Personality:
Unlike normal girls who love dolls, the color pink and other girly things.. Otsuyu hates it, she is more at home in some spooky building said to be haunted by ghosts and loves to read about vampires, ghosts and other scary things. as she had been picked on and others treating her badly Otsuyu has grown to hate people at a very young age. She sees people as uncaring and liars, so she only looks out for herself and could careless about others. One of the things Otsuyu loves to do is pull pranks on others, bullies are always on her target list as she is always bullied and wishes to teach then a lesion they would never forget.

But she does not just pick on bullies, she will go after anyone be it someone good like a hero or someone evil like a villain. Just to get a good laugh and uses her powers to get away. Though under all that hate and thinking she does not need anyone is a girl who would like to make friends and be loved. But is to scared of letting anyone get close in fear of getting hurt. So Otsuyu just pushes everyone away and uses her powers to scare them. Though in the end she always feels lonely.

Otsuyu stands to be 4'8 and has short white hair that reaches to her shoulders. She is usually seen wearing a black ribbon in her hair to keep the hair out of her eyes. Generally Otsuyu wears clothes that look similar to a school uniform although when its colder she wears a black fuzzy coat and black jeans with the same pattern as the dress she wears most of the time.


History:
Otsuyu did not have a very good start in life, when she was only five years old her parents where killed in a car crash witch sadly she was in but survived. And then was placed in foster care with people she calls the devil's. For they always mistreated her and only gave her food and clothes if she was a good little girl and did her chores and homework. Though worst of all when her foster Father got drunk he would beat her. For years she suffered through this and being just a kid she had no voice or anyone to stand up for her. So her anger just grew and grew... Till one day on her 10th birthday something changed to make her life a whole lot better. Her foster father was drunk like normal and was on a drunken rage beating anyone he saw and soon he was after Otsuyu.

How the young girl wished a vampire would come and suck out all the blood from her foster father. As she thought of this one appeared along with a ghost and a few other monsters. Needless to say this scared the crap out of not just foster father but the other jerks in her father family. At first this shocked Otsuyu and she was not sure what the heck was going on. As she knew ghosts and vampires would never help a little girl. She then soon found out she made them appear a Illusion! So she was one of those mutants she had been hearing so much about.. A evil smile came to the girl with all the ideas she could do to get back at the people she hated.. No not just them the world for the life she has suffered through!!

Otsuyu then ran away and found a old abandoned house that she knew she would have no issue making people think it was haunted, So she then started to live there as she worked on mastering her new found powers. She then used her powers to steal things she needed like food, clothes and other things by using her Illusion powers. Though soon she found out she could not trick camera's as soon she was all over the news but still she had people scared of her. Sweet revenge... So over the next few years Otsuyu got better with her powers and learned to avoid camera's so not to get caught. And there is one day out of the year she always waits for... Halloween, where she can scare the crud out of people as much as she wants. not just the fun kind where they run away and laugh... But the kinda scare that would give people nightmares for weeks.


Powers: Illusion Manipulation
Otsuyu can make her victims see and feel things that are not really there, to the point she can ether harm them or make them harm themselves. She had can also change how people see her, so if she has to get away she can without being caught. And she can also do that to others ether be helping someone get away or if she is playing a mean prank on someone by changing what they look like slightly or making them look like someone else all together.

Weakness: She cannot fool camera's and her powers are not as strong on people with mental powers as they would be able to tell something is wrong depending on how strong they are. And if someone where to find out that what they are feeling and seeing is a Illusion it would dispel Otsuyu's Illusion and they will be able to break free.
