Torunn had been looking forward to this for weeks now, she was now able to return to earth. As the gate opened Torunn's heart started to race as she smiled, It had been long six years. She had made friends on Asgard of course but none of them where as close as the friendships she had made back on earth. When the portal was fully opened Torunn then jumped in ready to return to her second home. Though something was not right she thought she had made the portal to go the Avengers building. But she ended up going to the park. " Wait what! Ahh!!" the young asgardin said when she found out her mistake to late. When with great force she landed in the park the portal leaveing a mark on the ground. Shaking her head Torunn then looked around and frowned. " I seem to have missed my mark.. This is the park I think... Not the Avengers building..." Torunn grumbled. She then noticed scared people around her pointing and whispering. A teen age girl coming out of no where wearing golden armor was very odd. "Tch, Humans where are their manners? Do any of you know where I can find the Avengers?" she asked a she folded her arms and waited for a answer.

Francis had been out that day, even despite the doctors back at the Avengers building wanting him to stay put but even that couldn't slow him down. He was lucky that his leg wasn't injured from the moment Hope's Phoenix Force came through. It damaged a lot of the Avengers building, but Tony was already putting it back up in to pieces. He didn't want to stay there all day and he wanted some fresh air. His wounds on his leg were already starting to heal, but he couldn't exactly run on it that easily, that was why he brought his hovercraft as he flew over the sky but something caught his attention. "What the heck is that?" He asked as he tried to lean forward seeing the blinding flash of light. Curiosity seemed to come to the young avenger dreading something else might have happened to New York. They didn't need two bad things to happen in the same couple of weeks.
"I hope it's nothing bad. This will really make Tony upset if it is. And the other Avengers too." Francis said as he revved the engine of the hovercraft. He felt the injury on the leg from where it had been smashed by the metal but he continued to press on knowing there was an important matter at hand. The pain was going to stop at some point and he'd been through much worse than that.
From where he was he recognized the voice and chuckled, so the young asgardian was back? Torunn was back? This wasn't bad news at all as he took out an arrow and a bow knowing that this would get her attention. "Heay Torunn guess who?" he called out as the archer pulled on the bow and fired the arrow in the asgardian's direction. It was obviously meant to miss and get her attention. He'd never hurt her since she had been a long life friend. The arrow would make it obvious that Francis had arrived.

Just because he was on Earth, didn't mean he couldn't wear his Asgardian clothes when he wanted to. Dressed in the medevil looking outfit, Vasilii sat there in the park in a tree. So really he was sitting on a rather thick and strong branch. It was always a useful escape for him back on Asgard. In fact, the young Asgardian hadn't thought about home in a while. Perhaps it was due to joining the Future Foundation and meeting two members of it. That was probably it.
However, the sound of something landing caught his attention and he quickly got down and went to investigate it. Holding the spell book tightly under his right arm. Though when he arrived at the scene, he didn't expect this. The mark of a Asgardian portal was on the ground, he recognized that much. Turning his gaze to the Asgardian that had used the portal, he honestly didn't recognize her. He didn't know many of his race so that was why.
A voice soon came and a arrow was shot at the female Asgardian. Vasilii thought about doing something but didn't. She could probably handle herself, after all. The armor she wore was proof enough, plus she was Asgardian. Not all Asgardians were weak like him. Besides, the owner of the arrow seemed to know her from the way they called out suggested.

Unfortunately for the heroes they were not the only ones out and about that day. Blake had been trying to help the others back at the Dark Avengers building but had found things seemed to become tense lately. Hyacinth seemed to be the cause of issues as of late, for some reason acting out more than usual and even her and Barney seemed to barely talk anymore. Frustrated and annoyed Blake had left the place to go for a little fresh air, sniffing the air a bit as he was also hoping to get a quick snack in, and not the kind humans would first think of. And the best place to find good pickings was the park, Central Park always had a good assortment of people and usually he went for the dirt bags that were the low men on the totem pole in case of villains.
On his way there he paused for a moment, seeing a light striking down towards the park which intrigued him slightly and he quickened his pace. Leaving the metal jungle of New York, having to leap over cars and startling humans by his sudden appearance he quickly made it towards where Torunn had appeared. But much to his disappointment he overheard a familiar voice, the young archer Barney had kidnapped a long while ago. At hearing this Blake quickly stopped, realizing it might be a mistake to move closer as he might be recognized by Francis but still his craving for blood was beginning to override his usually logical thinking and he quickly searched among the crowd until he did notice one man had paused in trying to sneak up on a woman and her two young children. The perfect target.
Moving swiftly and silently Blake curled his tail around the branch he landed on and hung upside down to grab the man, covering his mouth so he didn't make a sound except muffled startled cries. Releasing his hold on the branch Blake slowly dragged the man back, the smell of the blood within the man's veils making him growl slightly as he finally couldn't resist and sunk his fangs into the neck making the man scream out in fear and pain. The cry caught the attention of the crowd for a moment and only made them scream in horror and fear when seeing the vampiric demonic mutant.

Torunn stood there waiting for a answer but none was coming and this was annoying Torunn, She was about to start yelling when she heard a voice she knew all to well and arrow landed in front of her. Torunn smiled as she picked the arrow and turned to see Francis her child hood friend. "Francis!" She cried out happily as she then ran over to him and glomped him more or less giving him a Asgardin bear hug not knowing he had been hurt. Otherwise she would not have done so. " It has been so long old friend! I have almost forgotten the sound of your voice!" she said a she then let go and pulled back handing Francis arrow back. But before they could talk more a man let out a horrible scream as did some others. Torunn then drew her mighty sword turning to see some sort of monster attacking a man. And without thinking much about it Torunn rushed in to help as her sword started to glow with lighting. " Unhand him foul beast!" She called out as she then tied to come down on the vampire with all her speed and strength.

"Yes it has been awhile-Ow that hurts Torunn. My leg's been kind of...busted." He trailed off as the hugging seemed to stop as Torunn let go of him and let the archer be as he remained on the hovercraft. It was clear they had much catching p to do while Torunn was spending time on earth. were other childhood friends that Francis had as well like James Rodgers, but he had always been close to the both of them and enjoyed their fun. Even if half the time they were only ending up arguing each other. He too also heard the scream as it made the young avenger stiffen despite the pain he felt in his leg. Where was it coming from? Why all of a sudden now?
It seemed that Torunn knew where it was as she began to head off to where the incident occurred. He also noticed that there was someone else odd looking in the crowd. He seemed to be dressed like Torunn in that fancy clothing that the asgardians wore. He never understood why they had to be so fancy about it, but he wasn't an asgardian so it probably didn't matter. Francis was just a human. "Torrun wait up! You're going to need some help, and you don't know what you're getting into." Francis said wondering if he was wasting his time trying to talk to her. There went her arrogant side again. And she might pay for it heavily if she didn't think things through. Francis only hoped that they didn't have to call in the older Avengers for it. That would not be good.

Should he go over to them and speak? Probably not wise, considering that one of them was a Asgardian that had strong skills in warrior training most likely. The scream caught him off guard though and it caused him to jump a bit. However, he too ran off in the direction of it.
What he saw though caught him off guard. He hadn't been expecting a guy to be be sinking their teeth into a person. Then again...Asgard had worse things there along with other worlds; Vasilii never went to them himself but read about them. The sound of the female Asgardian caught his attention as she charged.
"That might not be wise!" Vasilii cautioned her.
What am I doing? There's no way she'd listen to me. Vasilii thought in his head.

As Blake was being rather quick with his meal it was clear the man he had attacked was weakening, his screams dying to merely chokes as he struggled with life soon. Though the screams the other civilians gave off seemed quick to catch the attention of the heroes, making him try to be faster until he saw Torunn approaching. Narrowing his eyes he quickly moved away, his reflexes being far more superior to an average human and giving him time to dodge Torunn's attack while kicking the man away, but only just. As he came to a skidding halt in clear sight of others Blake wiped his mouth as some blood fell from the corners of his mouth and he glared slightly towards Torunn than to Francis and the other man who said it wouldn't be wise.
"You should listen to your friend and that strange little girl, you really never know who you might be fighting." Blake said calmly as he lifted his tail to reveal a switch knife had found in the man's hand before tossing it aside. "If it had not been for me that woman and her two young children could have been in danger, meaning you "heroes" aren't so aware of your surroundings." He added, more of a criticism towards them for being so careless. Sure one could have some good times but they should also be aware of things around them making the vampiric mutant frown slightly. These Avengers really were clueless sometimes.
Standing upright he crossed his arms as he glanced towards Francis, "Well, well, long time no see young Hawkeye, see not much has changed."He acknowledged Francis briefly, recalling when he had been kidnapped before glancing back to Torunn and keeping an eye on her next move.

Well she has at least able to get the beast away from that man.. But he looked to close to death for it to really matter.. And Torunn did take note how the beast moved how he was able to avoid her. Not very many humans would have been able to do that... SO he must be something more.. Torunn then smirked, " So you commit a crime in order to stop one? What's that human saying again? Two wrongs to don't make a right? Sorry you are no hero, with the skill you have just shown you could have taken the man down most likely without having to kill him. Not very heroic now is it..." Torunn said clearly ignoring both Francis and Vasilii. Though she did stay her hand for now as this time she did start to think about what she should do next after seeing such skill.

"torunn you should know something about this guy. He's a Dark Avenger. A villain." Francis said wondering if anything was going through the asgardian's head. How did she manage to live on Asgard acting like this? She rushed into every battle without even thinking things through. He could only wonder at this point. But the Dark Avenger clearly knew he was there. He had recognized him from when his uncle had tried to kidnap him awhile ago, in fact it had been months ago now as he thought about it. He wondered what Barney had been up to recently from time to time, but he knew he could never get too close to his uncle without getting killed it was a risk that he always had to take.
"I've managed to stay out of the grasp of your hands so far. The Avengers don't kidnap people you know." Francis said as he pulled tighter on the bow. One wrong move and the Dark Avenger was going to be fired upon as much as he could handle. He also hoped to realize that Blake was making a mistake. There were three people here against him, only one. He would surely loose if he could not handle himself. "I hope you realize you're making a mistake by coming here. You're out numbered."

Vasilii stood there, still ready with his hand on a open page in the book. Should he call the others? His team members? Who knows if they would be needed and while this guy was outnumbered yes, this guy appeared to be very fast and skilled with his reflexes. So that could spell trouble for them.
"I wouldn't get too confident." Vasilii said in a low voice to Francis. "He's got good speed and add onto that reflexes, being outnumbered could not be enough."
It was just how Vasilii saw the situation, he was just taking into account the things he saw. He returned his attention to Blake, this guy spelled trouble and with these people around. It could get worse.

"Well yes I could have, but sometimes I cannot help the nature of what I am Asgardian and sometimes it takes over my logical sense of mind. After all, a vampire has to eat too you know." Blake answered to Torunn, flicking his tail a bit as he saw this time the girl held her ground but did not rush in which was a smart thing to do. But he observed her sword, seeing it likely could take out his katana like a tooth pick with enough force so he would have to be careful. That was when his eyes flickered towards Francis, chuckling slightly as the archer seemed to have a twitchy finger, much like his uncle and father did from what he heard.
This he merely chuckled again, "Archer, just because one is surrounded does not mean they will lose. You know not of all my skills, even your friend there with the glasses seems to understand to not rush in that it might get you killed." Blake said, "Besides, you don't seem so keen as to strain yourself so much with that wound on your leg. I can smell the dry blood from here. Would you really risk reopening that wound should I get a hold of you?"He asked, with even through any bandages and clothes Blake knew the smell of blood quite well.

Torunn frowned as Blake spoke, he is a vampire? She had heard of those monster's though this was the first time she had come face to face with one. Torunn then started to think, as she knew Francis was hurt and most likely unable to battle.. And that stranger he wore Asgardian clothes but she had no idea what his skills are. As it may be hard to believe the young Asgardian did know when to stop and think. And now she had to protect her friend and the others around her if she could. But most likely she would need help.. As this Vampire does have good amount of skill... Torunn then pointed her sword at Blake but did not move to attack. " Francis call the others there is no shame is asking for help. I fear we will need all the help we can get with this beast. I shall keep him busy For I am Torunn! daughter of Thor and North Goddess of Thunder!!! " Torunn said as her sword started to glow and started to shoot lighting at Blake, Torunn then moved in to attack. Hoping the others would get there soon.

"You're not going to get to me that fast, pretty fast. Even if I am suffering from a wound. I'd prefer not to be lying in bed all day when I could be doing something. But as for the blood, you're going to have to dodge my arrows first and then my fists." Francis said knowing that he rarely missed targets like his father. It was every once in awhile he did but it was one rare occasion. Like a blue moon that happened, two full moons every month. Anyways that was getting off on a different topic.
"No kidding we're going to need it. I'm going to call them." Francis said as he took out his card and turned it on. "Avengers assemble in down town New York. There's evil in our midst." Francis said as he heard Tony's voice no doubt he wasn't surprised that he'd be the first one to call. Tony had eyes and ears just about everywhere. It was kind of scary. "We're on our way Francis hang tight until then." Tony said as he heard clanks of armor clear that Tony was starting to change into his Ironman suit. Pietro also heard the sound of the card go off and was going to possibly the first one there as he took off from where he was in the building and left a trail of wind behind him. He sped through the tower an began to make his way towards Central Park.
"First one here, as always." Pietro said as he saw the other younger Avengers. "Francis so what's-oh I think I figured it out. Torunn arrived and then this guy showed up. Mister scary looking guy." The speedster said as he recognized Torunn from when the Avengers wee younger as they were kids. It looked like she had returned from Asgard. They hadn't exactly had any trouble with Loki in awhile which was a good sign. Thor would be heavily displeased if his brother was here.

Vasilii sighed, it seemed she had gone ahead with attack anyway. He heard Francis call for the others and that made him question if he should call his own teammates. He didn't know how many Avengers were coming and really, if there were many then there was no reason to go over board. After all, the Avengers were experienced heroes. Letting lose one final sigh, he moved his and hand to the comminucatior and tried to reach some of the other members if they would respond.
"Future Foundation members, there's a situation in downtown New York in Central park. If any gets this be ready just in case." Vasilii told them, it sound pathetic most likely but he was new at it.
Turning his attention to Torunn, what now? She had just pretty much engaged in battle with this guy and Vasilii didn't know any confining spells. Not yet at least, once he got better with his current spells, he'd try a fifth one. For now though, he just stood there and waited to see if he would be needed, he was ready to jump in whenever it was needed.
