ramming his Armors Fist into the Dio's Chest piece and slaming it down with a double Hammer fist to knock it down towards the Ground before telling the Computer open up the Comn unit. "I'm here Tony don't worry about me mostly just a Little Shaken from being that Close to the Blast but I'll Manage the Armor's Still good to Go.

Okay Maybe that Last bit was streaching the Truth a Bit he Glanced at his Power Reserves and Armor Condition his Power Reserves Were down to around 40 Percent but the Armor Condtion had Been Droped to around 60 Which mean that it wouldn't Matter if he Ran out of Power a few Good hits would Probaly Start to shut down some of the Armor's Systems and he had to admit he really didn't want to Start falling out of the Sky....Again he'd done that once already this Week and it Sucked to be falling towards something that would really really hurt though the Armor was Normaly Pretty good at Keeping you Alive from it. James Flew Down after Yinsen he'd had Enough this had to End before the Battle got Worse and started Wrecking the City he really didn't want to Explain to the Minister why the Battle had wrecked down Town if it came to it.

James Charged towards Yinsen the Mark 50's Repulsers Glowing as the Two started Firing at one Another Again James Manuvering the Armor's Limbs to avoid the Blasts before ramming His shoulder into Dio's Chest again Aiming to at Least Damage the Arc Reactor so that it's Safetys Would Kick in and Shut it down True Yinsen and James didn't have a Reactor in their Chests like Tony but Each Armor Had one built for it just Incase someone that wasn't Tony was Piloting it like James or Rhodey. James drove Yinsen down towards the Ground but the Man had a Plan.

Yinsen growled as James hit him his Armor was Damaged but he didn't need to hit the Boy he Quickly Brought up the Command Interface and Selected one of the Dio's to Come after James to Buy him Time to Recover. The Dio Charging towards Yuki Recived the Command and Quickly Evaded the Young Technopath before it Flew towards the Back of the Mark 5o quickly getting into Postion. The Sensors in his Armor Picked it up and He began to fly backwards away from the Sigma only for the Armor to Keep up and Fire it's Unibeam at him. James Growled as the Blast was Fired "Well this is going to Hurt"The Blast Slamed into the Mark 50's Chest piece but the Sigma didn't Stop the Blast until James Finaly Slamed into the Ground of the Same Clearing in the Woods that the Dio had Orginaly Been Stolen From with a Loud Crash the Armor Hit the Ground.

James Groaned as he landed the Armor's Warning System going Crazy as it Updated his Armor's Systems and he Had to Admit that Sucked he Slowly Began trying to get up groaning with every Movement as Yinsen Landed and Allowed the Mask of his Armor to Open as he Stared the Young man Down. "I must Admit Mr Templer you've put up quit the Resistance even with your Allies but you can't Stop Zodiac were to Powerful." James Slowly Stood Sparks dancing across the Armor as the Computer system told him the Warning god he Wish he had brought Jarvis with him he'd at least say something other then Warning Warning Damage Extensive Recommend Armor Shut down. James made sure to keep his Gaze on Yinsen's allowing his Own Armor's Mask to Open well at least that was Still working and According to the Armor his Weapons were working Though he wasn't going to be Flying right away. James Tilted his head slightly and Spat some Blood okay so he wasn't in great shape right now his Shoulder was Slowly going Numb and he hurt all Over probably what you got from Falling at Over 5000 Feet thanks Armor for Keeping him Alive gotta love it for that. James Grinned slightly Blood Running down his Chin from the Coner of his Mouth. "I've heard that from a Lot of Villans over the Years Yinsen and you know what Happens the Avengers always Take them down your No Different just Another Super Villan with an Over sized Ego."

Yinsen Growled at the Audacity of the Boy Calling him a Villan the Real Villans were Stark and this Boy for Building Weapons that were Used to Enslave People using the Iron Man Armor that he'd Made for how Ever they Saw Fit. "You Dare Call me a Villan when it's People Like Stark and You that Make the World the Way it is Where the Weak are Prayed On by those who Have Weapons who Use power How ever they Wish Your the Villans!!!With that Roar Yinsen Fired his Repulser Striking the Mark 50 in the Shoulder but that's what James had wanted. James Growled as the Repulser beam hit his Shoulder and Spun slightly before Droping to his Right knee and Lifted his Right and Left Repulser and Fired the Blast Slamming into the Dio's Arc Reactor and Disabled it Finaly causing an Explosion before James Growled and Fired his Own Unibeam Slaming into Sigma and Focing it away.

After getting herself up from the building Hope glanced up to see the Dio coming towards her once more which made her glare slightly as the cosmic flames seemed to flare brightly once more. One could think she might as well have been a beacon in the sky as she flew upwards with using the superhuman speed once more and concentrating the flames more to her fists and legs. It was time to take this robot down before it caused even more trouble. And problem was she couldn't do anything to help James or Tony at this current time with being distracted by this controlled armor. And it seemed the armor couldn't keep up with her as she began striking places on the armor, more so the now tin chest and slightly weakened reactor in the chest.

When causing considerable damage Hope finally flew back as she began to concentrate the energy in her body to a ball of light between her two hands. But she could see Quicksilver was likewise in danger and it seemed she was in a position to help him. "Try this on for size tin head!"With a loud war cry Hope unleashed the energies she controlled and blasted the armored droid downwards with such force it wasn't able to correct itself or be able to put up a force field and when crashing into the one Pietro had himself busy with. But it was just in time before it fired a repulsor ray and left the young red head panting before she lowered down towards the speedster, "Seems I was just in time to help you."She said to him, but she could feel the combined use of her Phoenix Force power and mutant abilities were beginning to drain her greatly.

Honestly, she was hoping this fight wouldn't last much longer. She had been training just before she got there and so it was already taking it's toll upon her body despite the usual time she could handle it. But Hope finally dropped to the ground, landing in a half crouch before the flames disappeared, "That wasn't such a good idea."

Tony could tell that Yinsen still had enough energy in his armor to continue on in the fight and James had managed to weaken him quiet a bit. Tony's armor was probably the best fit out of James and Yinsen since his armor had not been horribly damaged. But while Tony was distracting Yinsen, James flew up just in time as he collided with Yinsen. But at the same time the Sigma armors that were going on a rampage with the other Avengers self destructed and caused waves of energy to be sent forth. Tony tried to brace himself for the impact as he knew this was going to hurt, Jarvis was already sending him warning signals from inside his armor about the explosion as he called out an activation for a shield. Although he knew it wasn't going to be much it'd at least slow down the damage that would be done, "Jarvis activate the armor's shield. This is going to hurt a lot." He said as the shield appeared as a deep black color around his armor as he placed his hands up in order to shield his face. But he could already feel it as his armor was being pushed back and with enough force as it came in his direction.

He heard his shield crack from the strength as he finally lost it and was knocked back, sent flying through the air as he couldn't get his flight pattern right. He was going to have an un easy landing at this point as he didn't want his armor damaged that badly from the blast. But it looked like he wasn't going to have much of a choice as he braced for the impact. He heard Jarvis starting to put up other alerts for the flight system starting to fail, "Warning flight system has been damaged in the explosion, there is a heavy risk of an impact." Jarvis added as Tony sighed, "Tell me something I don't know. At this rate I'll be falling to the ground faster than I can reboot that system. Wait a minute...faster...Pietro!" he called out towards the speedster realizing that Quicksilver was probably the only one fast enough to catch him as was starting to fall.


"Woah thanks for the save Hope." Quicksilver said as he saw her destroy the armor that Pietro had been attempting to destroy on his own. With her help that was one last armor to worry about as she managed to stop it. But he could tell that she was starting to get drained from the attacks that she was using from the phoenix power and as well as the mutations that she was borrowing. As Quicksilver looked up he saw that the fight up in the air looked like it was starting to end as there were two armors badly damaged. And with that a large explosion could be heard as the armor was finished off. Yinsen seemed to have disappeared as the two armors remained in the air but not for long. "Oh man now Tony's in trouble. Hope this fight looks like its over but I'm going to catch Tony before he breaks his back." Pietro said as he began to ignore his pain that was still hurting him in the back of his head.

He took off in a familiar green and white blur towards the area where he had guessed where Tony was falling and Pietro reached out to catch the man and his armor that was falling out of the sky. It was clear that gravity had taken over from him. With a thud Pietro felt the armor in his arms as he held onto Tony in a semi awkward position but it was enough to survive them both from being smashed into the ground as he held onto the weight of the armor and as well as Tony. "Phew. Thanks for the save Pietro." Tony said as he seemed to be catching his breath from the fall as it had certainly been a nasty one. He lifted up his helmet to see the damages that had been done and only frowned seeing that they had a lot to do. He wondered though if this whole thing could have been avoided if Tony and the others had gotten there faster or were on scene of the sight that Yinsen had attacked. The other thing that bothered him was it looked like another part of his past had come to haunt him again when he thought he had done his time to clean up all the messes that he made.

"No problem we should probably regroup with the others to see how they're doing." Pietro said as he helped Tony stand. As Tony glanced back he could see that Coner and James had been alright from the fighting that had taken place. And he also got a chance to see how badly damaged his own armor was. From the guess of it he still probably had about seventy percent of his armor left and could have handled a longer fight if one had to come his way. But that meant he'd have more repairs to do on his armor and as well as James if he wanted him to fix it. "Yeah, you're right." Tony added as he began to make his way towards the others to see how they were doing. 'Just great, another part of my past has come to haunt me...what's next? Some of my family members are going to come and remind me that I wasn't the heir with Stark Industries and take it over? I probably doubt it, but this was just a heavy toll on James and myself.' Tony thought to himself as he walked with Pietro. Finally once they got close enough to the group he began to see how they were doing, "Are you guys alright? That was a pretty nasty last explosion there." Tony asked the group of Avengers.

James Groaned slightly as he landed letting his Mask Open as he did so that he could Judge the Damage done it wasn't Much the Fighting had mostly been kept over the Water and near the Arc Reactor Facilty so that the City was mostly untouched. James turned to Face the Team after giving his Armor a quick once over to Judge just how badly he'd beaten it up. From the Look of things it wasn't bad he could have most of the Damage fixed once he got it back to his Work Station at the House or the Lab at the Plant but he could wait to do that. He faced the Team shaking his head a little which stung as the air was Finaly able to get to the Cuts on his Face from the Fight a Small Trickle of Blood was working it's way down from the Right corner of his Mouth and he had a small gash above his Left eye and one just below it on his Left cheek. He Quickly Studied the Team that was Here and had to admit he hadn't been Expecting Quicksliver he was Pretty sure that the Speedster was Still hurt so he probably shouldn't be Running across Oceans just Yet. He Noticed hope and smiled slightly he thought she was still learning the Ropes but from what he'd been able to see while Exchanging Repulser Fire with Yinsen it seemed she was doing well for herself.

James listened to the Shield Agent speak that had Arrived before sighing Slightly as he Looked towards the Plant. "It'll be Probaly best to have this Conversation some where other then the Middle of a Street how about you guys head to the House and get Settled in I need to make sure everything's Alright at the Plant before I meet you shouldn't take me to Long just gotta make sure Zodiac didn't do anything that might be Dangorus like make the Plant Explode which wouldn't be good.James Groaned slightly as the Armor's Flight Systems came back online well he'd Transferred power from the Weapons and Shields to make sure they worked but hey was close enough he started to Hover as he waited for the others to Respond. He figured if he was going to tell them exactly what he knew about the Situation that they should at least be Comfortable and Again he glanced at Ita he didn't want to let a Shield Agent into the Control Center.
