Personality: Due to being genetically engineered Jeff does not really have people to call his parents. S.H.I.E.L.D. has him convince other people he is an alien. Jeff has pretended to believe the backstory that S.H.I.E.L.D. came up with for him, but does not know his real origins. Often times Jeff seems cold and ruthless willing to do whatever it takes to win against his foes. Jeff for some reason has a loathing of those of extreme science and what not.
Specifically he does not like alien hunters, doctors, or general scientists. This provides him a great deal of protection against such means of being dissected. In battle Jeff takes the time to logically analyze his opponents. If ever he discovers S.H.I.E.L.D. has betrayed him and has made him likely he will turn against S.H.I.E.L.D. However that event has not happened. Jeff also has a code of honor that makes him refrain from striking down a helpless enemy for whatever reason.
Likes: Peaceful Environments, not having to bust out his technology. Calming music. Pumped up music. Avoiding going all out in battle.
Dislikes: Criminals, Shades, Scientists, Geneticisists, alien hunters.
Appearance: On Earth Jeff stands at 5”1 with crimson hair and blue eyes. His normal clothing consists of a wide range of attire he can choose to wear at any given time. The attire includes a brown overcoat with a black tank top and blue jeans with black combat boots. The outfit also has a sheath for his katana on the waist. Furthermore on his wrist is a black wrist band with the kanji symbol for Warrior on it. Jeff looks like someone people should not mess with if they value their existence and wish to survive.

The Gear Jeff uses has been made by S.H.I.E.L.D. specifically for the purpose of keeping their investment alive.

The blade is also capable of returning to the hand of the wielder in a brilliant explosion of fire. The katana is one of the weapons he likes to keep on hand in case it is needed under any circumstances. The katana is made out of Adamantium and Vibranium.
Protective Suit:
The Protective Suit provides Jeff enhanced strength, speed, agility, stamina and the ability to control fire while he is inside of the suit. It is activated when he holds up the katana and yells “Into the Inferno!”. The suit is one of his most powerful assets. It can also allow him to manipulate light into solid constructs to attack his enemies with. Furthermore it also allows him to survive in Earth’s atmosphere. True he can already survive without the suit, but this increases the level of physical activity he is capable of performing. The suit is bullet and laser resistant. It also provides him protection from attacks of the mental variety or ones that could affect him outside of advanced science. This was designed on Earth for him by S.H.I.E.L.D. scientists.

Scientists in S.H.I.E.LD. decided they needed a means of dealing with and removing enemy threats. Should the Avengers go rogue or groups like the Revengers be a problem they needed a counter method. So they studied the DNA of Iron Fist and also DNA of an unknown alien race that had died on Earth. Using the DNA they were able to create a living being with the ability to manipulate his chi into energy constructs for various moves. The scientists put Jeff through immense amounts of education.
From when he was old enough to walk and talk they put him through hand to hand combat along with instruction in melee and ranged weaponry. To add to that they also created advanced scientific developments for him to use as his main weaponry. His preference seemed to be a katana and so they experimented and developed and worked on a blade. Once the blade had been made, they were done. After that, they left him to his own designs but with one stipulation. He must report into S.H.I.E.L.D. while pretending to be an alien on Earth.
Ever since Captain America had joined the Avengers plans for a super human under Government control had been made. Only recently has S.H.I.E.L.D. managed to succeed. Armed with their newest and most powerful creation S.H.I.E.L.D. has high hopes about Jeff. For they hope he will be worth the investments they have made in order to create him. Jeff does not know he was a lab rat at the hands of S.H.I.E.L.D. however.

The world was at war against the Heartless and was not having much success in that war. Every day soldiers and ninja and samurai and archers and knights went out to battle against them. Fewer returned every day and the numbers of the heartless grew. As he sat in the meditation gardens Jeff grew more and more irritated with this. Sending people against the Heartless was the errand of a fool. The source of the Heartless needed to be found. The only way to win against the Heartless was to remove the source and to that end the source had to be found first. Sighing Jeff went to his room and started to pack all his things working through the evening.
The next day his mentor’s body was discovered in the meditation garden slain by a Heartless that looked like a woman. The straw that broke the camel’s back was that event and it solidified Jeff’s determination. Raiding dozens of ancient scrolls and a cube of storage from Dusk’s arsenal he packed all he could possibly need into it. Each world had their own denizens. The next day the Heartless vanished…replaced by creatures out of his worst nightmares.
