- Personality: When one first meets Jacob he is noticeably an out-going and kind hearted person from the start, one you might least expect to truly have a mean bone in his body. He is always willing to be social and talkative with strangers, regardless of their origin or background and this often shows is far too trusting side. A side that could very well be exploited by people if he doesn't catch on right away. Then again Jacob doesn't believe anyone is truly evil, though he still tends to be very watchful of people he meets. It is just a habit he took up shortly after his mutation began to gradually come in.
But on the flip side Jacob is a very stubborn, hard headed man that doesn't back down depending on the situation. Quite frankly he will do a complete 180 when it comes to a fight, challenge, or those he cares for are in danger to which he lives up to his codename of "War Eagle", showing a much more fierce, protective side that you wouldn't expect from a man such as him. What's more Jacob is hard to deter from choices he makes and certainly will fight for what he believes in, example being of mutant rights. - Likes:Being able to fly, meeting new people,Video games, training when he can,fighting for what he believes in

- Appearance: Jacob is a young man who stands at 6'1 and is about 135 lbs due to the fact his bones are much lighter then normal. He has a handsome face with sharp facial features, piercing icy blue eyes, and ebony black hair. He is a muscular, well-toned youth who has really no signs of fat, if any, on his body and he has a light tan skin. His clothes are normally anything comfortable but most shirts have a hole in the back to allow his four wings to be free.

Wing Manifestation-On his upper middle back Jacob bares four conjoined wings, each being 10 feet in length alone and 20 feet total when fully spread. The feathers are a dark brown to black in coloration, the top and middle rows of feathers being dark brown and the lowers parts being black. They are strong enough to lifting him at the maximum 10,000 feet and just slightly more, though this tends to tire him out if he does this for long. His max speed is 75 mph when in leveled flight and diving speed of 85 mph.
Aerial Adaptation-Jacob's body is developed in a way that he certainly is a man meant for flying. He is able to withstand the extremely high and low air pressures of the atmosphere, such as in the case he flies at altitudes of 1000-10,000 feet. He also has an enhanced lung capacity to enable him to breathe where oxygen is reduced at higher altitudes much like those of bird's. Also his bones are hollow to allow him to fly unlike those of ordinary humans and much less fat, if any, to where he's really just all muscle.
Enhanced sight-Again much like a bird Jacob's eye sight is far sharper then those of an ordinary human, allowing him to see clearly for maximum 40 feet ahead of himself or to catch sight of something from the air quicker then anyone could. It can also be noted that over his eyes are a special layer of film that prevents the air from hurting his eyes when he flies, allowing him to do so without the need for glasses or goggles of some kind. They are also unusually shaped like those of a bird's.
Superhuman Stamina-Jacob has an immunity to fatigue toxins that can build up over time when doing certain activities over certain periods of time. This allows him to go far longer or tiring too quickly then an average human, especially when it comes to his flying. At minimum he can last for 5 hours longer in activities then normal humans and maximum 7 hours.
Superhuman Strength-Due to his aerial adaptation Jacob's strength is twice that of the average man his age and height and mostly due to lack of fat, if any, on his body. At maximum he can lift 400 lbs with relative ease.
Minor Healing factor-Last of all Jacob also has a healing factor that allows him to heal from most minor to fatal wounds. Minor ones such as bruises, small cuts, and other such injuries generally take a few minutes to heal while more major wounds like broken bones or gashes take a few hours. However, his healing factor cannot regrow limbs or organs. It is also likely he could lose this ability if his wings were to be removed in some way. - Weaknesses:
-Wings are still very vulnerable leaving them open to being attacked or even amputated if needed
-Bones could very well be broken a little more easily then normal humans but it still does take some force to do it
-Tends to ignore authority or even the law and instead goes by his own rules when he fights for what he believes

- History:Jacob is originally from London, England, born to a wealthy family in the upper parts of the city. Here he had some of the best education money could buy and his life was pretty much easy going for the most part, though he was anything but one of those spoiled rich kids like many people would typically expect. Actually during his younger years Jacob was encouraged by his parents to do many things, despite their often chaotic life style and not really getting to spend much time together and often chose to find something he could do for a hobby. This turned out to be mixed martial arts, something he found would prove useful in some aspects of his life.
For the first ten years of Jacob's life it was a relatively normal one, he easily made friends regardless if they were wealthy class, middle class, or lower class, excelled in school, and showed to also be excelling in his mixed martial arts. But before long Jacob's life would soon began a gradual change into what has made him the man he is today, all starting with minor back pains when he was ten. At first they were nothing, mostly a nuisance like those of mosquito bites before over the next three years the pain began to worsen month after month. Throughout these years Jacob was seen by little over ten different specialists and doctors,getting tests and x-rays done throughout the years.
Though many blood tests and fluid tests were taken nothing abnormal showed up, but when it came to his x-rays that was a different story. It began first finding out that his bones were hollow like a bird's skeleton and it was to realization that though he looked the size and age of a boy his age he was actually much lighter then normal. And over time his back x-rays began to reveal extra bones growing, almost four extra appendages conjoined to one area in his upper back and it was suspected these growths were what was causing the pain. But each time the doctors suggested taking them out Jacob always refused or found it too painful for them to touch the area. Eventually all hopes of surgery became zero and Jacob's parents could only watch as he made his changes, even noticing how his eyes had changed shape to become more bird-like as well which frightened them more.
Finally, four years later Jacob's pain became so great he was screaming in constant agony for two days to the point he couldn't scream anymore and at last those four dark brown to black 10-foot wings burst from his back. Unfortunately he ended up passing out in the process from the loss of blood and amount of pain he was in. From then on things began to go tense and sour within the Williams' home. And the young man soon discovered why his parents had been so frightened, the fact he had become a mutant is what was wrong. His parents were religious people, little too religious for Jacob's tastes and he almost expected them to change their minds about him seeming as he thought himself of maybe being an angel rather then a mutant at the time. But after two more years went by his mother eventually avoided him and his father became cold and shunned his mutant son.
At sixteen Jacob confronted them about it, but instead of listening they disowned their son saying he was no angel but a monstrosity, a creation of the devil. Deeply hurt by this Jacob left, taking what he could and set out to try and have a new home but he soon discovered that many of his friends were also no different from his parents, just not with the religious aspect. They just hated mutants while maybe a handful were able to help him get enough money to find his own place in town and work to carve his own life. And for the next four years Jacob did just that, using a special harness in which to hide his wings, work to save money, finish high school, and get his AA degree.
Eventually, being tired of London and having to see old hostile faces, his parents among them Jacob used some of his saved money to move to the United States, settling in the famed Mutant Town district of the city. Here he bought his own apartment and was able to find a job as a part-time bartender. Shortly there after Jacob enrolled to a nearby college, aiming to get his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Technology/Engineering. After three more years he has recently gotten his Bachelor's degree and is studying to get his Master's currently. Though occasionally he has also made somewhat of a habit of helping people on occasions as well, but mostly mutants. Mostly due to the fact he has lost some trust in humans from the way he's been treated and other mutants as well.
