At Davyn's cry of pain Zandra gave a smirk as she held back a laugh, it was mean yes but she was ticked off at the wannabe hero. Of she was not a hero herself she would have just loved to drain him of all his blood... But she had made a promise to her love, and to herself that she would not kill a human if it could be helped. One of the main reasons she drank animal blood and not humans... But that had side effects like she had not to long ago and is still fighting.. her Vampire teeth where still showing but thank god no one had noticed them... They would go away if she could get away from the smell of human blood.. Zandra then placed the bloody chunk on the ground and started to slowly back away. Everyone's eyes where on Davyn and it seemed he was going to be ok so she was no longer needed.. All she needed was the cover of darkness and just go the other way of these people and she could get away without them trying to ask her questions.. And if Davyn said she was a vamp she hoped they would just say he was seeing things due to the loss blood.
Vivian frowned when Davyn asked not to be taken to a hospital, now why on earth would he ask that? Vivian looked Davyn firmly in the eyes, "Unless you have a healing factor you really need to go to the hospital. You could have other injury's that cannot be seen and need to be taken care of. I can only heal you so much. So no agreeing you are going to a hospital." Vivian said not backing down from Davyn as she saw it was the best thing to do.

"We could take him to the Avenger's style of a hospital. We've had no choice but to do it recently due to the recent events that have been going on. But I'd really recommend going like Shining Lady said earlier." Tony said and he was speaking from his own experience. He had not gone to an adequate hospital when he suffered from the injuries of the shrapnel that hit his heart while he was becoming Ironman. Some how he still managed to survive that on coming attack. But the chances of life outside of the hospital probably dropped drastically if medical attention wasn't given at some point.
"A hospital would certainly be wise if you ask me. I would know about that." Tony added in after a bit of silence as he recalled his past. Unhappy memories they were, but without them he'd probably wouldn't become Ironman at all. He'd just be an average human with an incredibly smart brain. And his ego would be there too.

"No....hospitals are a very bad idea." Davyn repeated as he sat there.
In the corner of his eye, he had spotted Zandra sneaking away. He didn't try to stop her or anything, she had the right to leave if she wanted to. After all, she was in better shape than he was. This was one of those times he wished he had a healing factor. He didn't want to go to hospitals due to the risk of the Demon Dog coming out.
"It's too much of a risk." Davyn added. "Besides....I doubt those watch dogs at SHIELD will let me go to a normal hospital. Can't even take the subway home..."
Davyn had muttered the last part about the subway, though there was a chance Vivian had heard him since she was closer to him. Grabbing hold of part of the wreckage, Davyn slowly forced himself to his feet. It hurt but at least no blood was coming out of the wound.

Dalton had been waiting on a food stall near the station, pretending to be just another business woman in a black office suit going about her business. Her senses were alert and her eyes scanned the subway entrance in case she was needed. Surely, there were other agents at the other exits, but she couldn't see them from her position.
When the earphone hidden under her blonde hair beeped to life, and the instructions came, she got rid of the food she hadn't been eating and got ready to get down into the tunnels. The person in charge of tracking Davyn had considered it was time to get him home and that was her job.
A quick scan of the platform made Davyn appear into her field of vision and she wondered just what had happened down there. He didn't look all too good and even she agreed that he'd probably be better seen by the doctor aboard the hellicarrier as soon as possible. Still, no details on the rest of the op, since she was back up, the retrieving team. If they didn't tell her, it was because she didn't need to know, but her curiosity wouldn't just be quieted down.
Dalton was beside Davyn with a few long strides and linked her arm with his. "Looks like someone had too much fun for his own good." Was her greeting. "Come on, kid. Let's go home and have you parched up." The woman said looking at the other people. She recognized Ironman from the news, but it had been a while since she had read those and wasn't the fangirl type. She had seen to much to be impressed by fame. However, the man inspired respect, especially in person. She had to give him that.
"I'll take it from here." She assured the rest of them. Despite her suit, there was a definite martial air to her, as if she were, at the very least a security officer. The usual pang of jealousy at the sight of people with gifts did appear this time, chewing bitterly on the corners of her mind. All her life she had wanted to be special, like those people in costumes, but her complexes would have to wait. It was time to take the kid home.

Zandra watched as she slowly hid herself in the shadows, yep no one noticed her at all.. Well Davyn seemed to but he said nothing.. So without making a sound Zandra then left. Not caring what happened next, she had done what she could but all this mess still happened... Not her fault though she would have made sure everyone had gotten out alive but Davyn.... Lets just say she will knock his lights out if she ever saw him again... And with that Zandra left in the darkness unseen and unheard.
Vivian frowned at Davyin when it seemed he was going to fight her on this. But she was not going to give up. " Do you really think any of us is going to let you out of here without going to a hospital?? Vivian said as she stood up with Davyin giving a worried look. But before she could say more some woman she had never seen before came in and saying she would take him home. Vivian stepped back blinking, she had no idea what was going on but it seemed these two where on the same team.. So at a loss for words Vivian looked at Ironman unsure what to do now. But then Vivian noticed someone was missing, The girl who was here helping them out, and was part of the crash. " Hey where did that girl go? She was just here, I wanted to check her as well." Vivian said as she looked around but there was no sign of Zandra.

It seemed as one left another person appeared on scene as the medics had arrived to check the others that had been injured by the crash. Tony obviously didn't need one since he hadn't partaken in it and his armor would have saved him some time from being crushed to death by what was going on in side the train crash. So he at least didn't have to worry about the access injuries.
"Seems that girl disappeared. I don't see her anywhere on my radar. It's just like she left without a trace. I guess she didn't want to hang around for some reason. don't blame her though, there's a lot going on here." Tony said as he spoke back to Vivian. Just as they noticed the girl left a woman appeared onto the scene who seemed to have interest in Davyn. He had not recognized her in any way, but there were many heroes that he had yet to meet since he spent most of his time focusing on Stark Industries, as well as his time with the Avengers, and keeping up to date with his Ironman Persona. There was a lot involved on he was surprised he had anything else left over on his plate for room.
Though it was hard to see, Tony looked back at Dalton cautiously not entirely sure if he'd trust her or not. She just came out of the blue, but if she mentioned that she was from SHIELD things might have changed on his ideas towards her. First impressions were always important, right? He had learned that the hard way with Fury himself.

"Trust me, a hopsital...would be the worst place for me...to go." Davyn told Vivan.
She just wouldn't leave him alone would she? Yeah she had good intentions, he knew that. But still. Being told to go to a hospital over and over was just something he didn't need at the current time. Though he wasn't expecting a SHIELD Agent to appear so soon.
"I think you're one of the only people to classify this as fun..." Davyn replied in a low voice, though silence was the rest of his reply for a few moments when Dalton linked arms with him. "Sure..."

Dalton hadn't been out in many missions for SHIELD yet and, the ones she had been assigned had been all about shooting and not getting killed rather than dealing with people, so no one had instructed her to reveal who she was working for. If anything, they had insisted on her not boasting about the organization, hence her low profile. The woman trusted that whatever information Davyn might have given them, if she came across as his ally or the person in charge of him, would suffice them. Besides, the fact that Davyn hadn't flinched at the sight of Dalton or recoiled from her had to count.
She held Mr.Stark's gaze when their eyes met, but she didn't feel like she owed him or anyone any explanation. There were few things out there still capable of scaring Dalton. Her briefing had only included waiting out and getting Davyn out of there if they gave her the order, which had just happened a few minutes before.
The kid's comment made her chuckle. "Hey, you're walking out of it alive, kid." Dalton replied mirroring Davyn's low voice. "That's a lot more fun than debriefing with Fury is gonna be if he doesn't like whatever you've been doing down here." She half-joked, though her tone and face were still serious and business like even if the woman had kept her voice low.
"You look like hell, but you're gonna be all right." The woman promised between teasing him. She was betting he missed his "boring" life at the hellicarrier right at that moment.
