- Personality: When in class Kate is very strict and makes her students call her Ms. Frost! out of class she allows the students to call her Kate or Gala. Her daughter Charity is everything to Kate! She would do anything for her daughter. But she does not treat her daughter specially from the other students when in class.
Kate and Charity are very close. They are all they have blood wise. She enjoy's playing with her daughter! In her past time when she isn't spending it with her daughter she likes to read or go swimming in the pool. She will often use her powers to make the pool cold when she swims. - Likes: The Cold, Swimming, Ice, Snow, Friends, Reading, Her Daughter Charity Frost!

Normal Appearance: Kate stand's at about five feet and six inches and weigh's one hundred and thirty two pounds. She has medium length blond hair. Her skin is pale almost like milk and soft as silk. She has light blue eye's. Kate prefer's to where suits when working at the school. Her suit's are usually light color's such as light brown or tan or even light yellow. But she never wore black or white suits. When not working she tend's to wear jean's and a blouse of some sort. She also has a scar running down her left arm and a barely visible car on her neck.
Mutant Appearance: When Kate uses her power's her appearance changes from blond hair to a dark blue. And her skin changes from milk white to a crystal blue. It also becomes as hard as crystal. Her eye's are the only thing that stay's the same. Her height is still the same but her weight changes from one thirty two to two fifty six because of the hard crystallized skin. - Distinguishing Features: A blue rose tattoo on the back of her neck.
- Equipment: Dual Kitana's strapped against her back, A pack attached to her felt with three pockets. In one pocket is flash bomb's, in the second is a handful of Makibishi Spykes and in the third pouch is two sets of Fist Sword's which are metal knuckles with a sharp blade on one end.

- Powers: Kaitlyn has four main power's.
Element Of Ice: Kate can control the element of ice. She is able to freeze any moisture in the air into unusually hard ice that can even chip the sharpest of swords, and thereby form simple objects such as slides, ladders, shields, bats, etc...
Shape Shift: Kate is able to change from her normal appearance and make her skin blue and hard as diamonds. It allows her body a defense against the cold. Her normal body is sensitive to extreme cold just like a normal human. But in her second form she is able to withstand it with out a problem. Her second form also is used as a defense. No man made weapon can cut through her diamond hard shell.
Transport: Gala also possesses the potential to transport herself quickly over great distances through nearby flows of water by merging her body’s molecules with those of the stream.
Thermal Vision: Ability to see beings due to the heat signature that others give off, because of the absence of heat around her in her second form! - Weaknesses:
Main Weakness: Kate's main weakness is her daughter. There isn't anything she would not do to keep Charity safe.
Thermal Vision: Only works in her second form.
Transport: Kate is only able to transport herself through water for a certain amount of miles before needing to get out to rest.
Ice Powers: Fire beats Ice every time.

- History: Kaitlyn was born to Jennet and Kyle Frost in a small town in Georgia. She was the first born and there for spoiled for many years. Kate always loved swimming and would spend much time at the town swimming pool in the summer. When she was eight years old she joined the Swimming Club and was able to swim all she wanted in the school pool. When she was nine years old her sister Maria was born. Even as a baby Kate didn't care for her sister. She would steer clear of her and refused to help watch her.
When she was twelve years old she joined the Girls Swimming Team. She may not have been the best in the team but she wasn't the worst. She tended to come in second most the time. And she didn't mind. Kate was in it for fun. Win or loose it didn't matter to her as long as she had fun. It was when she was walking home one night that her powers awakened. It was a long walk from the school to her house. her parents where unable to pick her up because her three year old sister was sick. She was about halfway home when someone jumped out of the shadows attacked her. She was thrown to the ground and she felt a burning pain as her attacker used the knife to slice at her arm. It was after he cut her that he whispered. "Remain still and I may let you live." She was about to scream when she felt the knife to her throat.
Filled with fear she closed her eyes and waited for death to come. But when the attacker went to stab her the blade broke in half. She continued to wait with her eyes closed having not felt a thing. When her attacker screamed in fear she opened her eyes to see ice forming around the guy. She let out a startled scream and crawled away quickly. Once she was a few feet away the ice stopped leaving his legs and arms and half his chest frozen in ice. She could hear him scream at her asking her what was she. Kate didn't understand until she saw her reflection in a window. She had turned blue. She let out another scream and ran the rest of the way home.
When she got home there was someone standing on her porch that she didn't know. It was a teacher from Jean Grey's School For Higher Learning. After talking to her parent's they agreed to send her away to school so she could learn to control her powers. Kate was devastated and couldn't believe her parents would send her with someone she didn't know just like that. After packing she left for the this so called school. Kate spent the next few years training to control her powers. Over that time her and a boy named Kenny grew close. At first it was just friends and than best friends. But as they got older they started to day. Kenny had the ability to control plants and would often grew flowers from the ground and give it to her.
At the age of eighteen the two became married. They where given the choice to stay at the school and help teach or leave and start a life of their own. Together the two decided to stay and help teach the next generation of mutants. The next year Kate became pregnant with Kenny's child. She was about six months along when Kenny and several others left for a mission. When they came back many where injured. And Kenny was dead. He had died saving his friend. Leaving Kate to raise their child on her own. She refused help from any of her friends.
