<<APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY>>
Over all Personality: Cyclops can be a stick in the mud from time to time, but that can blamed that on his upbringing. Fighting for the survival of his people since the age of 15, he feels he needs to be a little more militant that Charles Xavier was, as but not necessarily as much a fanatic as Magneto. While heavy is the head that wears the crown, Scott's capable of lightening up in the present of Emma Frost or any of his original X-men pals. But for the most part he’s serious business, especially when dealing with the likes of SHIELD, the Avengers, and Wolverine. His intentions for the most part are good, but his stoic, stand offish nature makes him a trouble to deal with at times, unless you’re an attractive telepath. With the return of his decease wife, Scott finds himself at a crossroad, torn between his role as a X-man, and forging his own legacy with Emma Frost.
Overall Appearance: Standing at 6’1” at 181 lbs., the old “Slim” rarely fits Scott Summers. He’s more defined, lean and cut, and not afraid of throwing down with his fists instead of his optic blasts. His hairline is receding a bit, something Emma points out. Daily. In terms of clothing, dating Emma Frost has affected his choice of clothing, as he taken to dressing in well-fit suits when he’s nothing rocking the old black and gold New X-men/Astonishing X-men get up. He’s also been toying around with a black and red outfit for reasons yet to be explained. Cyclops is also always seen wearing a silver visor, or a pair of ruby quartz glasses or contacts.

Skills: Leading various X-men field teams since a teenager has made Cyclops a master of several forms of hand to hand combat, as well as forging a sharp tactical mind.
Powers: Cyclops emits a powerful energy beam from his eye also known as a optic blast. And while not exactly a power, he possess a strong telepathic link to his ex wife Jean Grey, and his current girlfriend Emma Frost.
Weaknesses: While he’s gotten better controlling them without the use of his visor, brain damage suffered at an early age prevents Cyclops from firing his optic blasts for an extended time w/o losing control of them sans visors, goggles or contacts

History: After losing his parents at a young age, Cyclops bounced around several adopted homes and orphanages until he was discovered by Professor Charles Xavier. Under Xavier’s tutelage, Scott adopted the code name Cyclops and lead several incarnations of Xavier’s paramilitary team known as the X-men. The constant death, revival and deaths of his loved ones, including 2 of his wives (as well as his own at one point), began to take it’s toll on Scott, who has been corrupted by the villain Apocalypse as well. He stopped seeing Xavier’s dream as the ideal, and more as an impossible goal. Had it not been for Emma Frost (and Jean Grey from beyond space and time), Cyclops may have well as given up on being an X-man.
Since then Cyclops has forged his own take of Xavier’s dream. He believes that co-existence with humans is not impossible, but mutants should be prepare to bare their fangs if need be. He’s toyed around with the idea of forming team of black-ops X-men, an answer to SHIELD’s Secret Avengers programs,known as X-Force to deal with the type of missions too dirty for the X-men, and is in constant contact with the corporately owned investigation firm known as X-Factor.
