So after much wait and thought of these training squads for the X-students we have decided we will do them. However, for the time being they are currently on hold as me and Yankees agree that more students are needed before we can consider making enough squads for the teachers who decided to participate which was pointed out thanks to Athen. This is something we agree with so for those of you who are looking forward to this do not fret much, this idea is not being scrapped since many seem excited to give it a try only on hold. But for now the details:
Information:
The training squads are a system meant to help students from ages 13-18 to become better prepared for the newest dangers in the world. It is true that after 15 years things have settled down but everyone knows peace doesn't last and dangers of the world are still very much around. So in a world full of hostility, especially in the case of Sentinels returning or anti-mutant acts picking up pace again, they will be ready.
It is also a way to help those students who wish to become X-men in the future to be able to take their place in the team. This is especially so as the veterans step down from their duties to allow the next generation to continue on their dream of human-mutant relationships.
Rules:
Now much like many teams each squad gets to pick their own team name and colors. These squads will meet up with their designated field leader to be able to train on certain days of the week and continue being trained in their powers and team work. But before these teams are made official members are allowed to make switches with another of their own characters or with someone else's, as long as both agree to it. But students younger then 13 will not be allowed to participate due to some concerns of younger ages, so until then they continue their days as normal.

Note:As of right now Squad leaders are needed in order for this to be possible. As of right now we are allowing any members who has a institute staff member/X-men character, not counting those who are students, to sign up. Currently we are only accepting 4 total.
