Francis was sitting alone on the subway station as it was starting to come to a hault at the final route. He had gone into a part of Queens to day for a bit of training on his own. it had grown dark out now as the sun had already set, he was about to head to get some dinner at one of the restaraunts and then head back to the Avengers building for the night. It was nice to have some time to himself every once in awhile, the Avengers was usually always packed with people and people who knew. Sometimes he just liked to get away from that.
As he looked out the window, the station was coming into view as he picked up his things, one was obviously his case of arrows that he had brought with him. He still had a few left in case he needed them on the way back from his walk, but Francis had used most of them while in the training course. Francis was at least prepared in case a villian decided to sneak up on him when he least expected it. It wasn't long before the voice of the conductor of the train sounded announcing the arrival at the station in New York. Francis picked up his final bag which had his gear for the arrows and as well as his other bag. It wasn't long before Francis stood up and waited for the train to stop.
Once it did the doors slid open as the people began to head out into the subway station and he followed the others. But as soon as he got out he stiffened as he heard a voice nearby. Someone had already recognized him as being an Avenger in these parts. Francis merely sighed, "Heay look we have an Avenger with us! How cool is this!?" The voice called out from a man nearby.
Francis rolled his eyes, "You better keep your mouth shut unless you want an arrow pointed directly at you. And I don't miss. Trust me." Francis warned the man as he kept quiet after that. "Just some people unlike Ironman don't like the attention goers. Sorry." Francis said as he began to walk again after managing to make the person be quiet.

Neila was in the subway but not to catch a train, she was pickpocketing from people who did not know any better to keep their money and wallets safe. Oh yes she will be able to eat good for a while with this much cash and credit cards.. Though sooner or later she would be found out but then she could just make a run for it. Neila had not noticed that a Avenger was here so she just kept on stealing. That was untill a woman had to call out. " AHH!!!! My money and wallet is gone!! Thief thief!!" She cied out. Ugh there goes her pay day.. Neila then started to head to the exit and hoped she would get out without anyone noticeing. After that cry everyone was on alert now...

And with that Francis stiffened after hearing the cry out from a woman that had just gotten off one of the trains. He saw someone leave the area as he began to race after her through the crowd, if this didn't work he'd have to resort to one of the arrows in his back case, since this looked like it was going to be a long stretch for him. "Get out of my way." Francis said as he avoided someone quickly as he began to head for the exit. But he saw that the girl was already headed their first, he figured he could at least try an arrow on her first. After getting a few seconds on the open platform from the crowd that was getting off, he pulled out his bow.
"I hope you like it when your feet are frozen to the ground." Francis said as he placed an arrow in the middle and pulled on the string. The arrow spun over the crowd's head as he had no intention of hitting an innocent bystander. As he waited to see what the arrow would do, the arrow held a container of ice in it that would freeze as soon as it hit the moisture in the air. Of course that all depended if it hit the target, and the target was running away.

Dammit, was all Neila eas thinking when she heard that someone was going after her. She had made it to the steps when all of a sudden her feet where frozen to the ground. It stopped Neila in her tracks but not for long. Neila let out a laugh, "Ice?? I fear you will have to do better then that hero." Neila said as fire engolfed her body melting the ice in seconds. And with that Neila bolted as her flames died down. Great what would have been a easy day was now truned upside down. Now she had to lose a annoying hero and not get caught. When Neila got out of the subway she then ran into crowded streets trying to get lost among them in hopes of losing the pesky hero.

"Well if you want to live in New York you kind of have to do better than everyone else. It's the truth." Francis said as he still held onto his bow but put it away after seeing that she was out of site for the moment. Francis had only wished he had brought one of the Avengers vehicles with him, otherwise this would have been a much easier chace. For now he kept going on for it. However a thought did dawn onto the young archer as he thought of something.
He wasn't out of luck this time as he continued the persuit. As he took out his identicard he quickly turned it on as he was running, and forcing himself to look up to make sure that he wouldn't run into anyone. "Come on Jarvis pick up. I'm guessing that Tony needs you more?" He asked trying to see if the voice of the computer would kick in.

Neila stayed in the crowded steets for a little longer, she then looked back and saw no sign of the hero. She then ducked into a alleyway. She knew all of these by the back of her hand. And if she had to she woud go underground in the sewers. It stunk and there was water and gasses down there but it was better then getting caught. But she knew if she did go down there she would not be able to use her powers. So she just hoped she had lost the annoying hero for good.

Francis had continued to run through the crowd as he began to look for the girl. However he wasn't successful at all, as he tried to contact the Avengers building. "I guess I'm on my own." Francis said as he saw the girl dash around the corner again to head after her, he only saw her at the last second as he began to head that way. He took out his arrow again and bow, but this time instead of using ice he decided to one that had sticky adhesive. Francis began to load his bow again with the arrow as he saw the girl, "This time I didn't bring an ice arrow with me." He said as he fired again hoping that it'd hit.

Neila heard the voice of that blasted hero Neila then started to run while looking for a man hole she could get into. Though she did not make it very var. the arrow wizzed through the air faster then she could run. And the next thing she knew she was plasted to the wall in some sort of sticky stuff. Neila grunted and struggled but that only made it worse. Neila then engolfed herself in flames but to her dismay it did not burn off. "UGH!!!! Dammit!!" She cried out in anger,

"Finally." Francis said as he began to head over to where he caught Neila, and heard her as she was upset over what happened. "The only way you can get out of that is if you have something cold and I don't think you do." He said as he took out one of the arrow heads that he had as it was attached to the long end to it and then the feathers on the end. It was the same arrow that he had used last time as he tried to freeze Neila earlier with it. But it was his last one as he began to place the arrow against the wall that she was stuck to and let it freeze over some areas. "Now try and break it." Francis said but as he froze some of the areas he realized something had happened. His left arm however was stuck to an area that he hadn't frozen over. "Oh boy. Looks like our day just got longer."

Neila glared at Francis when he came over, she hated how smug he was sounding and looking at the fact he was able to catch her. No matter she could always get away later... When he said that the goo could only be forzen off Neila frowned and just watched as Francis froze some places. Though she did not want to she did as she was told and was at least freed from the wall. Though what the hero said next filled her with utter dread. "You.. No... You idiot!!!!! Ugh!!! Use more if your ice things or something!" Neila demanded. She was not happy about this not at all and worse of all she could not move her arms.

"Well I'm sorry for that. I was the one that was training all day and used up a majoritiy of my arrows. I'm afraid that was the last ice one that I had. Unless you have a better idea I say we go to the Avengers building so I can grab more of them." Francis said with a stubborn tone to see how she was getting angry and he flared it right back at her. "Of all people that I had to get stuck with it was you." He said with glare.

Neila's eyes grew wide when Francis said he had no more ice arrows and frowned when he said they should go to the Avenger building. Oh heck no.. If she went in there she knew she would not come back out. " Yeah take me there so you can lock me away and throw away the key? I don't think so Hero!!" Neila said and then tried to walk but was stopped by Francis. She then turned to look at him, " This never would have heppened if you would have left me alone!" she snapped back.

"I never said that I was going to capture you there. Just to get you free. You're not one of those hardened criminals that we lock away in the negative zone space. Besides I could sneak you in and sneak you back out before anyone notices. I know that place so well it wouldn't be a problem." Francis said as he rolled his eyes, "Well if you hadn't been stealing down in the subway maybe, I wouldn't have noticed you." He countered again. Now he didn't really have any intentions of capturing Neila, but instead he wanted her to be far away as possible from her just to get some space.

Neila just glared at Francis as he spoke not trusting his words one bit. But what choice did she have? She did not want to be stuck like this forever and being stuck with a hero was the farthest thing from fun, " Well sorry if its the only way I can get money for food and new clothes! I don't steal for the thrill you know!" But fine.... I will go with you... Not like I have much choice...." Neila said darkly but ooh... How she just wanted to get away and never see this guy again.. She then allowed Francis to lead the way.. To a place she never even wanted to get close to..

"There are other ways of getting money. But good I'll take you there, and get you out before anyone else notices." Francis said as he began to lead the way towards the Avengers building. So far they were heading in the right direction as they had to keep following the main street for awhile, he could see Tony's building a little way's a way, but it was better than being stuck in the middle of New York traffic. "By the way, I have a name, so you don't have to call me hero all the time. It's Francis."
