Arminius sighed. Yeah he did forget about the fact that Tony had been through a lot in terms of being injured. But still....electricity could be dangerous. And since the young mutant didn't know how to control his powers, he wasn't very sure on how he'd do trying not to use them. Normally he ran to avoid using them. He couldn't run though if he was getting defensive training.
How can I not worry? Arminius thought in his head.
"But....I...I don't know." Arminius said after a few moments of silence. "I can barely use them when...when the situation demands it. What...what if they just kick in when they shouldn't?"
There was no one in his family that he could go to for help with his powers. Everyone was normal but...him.

Tony still seemed to be a bit more confident he had been in fights against Thor with his kind of electricity. Still no matter how you put it electricity was rather dangerous to work with. It could kill you if you weren't too careful. "How about this Arminius, you don't have to use your powers in this class we're doing?" He asked wondering if that would make him feel better. If anything Tony could find a mentor for Arminius of that made him feel better. Yes there was Thor, but he thought that might have been a bit much.
Then he thought that Thor's daughter was still around. She was pretty much the same with the whole asgardian pride as he was. But he didn't know if she would be a bit too much for her still. "As for your powers, we can try and find a mentor for you, Arminius. There are several heroes out there that use the ability with electricity. I could look for one if that works for you?" He offered wondering if this would help with feeling the rest of the way better. It all depended, maybe Arminius didn't want to use his powers period? That could have been an idea now that he thought about it. He'd rather hide them away than use them.

Arminius wasn't sure what he wanted to do with his powers. Should he keep them or...try to get ride of them? Lock them away and never use them again? Or use them? The thing was, he didn't think he could hide them forever. So far he managed to hide them from his family but sooner or later they would learn. And then it would be trouble.
Hearing Tony's suggestion about not using his power for the class, he nodded his head. Perhaps it was best to just hide them a little longer in a way. Though, hearing the suggestion of a mentor caught him by surprise. Would someone be willing to? The surprise was visible on his face as he thought it over.
"D...Do you think someone...would really...be willing to..?" Arminius asked.

"I'm sure they wouldn't mind, Arminius." Tony assured him. even he had managed to mentor some of the young students there. Though his pupil had always been one boy in the bunch named James Templar. There had been something different about that boy that he couldn't exactly put his finger on, but maybe he finally had someone that was just as smart as him. Or either that he wanted someone in the future to take over Stark Industries when he wasn't around. So far Tony hadn't had the chance of giving his enterprise to a child so maybe James was his best bet at this point.
"I've mentored a few of the kids in the Avengers Arminius, myself so I know what to look for in a teacher. But I imagine someone would be interested in helping you with your powers. Don't worry." He said wondering himself if those words were true on not to worry. But there had to be someone out there that also had electrical powers. Besides Thor that is, he thought the asgardian might be a bit too much for the boy as he needed someone with less strength, vigor and pride about everything he did. And not to mention Thor was a god, there was that worry in there also.

Listening to what Tony was saying, Arminius was thinking about it. Perhaps he should get a mentor? He'd then have more control of his powers and possibly be able to hide them better. He wouldn't be able to do that without someone helping him.
"O...Okay." Arminius said. "So...so now what?"
(ooc: Sorry I couldn't think of much to post.)

Ooc: It's ok I was thinking they could move on to the training room at this point.
Bic: "Well we could go to the open training rooms now. We could start practicing without your powers to see how things go." Tony offered wondering if he'd say yes. Of course Tony would offer his end of the deal of not wearing his armor in there as well. It would be nearby no doubt just in case something were to happen. And he hoped nothing bad would come during the time he was here training with Arminius. That was just going to spell bad news over it all.

"Okay." Arminius agreed.
It wouldn't hurt to try right? Hopefully it wouldn't. Ariminius would follow Tony to the training room, though he'd still be nervous and a little unsure about it.
(ooc: -faceplant- short again.)
