"I wish they would take my advice. They just need to learn a harder lesson I guess." Pietro said. "Now here I go." Pietro added as he sped towards he grunts as they were about ready to smash the speedster with what looked like a baseball bat but missed heavily as Quicksilver threw some hard punches before he could send the bat down to hit him in the face. "You got a couple things wrong. My name is Quicksilver. Only friends can call me quickly." Pietro said as he continued to keep busy with the grunt.
However one of the grunts managed to escape Pietro's grasp as he continued to fight the man, always being one step ahead of him with his speed. The grunt seemed to be behind him. It was all thanks to his speed. If he had not had his speed or his mutant powers, he probably wouldn't have been able to keep up with this guy. However he glanced back to where Armin was realizing that something wasn't right. "Armin heads up!" He called out to get is attention. He hoped that the kid would be able to survive such an attack from one of them. Even if they didn't have powers, bunches could leave nasty bruises.

Arminius stood there and watched, while he did get one thug the other came for him! Arminius's eyes widened as he stood there. True he had powers, but pretty much he froze. He didn't use them on people before, so it was a new thing. However, when the punch was about to hit, the thug would be surprised when it hit something that wasn't Arminius.
The electrical force field had appeared, it was see through, though it had a light blue color to it. Arminius's eyes glowed electric blue in color now instead of their original sapphire color. The thug most likely got a weak shock from punching the force field though, not enough to do any damage but it would still sting a little.

Pietro had been keeping an eye on Armin as he was kept busy with this own thug. In an instant he could reach his side once he called out for it. But that call never came. Instead Armin's eyes started to glow a light blue. He almost forgot for a second that he was in a fight until the thug reminded him again. He gave a powerful kick, being that his legs were the strongest in his body sent him flying against the nearby wall and knocked him out cold. That should be the end of that guy, Pietro was sick of them.
And then the guy got shocked from the electricity that Armin had formed. So he was a mutant too? They had something in common with that. Pietro soon sped over to see if he could help out Armin in finishing off the final thug. He was just glad there weren't more of them. "Now that was something Armin." Pietro said showing that he was impressed with his ability.

Arminius didn't move when the punch hit the shield nor when the shock went to the guy. However, the guy was soon taken care of by Pietro and the force field disappeared just as quickly as it came. The boy's eyes returned to their normal sapphire color, in which he turned his gaze to Pietro.
"Froze for most of it, wasn't until his punch was about to hit did...it kick in." Arminius said nervously. "Besides...I've never used it on others. Just practiced in my room when I had nothing to do."

Pietro nodded as he listened to Armin. It was alright that he had frozen, he had Pietro there in order help him out, so he was not entirely in trouble. Plus he was still learning. "Well Armin, I guess we're similar in a bit. When I was younger, I had to practice with my powers on my own in secrecy. No one taught me how to fight but I had to learn fast. I also had to protect my sister since we were always in danger. My life as a child was not an easy one." Pietro said with a sigh as he remembered those days pretty well. But he shook those thoughts away knowing he had greatly improved since those days It was all in good terms now.
"Say Armin. If you ever have the chance to come to the Avengers Tower in the future, we could teach you there how to learn and use your powers. It's an offer that I'm giving you." Pietro suggested wondering if he'd say yes to that. It was some times a difficult problem to over come it, and understood why if he couldn't. Sometimes being a hero and as well as maintaining their normal lives wasn't easy for a lot of people. Only a few lucky ones were able to be gifted with that.

"I can do a few other things, though not all that well." Arminius added. "At least you have a sibling that loves you most likely, I have a fake one. I guess the proper term would be step-brother, we get along okay but...I doubt that'll last for long."
It was true, his step-brother was still more family to the step-mother cause, she was the mother to him. He wasn't really Arminius's brother. So it was only a matter of time before he started to dislike him like she did. The offer though, took Arminius by a great deal of surprise. Go to the Avengers tower some time?
"I could probably sneak out sometime and visit." Arminius said. "Step-mother never notices when I sneak out. If she does, she's most likely happy."

"Oh I'm sorry to hear that. But to be honest she's my twin sister. She knows everything about me...and sometimes it's a bit weird." Pietro had to agree but he didn't really mean to make that sound bad or even be against her. He had loved Wanda a whole lot, it was just rather creepy. She knew a lot about him, it was like they had telepathic powers or something.
"Yes when you get the chance to go it might help you in your powers." Pietro said understanding that he might have an issue on sneaking out. "Also since Ironman has a bit of an issue with security you can tell the computer at the front gate that I told you to come." Pietro said. He knew that only some parts of the Avengers building could be accessed with the identicard. And Armin didn't exactly have one. He'd have to be brought around or escorted since he was wandering through Tony's home.

"Dad loves her, though...he's kinda blind and falling for a ruse. But oh well, I guess that's all that should matter to him." Arminius said as he shrugged.
Perhaps he should just consider leaving home altogether. After all, his father never believed anything he said it seemed. And his Step-mother did hate him. Perhaps he should just leave them. His father seemed so much more happier now.
"Alright." Arminius said. "See ya some time then."
