"And I was going to have one of the linguini's with some water as well." Tony said as he handed the waiter the menu after he wrote down the two orders and took Yuki's menu before he began to leave. Tony noticed that Yuki was looking down at his suit and sighed softly. "So Yuki...have you been enjoying your time with the Avengers?" He asked wondering if it was the right topic to talk about or if there was something else that could be talked about while they waited for their meal. He had a slight thought that it wasn't the right choice for the night.

Yuki gave a smile at Tony's question, not minding it at all. As they did not get much of a chance to talk any topic was fine. " Yes, I have enjoyed working for the Avengers. Its a lot better then being cooped up in my house all the time." Yuki said though she had done that to herself trying to stay off the radar.. Now her life had done a 180, she know was working for the Avengers and was on a date with Tony Stark a hero and known playboy. So part of her was feeling this would not last long.. But the rest wanted it to work out, Yuki smiled at Tony as once again she met his gaze. Yeah she wanted this to work.. She wanted to get to know the real man behind the iron suit and here was one of her chances though she had a feeling he wanted to get to know her first and she was fine with that.

Tony smiled and was glad to hear her outcome, he knew she was doing well since he checked on her on occasions to see how she was doing. "That's good to hear. Believe it or not Fury, the director of shield thought I didn't have the ability to lead a team back when he was forming the Avengers. Well he kind of came at a bad time since I was going through another crisis." Tony said with a soft shrug remembering those days clearly since it had been one bad thing after another. Tony thought he had been dying but it was clear that he hadn't been at all.

Yuki's smile went away when Tony spoke about Fury leader of SHEILD, reminding her that the Avengers where started by them. SHEILD was one of the reasons she went into hiding to preform her work a and when she learned of the plans of the attack on Jarvis she was in a panic and was not sure if she should help.. Though she was glad she did she got to meet Tony and the other Avengers, and so far she only had one run in with a SHEILD agent. But it was not all that bad but still put her on edge. Though Yuki smiled again and nodded, " Well even Fury can be wrong, and I'm glad you where able prove him wrong. Yiu have made a fine team of hero's." Yuki said with a smile.

Tony nodded as he looked back at Yuki, she was right as far as the team went and him being one of the leaders. He to be honest was going to give full leadership at one point to Cap but kept it anyways. "Thank you, Yuki. And now you're apart of it." Tony added as he looked back at her. His first time running in with SHIELD had been with a man named Agent Coulson until things had gotten serious when Natasha Romanoff also known as Black Widow, had came a long and acted as a spy around him. He hadn't figured out for awhile who she really was since she demonstrated how strong her martial artists techniques were. "None the less the Avengers was one of the best choices that I made that and making the Ironman Suit."

Yuki could not help but give a small laugh when Tony said she was part of the team. All she did was paper work and check up on the others just to make sure they where not in trouble. Its not like she was put there putting her life on the line to save the people of New York. " I'm just a secretary Tony. I really don't do anything big," Yuki said with a smile. Yuki then looked out a window and saw the people outside running around going to places. She then looked back at Tony.

Tony smiled as he heard her laugh and definitely liked it, "Oh come on Yuki you need to give your self more credit. You helped me when I was rescuing Francis and Rose. And you helped us on the trip to Japan. Things would have gotten way out of control if there hadn't been any of us there." Tony said trying to prove a point that she was certainly helpful in more than one ways. He knew that she might not be one to put themselves in the midst of the battle, but the people behind the scenes were always important too.

Yuki laughed softly again and tucked some of her hair behind her ear. " All I did was tell you what was going on and tell you where to go, as for the battle in China I really did not do much at all.. I was unless I don't know why I went." Yuki said with a sigh. She tried to forget about that as it was really embarrassing.. One of the reasons now she wanted just to sit at a desk and go over paper work.. Though now she knew Tony would get worried so she just smiled and looked over to see the waiter comeing with their food, " Of the Food is here Tony." Yuki said with a smile.

"Oh Yuki, you were a big help that was my point. You proved that when you saved Jarvis from becoming a fried computer." tony said as he fell silent seeing that the dinner had indeed arrived as the waiter brought out their food and he confirmed what Yuki was saying. The waiter put down their food but Tony paused as he whispered something to the waiter, "do you have it?" He said in a soft voice. "That drink that I mentioned?" He added and the waiter nodded. "Yes sir we'll bring it out for you soon." He said as Tony sat down again as he seemed to have a soft smile back to her. "Also Yuki on a special occasion like this I asked the waiter if he could bring out some wine for us. I haven't had any in awhile, in a long time in fact." Tony said knowing he wouldn't mind having a drink. But he'd be careful that was for sure.

Yuki blushed but said nothing, looking at her food when the waiter placed the food down, Though she did notice Tony whispering to the waiter about something. Was he planning something? Most likely though she hoped it was not to embarrassing like calling attention to them or something. As Yuki was not one to be in the spot light if she could help it. Though when Tony said what it was she blushed knowing she had over thought everything again. Though she smiled and nodded, " Wine? That sounds good, I have not had any in a real long time." Yuki said with a smile. She then started to eat her meal and her eyes grew wide at how tasty it was! " Oh wow this is the best sea food I have ever had!" Yuki said with a smile as she then started to eat it slowly so she could enjoy every bite.

"Same here." tony said as he looked back at Yuki and smiled a bit as he heard her say how good the food was. "I told you it's good, this place wouldn't be a five star restaurant for nothing." Tony said as he began to eat his own food but ate it slowly so he could enjoy it too. It wasn't long before the waiter came back with the wine that Tony had asked for and placed it in a bucket with some ice in it. The wine looked like it had been open enough for them to do it on their own without having to worry about it. "Your wine has arrived enjoy." he said as he began to leave the two alone again

Yuki laughed a little a she felt herself starting to blush, she felt do much out of her element as she was just used to eating TV dinners. But now she was in a five star restaurant eating some of the best food in the city with Tony Stark, the man that women would most likely kill to date. As she was sure that women throw themselves at Tony all the time. When the waiter placed the wine Yuki looked at him and thanked him as she took some and poured a little into her wine glass. It was a little for she did not want to make herself drunk. She then took a small sip and placed the glass on table again. Yuki looked at Tony with a smile, yeah she was happy to be here, and looked forward to getting to know Tony a bit more. Though the thing was she had no idea what to ask... " Soo uhh,, What would you like to talk about?" Yuki asked knowing that was cheesy but hopefully it would get a conversation going.

Tony smiled when he heard Yuki laugh, he liked that laugh that was for sure. He had dated several women in the past but there was something different about Yuki that he couldn't quiet figure out. That was rare for him to say, couldn't figure it out. It was almost something ironic since Tony was one of the smartest men on the planet. "Well I don't want to ramble on about my past, that'd probably be too much of an ego sounding like moment on my part." Tony said knowing he'd talk too much about himself he'd get Yuki mad or wouldn't care about it. A lot of Tony's life had been known by the public so he had nothing to hide.

Yuki gave a small smile when Tony said he did not want to ramble on about himself fearing it may be his ego talking. Well yes most like everyone else Yuki knew most about Tony's past and how he become Ironman and leader of the Avengers. That just left Yuki then her past.. Though it was boring compared to Tony's life but if this was going to work Tony needed to know about her past as well. " Well I guess I that leaves me then, Well my parents where business people and in my younger years I was forced to go with them to all their meetings. Needless to say that left me very bored and lonely as I never had any time to make friends.. Then around the time I was six years old I saw a toy robot dog and that is when I got the idea to make Lucky. I worked on him for five years and when I was 11 years old I finished him. And he has been by my side after that.. Yuki said as she then paused a she thought of more to say. "Life was better and I was happy, then the year I turned 18 is when it happened.. A hacker destroyed all my parents work and my Mother killed herself and later my Father died of a broken heart." Yuki said as she started to tear up from the painful memory's. " I decided then I wanted revenge.. So I went to school and learned everything I coiuld about computers and other forms of tech. When I was ready I went into hiding and soon become known as the Phantom hacker.. I left no traces mostly due to my powers. And after a long time I found the hackers that attacked my parenrs and did to them what they did my parents and got them arrested. After that I stayed in the dark net and stopped any other hackers that try to ruin lives.. And that is how I knew about the attack on Jarvis and was able to stop it." Yuki said though now she felt she may have said to much to soon.. But that is all the story she had.

Tony nodded, now he knew why Yuki had been able to figure out why Jarvis had been attacked. If he had lost Jarvis that would have been a heavy blow for Tony, his suits would not have been able to run well and as well as his home would have been shut down while Tony worked endless hours to back everything up and the Avengers would suffer. They'd probably have to find a temporary home until everything was back up and running again. Luckily Tony had a fail safe plan put in next time it did happen, he surely didn't want to think about it as dread came to him. He also noticed that Yuki was starting to cry at one point.
"Yuki that makes a lot of sense now on what you've done. I'm sorry about what had happened but you have another family now and that's with the Avengers. I will admit it now that I was very greatful when you saved Jarvis otherwise a nightmare would have happened for me and the Avengers if you hadn't done anything. You have great gifts with you. I am glad that I met you, you and Lucky." Tony said as he touched her hand carefully with his own wondering if it'd help her feel better.
