<<APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY>>
I will survive while I suffer on this battlefield
I will survive while I suffer on this battlefield
Over all Personality: Peter has a mentality that is unique, with few frames of reference. Due to never actually meeting another human being face to face, you could say in a sense, he is still figuring out who he is. But here are the things we CAN surmise about him. Peter is honest, to a fault. He sees no need for falsehood or deception, and he wears his ambitions on his sleeves. He desires the preservation of our blue and pure world, through the movement of mankind, mutant, and those humans who wish to join them, into space colonies. His knowledge that Magneto had attempted this once before is warming, and with the proper support, Magneto may very well be the messiah to lead mankind to the stars. In this knowledge, Peter is loyal to Magneto.
When it comes to other people, or even Magneto, Peter seems happiest when dealing with them over the phone, or from behind a computer screen. His lack of socialization makes it uncomfortable for him to deal with people in person for more than a few minutes at a time, and it shows. He comes off as distracted, or even distant, despite giving you ample attention. His powers make looking at you pointless. Combined with his fondness of hacking into Cameras and all other manner of surveillance equipment, and having laced his room with the stuff, as well as wearing several himself... Well... It makes looking at anyone pointless, since he is looking at EVERYTHING.
Over all Appearance: Peter stands at an intimidating six feet, four inches tall, with the stature of an acrobat. His body has been maximized to get the most out of every square inch of material in it, and is constantly being rebuilt thanks to the nanites, tweaked to maximize the mass already there. His hair is a yellow blonde, swept back as if gelled, and neatly groomed, with his features being pale, and slightly severe, not used to having to show any to make people comfortable, and not prone to feeling anything to put on that blank visage. Blue eyes are piercing, almost like gemstones, with his thin eyebrows serving to draw attention from this quirk of his genealogy.
Anything else: Peter in his Pilot suit without helmet, or psycommu gear: i552.photobucket.com/albums/jj337/dilandauskyblade/originalchar-acter2electricboogaloo_zps24d54b1e.png

Items: Peter is usually wearing a number of gadgets on himself in Zero-G conditions, but given that Gravity and He are soon to be acquainted, he has restrained himself to what he feels is a reasonable amount. Granted, this information being based off of Dungeons and Dragons Third Revised edition item locations, he could seriously use some help with that...
Psycommu control system headband and visor: Worn like a headset, this gadget is a rather strange and complex piece of technology. Built from extraterrestrial materials, it integrates Google Glass, Bluetooth, a Smart Phone, and a communication uplink to his ship, the Helmuth. It allows him to relay his technopathy off of his ship to remote hack any computer that has access to the internet, so long as he has an IP, as well as granting him access to his databases, and Skype. A particularly cute quirk of his, is that any computer that comes within Wi-Fi range of his headset is automatically hacked, and should it fall, he installs a custom OS, Philosopher's Stone, which is by far, more memory efficient, and better running. This, combined with it being hostile to any hacker that is not Peter, tends to make it less of a prank, and more of a gift (Much like anything Peter calls a prank.) The Psycommu headset, when outside of planetary environs, also allows Peter to take more direct control of his ship when needed, as opposed to manual use. This headset is also how his ship can target him for teleportation.
The Visor: Built into the headset, this visor has a red tint to the colour, and serves a number of purposes. First and foremost, it helps Peter organize his personal visual interface, by moving clutter onto the visor, as opposed to closing it out, and back. Since he often updates his mental defenses, he has found it invaluable to have the visor to help organize things until he can get used to any new peripherals. Second, it lets him hijack visual input from cameras, and other devices, without having to block his own vision, by putting it onto the visor. Lastly, it provides a neat place to store messenger services, and other web pages, without running the risk of getting viruses in his mind. Any images on the visor are 45% transparent, allowing Peter to see through them as needed, with a little bit of focus. Apart from these more technological of purposes, it also dims bright lights, which given how sensitive Peter's eyes are, having been used to dealing with low light settings for most of his life, is helpful.
Screen Choker: A technological gadget Peter has become quite fond of, this does not grant him much in the way of a proper forcefield, being mostly for the use of preventing dust, sand, and other particulate from hitting him, but is more useful for the secondary feature, in that it gives him strong climate control, keeping things in the cold climate he has become accustomed to on the Helmuth, as well as helping keep things from becoming too humid. The forcefield extends only to his clothing, so it does not effect any computers that may not be as well insulated, or otherwise built to compensate for his fondness of freezing cold, dry temperatures.
'Extra Protection': Peter's attempt at a verbal deception, this is a highly advanced polymer plastic that has been bonded with his clothing. Self-cleaning, and capable of using his own body heat, and skin oils to create a chemical reaction which aids his powers in recharging the technology he wears on himself, this set of clothing also grants him protection from small arms fire, and heat based energy weapons that do not exceed 350 Kelvin.
Normal Suit: Peter really should not have been given free reign to name his own gear. This suit of armour is based on a pilots suit, complete with helmet, under which his visor and headset can be worn. This equipment is armoured against rifle fire, low explosives, weaker varieties of high explosives, and low superhuman atttacks. It is also useful for climate insulation, and thanks to built in systems, once he puts it on, and activates the seals, Peter can almost indefinitely use it for air. The only concern from there becomes food and water. It is mildly 'powered' in modern parlance, but that is mostly to compensate for the weight of the suit itself, as Elysium Enterprises, and Peter himself, have not mastered the issue of ball and socket joints, unlike certain other 'supers'. The Normal suit has a miniaturized hydrogen fusion reactor built into it, providing a LARGE surplus of energy when Peter is using it. It is Peter's hope to eventually convert this to be the internal layer of his own version of the Iron Man armour, having come to admire Tony Stark and his work.
Peter has removed an attachment, his 'Vernier Thrusters' from the suit, which is used for Vacuum flight outside his ship. His boots assist the thrusters which are attached to his back, in redirecting him. In it's place, he has installed storage for his Needle rifle, as well as a couple other items as needed. Most useful is a 360 degree camera system that has been applied to the outer layer, similar to what is used in optic camouflage. While this is running, Peter can see in all directions at once...
For understandable reasons, Peter really does not take his normal suit off often.
Utility belt: A fairly standard utility belt, armoured much like the normal suit, with internal and external access to the gear, and a sealing system that when activated, integrates it with the Normal Suit, allowing for retrieval of certain items inside the suit, as opposed to externally (A mild solution to sustenance. Everyone loves granola bars and nutrient slurries!). This contains a number of hand tools useful in Peter's work, as well as a Needle pistol, and ammunition, as well as magazines for his needle rifle. It is integrated into a harness on the normal suit, allowing Peter to stow his Space Axe.
Shield Bracers: Integrated into the Normal suit, these project a shield against energy weapons from hitting Peter from the sides. His forcefields, when not specifically tuned against specific threats, have a problem of power consumption, hence why Peter has them as shields attached to bracers at the moment. This is an issue he hopes to correct in the future.
Climbing Gauntlets: Using something similar to the force field projectors in his bracers, Peter's gauntlets create a strong Van der waals force, allowing him to scale surfaces so long as he is wearing his normal suit, as well as adhere himself in case of impact. When activated, they surround his entire body, as opposed to just his hands, making it so he has to be careful of what he touches using them.
Thruster boots: These are jet boots. Nothing fancy here, and they are not particularly useful in gravity and atmosphere.
Weapons: Peter carries three main weapons, all of them adapted for defense in environments where traditional firearms, as well as energy weapons, and other unwieldy equipment could be more harm then good for their user:
Needle weapons: These use ultra dense shards of an isotope of osmium, located on the surface of Titan, which coated with a strong mineral poison that induces paralysis and unconsciousness within minutes, are capable of penetrating personal armour, but not ship hulls, and serve as Peter's answer to fire arms. With enough time, he can convert Terran osmium into the isotope he uses for his weapons, as well as subbing out a paralytic poison from earth for the mineral poison he uses in space. Propulsion is achieved using something called 'Blue Air', a powder that when heated, reacts violently, creating a small kinetic blast forwards, though doing so quietly, maximizing the energy released into the attack, with a quiet popping noise, as opposed to the sound of gunfire. By products of the material are oxygen and hydrogen, meaning extensive use of needle weapons is more helpful to a closed environment, then harmful.
Space Axe: Made of an ultra strong metal Peter discovered on Ganymede, this weapon is useful in Zero-G as it can be honed to a fine point easily, almost monomolecular, without losing it's edge. MUCH heavier than adamantium, and not as strong, but still stronger than titanium for it's weight. Fighting with a space axe is done much more with thrusting, and shoving, than swinging, due to the nature of Zero-G, the blade being there for Gravity based fighting. Peter has made a Rapier of similar material, but is holding that on the Helmuth for the time being.
<<THE MUTATION>>
I never cared for seeing their blood
I never cared for seeing their blood
Skills: Due to his augmentations, Peter has grown up with a great deal of information pre-uploaded into his brain, and waiting to be activated when needed. This has made him into a polymath genius, thanks to his own mutations, and the nanite cocktail that was injected into him when he was under development. Combining this with being isolated from human contact for all his life, with nothing but knowledge to keep him company... Peter has a mastery of almost all sciences, theoretical and applied, and can work on nearly anything, from conceptualization to finished product, with little trouble. This also extends to his knowledge of computers and technology in general.
With Peter, it is worth noting, he has had access to repositories of knowledge almost at whim, but little to no human contact, so anything he thinks of, is from an academic standpoint. This includes his knowledge of strategy and tactics. He has studied both extensively, but he fails to grasp the human element involved with them, not understanding what truly causes, or creates, positive or negative morale. This is similar to his belief in religion. Peter has read entire databases on the subject of theology, but feels no spiritual connection to any religion. His following of Catholicism is cold, and mechanical.
Languages he speaks include English, Latin, Japanese, French, and German, though he is picking up other romance languages quickly, and looking into speaking any other language someone is willing to teach him. He finds linguistics fascinating, and pursues it much like everything else. He is capable of reading Binary, but, like most humans, speaking it is kind of pointless... Thinking in it however... Well, computer coding at the speed of thought IS quite useful...
When it comes to combat skills, Peter is severely lacking for a brotherhood member. He is a terrible shot (Hence why he created a weapon that missing did not matter, and had reusable ammo...) but has potential for marksmanship, and melee. His fighting style with a Space Axe however, can be brutally effective in Zero-G, as it was designed with that environment in mind.
Finally, Peter, due to growing up in a ship all his life, is an EXCELLENT pilot, and while his atmospheric flight could use work, he is among the best when it comes to human space pilots.
Powers: Metahuman level intelligence: Peter's capacity for learning is beyond even Superhuman levels. Combined with the knowledge that was implanted into his mind with the shot of modified Extremis, Peter's abilities as a polymath genius are readily apparent.
Technopathy: Thanks to the nanotechnology that is by now symbiotic with his entire nervous system, Peter is able to take control of any unattended machinery he touches, and bend it to his will. This command changes from being technopathic, to Cyberpathic at range, as he is remote hacking it with his mind, instead of asserting direct command, using his ship or other satellites as a relay point.
Explanation: He can directly control machines by touch, control computers at range.
Computer Brain: His mind works in the same way as a computer with unlimited storage capacity, only much faster. he is able to perform several mental functions at once without losing focus on any of them. Also, it allows him to instantly recall specific information with incredible speed and accuracy. he's able to store everything that he experiences in a photographic memory and retrieve it immediately without the typical human pause for thought. The sheer speed of his thoughts lead into augmenting his analytic ability so that he is able to make snap decisions about his surroundings and create complex scenarios at that same speed. As such, Peter is able to track the probability of an event by piecing together stored data.
Multitasking: able to perform multiple tasks at once by allocating a partition of his brain to each task. For example, Peter can use his mind to replay a movie he had watched previously, play a game of internet chess, and focus on battling an opponent without any one task distracting him from another.
Enhanced Physiology: Peter's entire physical and mental physiology (except where specified elsewhere) has been augmented to the absolute peak of human potential.
Telepathic/Telekinetic potential: Peter was supposed to be a telepath/telekinetic, like a number of other mutants. Having been augmented, this ability is dormant, but present if sought after, and could be fostered...
Motion Detection: Peter has an unholy sense of spatial reasoning, and should there be motion within roughly a thousand feet of him, he will be alerted to it's speed, trajectory, and origin point. This ability is physically manifested to anyone watching him by a spark of white lightning above his head. Peter does not see the lightning, but instead gets an intense feeling of anxiety, and a flash of information. Thanks to how fast his mind works, he is able to capitalize on this information. This is less useful when tête-à-tête, but is immensely useful in ranged combat.
Weaknesses: Two-Way Conduit: Peter IS by the strictest definitions of the word, a Cyborg, so a techno-path opposing his own use of technopathy, could turn the tides, and begin hacking into HIS BODY.
Gravity Sickness: Peter is unaccustomed to Earth's gravity, and will come off as being slightly clumsy, or very, very cautious. This is in addition to the horrible nausea, and headaches he is dealing with at the moment.
Computerized Mind: You know the funny things about your mind being a lot like a computer? People who can hack computers with their mind? CAN HACK YOURS TOO!
Socially inept: Peter does not 'pay attention' to people when they talk to him, since he can listen, and do something else with ease. It comes off as really rude, but given he has no social skills...
Know-it-all: Asking a question in the vicinity of Peter, usually means he will answer it. Usually honestly as well. Comes with being hyper-intelligent. And makes him sound like an absolute prick.
Light sensitivity: Peter hates bright lights. He wears his visor and headset to compensate, but if someone removes his visor, he will be blinded for the next few minutes. If he can get away with it, Peter wear his helmet indoors as well.
Echoes: Peter has the potential to be a telepath of fairly powerful order... He occasionally hears voices, and strange sounds, not knowing they are other minds. This is... Less than helpful to his psychology.
Telekinetic Issues: Peter is NOT as bad a shot as he thinks. While he is far from a sharpshooter, his own telekinesis is interfering with his ability to shoot straight.
Metabolic requirements: Peter has a heightened need for food materials, ranging in the ballpark of three to six times the amount a normal human would eat in a day. He is a never ending black hole, and an awesome party trick at buffets. He can damn well take it as a challenge to eat it all.
Naive: Say it with me now people~ Peter has had -ZERO- human contact. He was raised by a computer. He does not know what Sex is beyond what the internet could teach him... Really, get someone to keep an eye on this guy... The Hellfire Club are going to have a field day with him. Leading into!
HELLFIRE CLUB MEMBERSHIP!: Peter is actually a member of the Victoria Branch Hellfire Club. His parents, and Aunt were as well, and those three were purged. His half-sisters are god knows where, likely planning a counterattack. SOMEONE is going to want him for something. And he is wholly incapable of political shenanigans.

I kept my blade wiped clean
Father: Gabriel Emile Nee' Brandt (Deceased)
Mother: Raphaelle Emile (Deceased)
Other family: Aunt: Erika Emile (Deceased.)
Half-Sister: Elaine Emile
Half-Sister: Celeste Emile
History: Peter was the sole child of Raphaelle and Gabriel Emile... In that he was created using their genetic material. He had two elder half-sisters, and the executives of Elysium Enterprises needed a living being to augment, and send into Zero-G, serving as the captain of the new ship that Elysium had constructed, the Helmuth. Peter was vat grown in a temporary space station in the asteroid belt, before being moved onto the ship. He was augmented during his time as an embryo with a variant of the experimental 'Extremis' serum that there were plans being done up for. As corporations are wont to do, they made their own copy, and tested it. It was on someone who for all intents and purposes, did not exist, and had no rights as he was not a member of any nation. From there, he was left to grow on the Helmuth, and sent out to begin excavation of Ganymede and Titan, the two moons the Helmuth had identified as having useful materials mostly automatic by way of drones thanks to the Technopathic control, and auto-piloting of a human mind that had been forced into awareness, and pre-programmed with an array of knowledge to use for this purpose.
That Peter evolved to Sapience was not expected, not desired originally, but turned out to be VERY profitable. As he grew up, he managed to hack into the computer systems of Elysium using the constant link system they set up to monitor to Helmuth, and found his way into their databases, data-mining them, while he continued amassing raw materials. The research he was carrying out was secondary to those acquisitions, and he would send them back in so called 'delivery tubes', on a monthly trip back beyond the asteroid belt, aiming with uncanny precision, and landing it under guise of meteors. This would aid in the corporation finding a place for itself in all manners of field, giving reliable products that served well beyond the norm.
Peter's hacking allowed his mind to grow, but he loved the work he did. His 'parents' DID eventually find out the source of the security breach, and it was when Peter was roughly 14 that his father first saw him. It was a long distance Call, meant to surprise the Spacenoid, but he smiled, and was waiting for his father. Cold, almost mechanical on both ends, despite some smiles, like a business transaction. Peter was accepted by Gabriel as his son, the proper paperwork was filed, and Peter showed them the research he had carried out. His genius made them billions, and earned himself a place when the last delivery tube would be sent, in his late twenties. He had a call from his half-sisters, the result of an affair, and the two of them were quite taken with the spacenoid, who seemed so utterly innocent, but so wise at the same time.
He finally spoke with his mother at the end of his fifteenth year, exposed to emotions for the first time. She broke down crying, telling him she never meant for him to evolve to sapience, but that if she had known he would, she would have kept him on earth. Peter simply shrugged it off. It was not an act of malice, but an act of business. He was now part of the family, and would come home soon enough. Peter developed different ways to amuse himself, beyond his research. He came up with a fighting style for use in Zero-G, as well as weapons to stop boarding actions. He loved it in space. Granted, he had never known earth, but everything he read about made it sound miserable, and terrible.
The 'Lembas' that the ship created was the only thing he had known, so the idea of different foods intrigued Peter, but apart from that, many experiences sounded actually quite unpleasant to him. It was on Titan that he first stared out, and saw a brief glimpse of Charon, in the Kuiper belt. He made a slight detour, explored the area, and found a way to use materials he discovered out there to extend the life of his vessel, his Helmuth having become part of his own identity, the computers a part of his mind. He augmented the Helmuth in his free time, while having the drones continue collecting materials.
It became something of a warship. He made sure it would be able to fire on Earth if he was in trouble, using kinetic weapons to minimize damage to the Earth itself, and he did everything to make his home in the stars something to be feared. He knew human nature was ugly, even if individual humans were not. The world might be scared of him. So he built himself a fortress for a single man, on Charon, and left it to return to. He then built similar refuges on different places throughout the stars, knowing he may return to them. And if he had enough... Maybe he could bring others out to visit them, so they could see the beauty of his playground.
Space WAS his playground, afterall. With the Helmuth having become such a powerful transmitter, he was able to control the drones without thought, even if he was on Charon, and they were on Deimos, his upgrades doing wonders. And then things took a turn for the worst. He heard a distress call, answered it. Gabriel and Raphaelle had been killed! Erika had been arrested for it, his aunt having opposed his being included in the will from the beginning. The authorities were basically sure she would get life in prison. But then the next call, personally from his sisters instead of pre-recorded once he was on Earth-side of the Asteroid belt, told him that Erika had escaped prison, and was at large. And that members of the 'Hellfire Club' were pressing for him to come home Early, and assume his father's mantle of Crimson King in the Victoria Hellfire Club, while Elaine and Celeste assumed the positions of Ebon and Crimson Queen. Peter refused, telling them to leave the position Vacant. He was not a member of Earth, and had no interest in it's running.
When he was told it was not something he had a choice in, he told them he would finish his assignment, then come home. Pulling the Helmuth into orbit over Earth, he launched the last tube personally, seeing to it's collection, packed his things, and made sure his drones were in working order, before setting them into sleep mode. The Helmuth could run indefinitely on reduced power with the steady orbit he had activated, the solar panels drawing in more than enough energy. He prepared his landing craft, checked it for leaks one last time, confident in everything else...
His descent was interrupted by a brief dogfight in the skies with a Superhero who assumed he was an alien invader, sending him tumbling into free fall wildly.
And that was when a psychic scream went out over Genosha, the Crimson Star coming in hot over Hammer Bay. He needed rescue.

Aquamarine eyes opened in a cold sweat. He was slowing his breathing almost immediately, inhaling, and exhaling more rhythmically, his fists balling almost instantly on his sheets. This was going to trigger an attack of lightheadedness again... It was problematic having to rely on focusing himself. He was not skilled in the art of meditation, or really had any training, just a sense of what to do from having watched others. He focused himself on manually controlling his own breathing nonetheless, and soon had things back under control.
Adrenal reactions had always been more of an enemy than the people who had tried to hurt him. He was not going to be beaten by his own body. The Stranger had never been conquered by his own self, so neither would he. He smiled at that faintly, before rolling out of bed. He had been lucky to come across that piece of lore. It had been the foundation of the philosophy. Without that... He would have been lost in darkness.
The complete history of Brittania. And the tales of the Stranger who became the Avatar. He assumed it was a myth, of course. Men did not purify themselves, nor did they purge themselves of the base instincts. Even he, the one who would rather cast off the hand that offends him, could not be called pure.
He had shed his garb, crossing into the bathroom, tossing it in a laundry basket before turning on the shower, and sighing as the cold water hit him. It was about 03:15 he would imagine. Kenshin would be getting up soon. Peter wanted to be ready and beat him down, even if it was simply to keep him company. It also would let him ruminate over the... Oddities, of his nocturnal terrors. He was plagued by them.
The cold numbed the ache of his hands. He had pushed himself too far. He could feel it in his forearms. He held it into the flow of chill fluid, and grit his teeth. It was always a tradeoff, inconvenience or agony. But, stubborn as he was... He soon numbed both his forearms and wrists, sighing as the cold sank into his bones.
It was not long before he gently assumed an almost claw with his hand, and managed to pluck a loofah into his palm, and lather some bodywash into it. He smelt faintly of vanilla, and with the honey scented shampoo he used, his tiny idle vanity, having once been told it smelt amazing on him...
He was rinsed off by about 03:35, and shivered as he donned his housecoat, before laying out his clothing, slowly pulling it on. He no longer could button his cuffs, so he wore long trenchcoat sleeves to hide it, and was thankful that his shoes had no laces. Heading towards the kitchen, he mumbled idly to himself as he began hunting through his coat pockets for his different supplements, the painkillers he kept in it, keeping to his routines, and once he had them in hand, a glass, which he dropped three iron supplement pills, three multivitamins, and two painkillers into, before he filled it with water, counted to ten, letting the different pills dissolve in the fluid, and swallowed it in one bitter draught, holding it down mostly by force of habit and will.
The numbed pain in his arms began to fade just slightly enough for him to function, and he sighed., leaning on the counter, and beginning to take stock. Kenshin was either running late, or Peter had finally beaten him down...
