New Mutant in town. ( Open)

Sure Pietro was known for his speed but he had wanted to take things a lot slower today. He had those days every once in awhile, but still he had to slow down even when he hadn't expected it. His father hadn't been seen in several weeks now, as he was hoping that he was at least enjoying himself in Japan. And he had sent that information over to his sister, Wanda to let her know that he would be gone for awhile. For now things remained the same on the Avengers, every once in awhile the members had to fight a bad guy, take him down then throw them into a jail cell. Today was one of the slow days in the mansion as well, Tony had been off doing his thing and the other avengers had been on their own.

He had jogged several blocks now from the Avengers mansion to where Central Park was. It was pretty busy there, the usual capacity that had been taken up by the members in New York, or even the ones from it. He paid no attention to them since they were likely wanting to be left alone. The last thing that they wanted probably was a mutant bothering them, so he stayed away. As he went, he was not wearing his green and silver uniform but what appeared to be his casual clothing. Baggy jeans and a sweat shirt that had a hood on the back of it. On the front of his sweat shirt he had a lightning bolt that was one similar to the one on his uniform.

As he jogged for his exercise he did notice that someone was nearby...and she was crying. The mutant was starting to wonder what was going on as he started to come closer to the girl. He was aware that she may not talk to him, being that they were total strangers. But Pietro couldn't help that he was a talkative man. "Heay is everything okay over there?" He asked her in a calm voice as he slowed down to a stop near her. But he gave Sarah enough room to her self so she didn't seem intimidated by him.

Pietro had indeed noticed the ice that had formed on the ground near her. So perhaps she was a mutant? It was kind of a give away with the frost that she had created just a few minutes ago. There was no way that it could have been made by natural causes, it was too warm to cause ice to form. So with that, he made the conclusion that Sarah was a mutant. One which perhaps controled ice. But he had noticed she continued to walk on as he kept a low pace behind her. "I'm sorry if I startled you back there. But I think we can relate in some way." He added before using his speed for a short distance as he ran ahead of her and was soon infront of the young mutant. He looked like a white and blue blurr as he ran at near super sonic speeds.

"You are a mutant. Just like me. Well younger anyways." He added. Though there was a heavy difference in their powers, and Pietro had another source of where he could use them, the terrigen crystals on his chest.

"My name is Pietro Maximoff I'm a part of the Avengers. So in other words, I am a hero." Pietro said but he wasn't about to break open old wounds from the past. Sure he had been a villian, but it had not been his choice long ago when he was younger. It was mostly his father's wanting and fear of the magnetic control that made him work for the mutant and the Brotherhood. Being a part of the Avengers, he certainly hoped to let those wounds heal.

Pietro could tell that Sarah was a bit unsure and untrusting about him. He raised a blue eye of his to see if he could try and gain Sarah's trust. But for now remained where he was and didn't go near her again like earlier.

Pietro had not been a founding member of the Avenger like the others had been. But he had heavily respected them. The Captain had given him a chance to improve his fighting skills in the training room in the Avenger's Tower and Tony had given him a chance to join the team. With that his respect had grown for the men and was willing to help them in anyway. He had joined later on when the Avengers had put up some advertising stating that they were looking for new members, so his sister and himself had been there to answer it. He shook his head as he looked back at Sarah. "No nothing's wrong with the Avengers. They're all busy doing their own thing. I usually do my normal jog around Central Park at about this time. About four to three times a week." He added. "But it is nice to meet you."

Pietro had noticed that she seemed to be relaxing now. Was she no longer considering him a threat? It was a bit hard to tell at this point but he was at least glad for that as he spoke again. "That's true. Often we stay in our Avengers Tower. But we need to come outside and get some fresh air at times."

Ooc: That's alright, my muse was down too it seems /wacks the muselessness in the post/

Bic: "Yes and even they have their own lives to mend with it. Sometimes it can be pretty hard to do both." Pietro agreed as he came over to shake Sarah's hand since he saw that she had it out. "And it's nice to meet you Sarah." He added. Though he was surprised, Sarah was starting to turn around a bit in the way she felt for him. She may have trusted him, but it was probably just a bit. Not enough to consider him a friend or an ally. But he knew how some girls worked, he had been with his sister Wanda for most of his life. Since they were infants.

But he nodded to her when she had asked him to company her on the walk, he wasn't doing anything important. So he figured he could do it. "Sure I can walk with you. The Avengers don't seem to have anything going on for me right now." He said to her.

"Some could be true but most of them I just end up ignoring since there's nothing you can really do about them." Pietro said with a shrug as he walked with her. He hadn't really heard any bad rumors out there, and he was sure that if there were some bad ones, the others would try and show and make sure that the public would get to the truth. No one liked being put with gossip on their shoulders, and if it was bad it wouldn't be much fun.

"But the Avengers are different in a way. They accept people from all over to just pure humans or even mutants. And on occasions some of them have had bad reputations in thepast, and if they want to change to the good side they'll let them in." Pietro said having personal experience on doing just that. Once before Pietro had been a villian but it wasn't his choice that he had to live that life. He had the burden of his father to blame for that. And he wasn't about to go back down that road any time soon.
