Shadows covering my face
- Personality: She is quiet, emotionless, studious, and sarcastic. She can always come up with a witty remark. Her appearance and attitude appears to be that of a typical modern Goth female, however, as much as she may seem slightly distant and anti-social, but a character everyone can relate to. She's a recluse and sort of to herself. Evginia is often portrayed as a very mature person for her age, often giving her own advice to the others about various subjects, and generally staying cool and calm, even in desperate situations.
She is, however, also the most emotionally-restrained, appearing secretive and distant; she initially does not allow any of her fellow peers into her room and spends most of her time by herself, usually meditating or reading one of her numerous books. The reason for her emotional restraint is due to the adverse effects her emotions have on her powers. If her emotions become out of control, her powers can become erratic and spontaneous, becoming active without her will. It is difficult for Evginia to build trust for anyone, and even more difficult to truly forgive if that trusts was to be broken.
In several instances, contrary to her usual behavior, she does show more emotion. Furthermore, Evginia is known to sometimes be shocked at trivial things. She doesn’t like losing and doesn’t show the anger though. Sometimes she will be shocked and stunned for a second but she will regain her focus fast. She can lose her temper easily. Despite her seemingly unfriendly attitude, Evginia does indeed care greatly about the people she is attached to. Evginia is often portrayed as the most insensitive and pessimistic girl. Overall, Evginia is not coldhearted, merely introverted, caring deeply about those close to her.

Around her neck you’ll spot a little gray fur neck brace. Evginia wears black high top shoes on her feet. Reverse Astral projection: Evginia can leave her body in the Astral world and send her spirit into the Human world. This projection can Phase through objects and feel anything when needed. She really can't do much. She can stay in the normal world for as long as she wants too.
Soul-self: The basis of almost all of Evginia’s powers is derived from her soul-self. She is able to project her soul from her body into corporeal form, allowing her to use it to interact with the physical world, to affect others mentally and to traverse through time-space. Her soul-self takes the form of a double of her own body. She is capable of changing its shape and size at will, and can alter her own appearance with her soul-self, like increasing her size or making her face hideous. She is able to project her soul-self into the minds of others for a devastating mental attack, to communicate, facilitate calm or to force people into submission. Though normally composed of energy that is colored black, Evginia's soul-self can change color depending on her emotional state, manifesting as red or white. This form does not age but her body will. The body still works when she leaves it, but, if her body is destroyed, her soul self is stuck out of the body forever. She can stay in this form for as long as she wants, although, she is weaker in this form, and she can feel pain, and die in that form. Since she is always a spirit form, she can phase for as long as she wants. Although, this means that sometimes, she can phase by accident. Mostly when she is distracted. the only thing she can't phase is living things, anything with a heart, plants not included.
Empathy: The power to sense the emotions of others, allowing her to gain insight into their thoughts and intentions, and even experience their own feelings. This also enables her to sense the mental state of others, as she has stated that she would know if someone's mind had been tampered with. Evginia can absorb the pain of others into her own body in order to induce rapid healing for them and can heal herself by going into a trance of emotional calm. By using her empathy to guide her, she can track others with her soul-self.
Levitation: Evginia can fly due to the fact that she is a ghost of her former self. She can fly as high as she wants but if she doesn't land once every 10 minutes, she will fall to the ground. As long as she lands every ten minutes, she can take off again and fly another ten minutes. When she lands after flying, she has to wait about a minute before taking off again.
- Weaknesses:
-Evginia's main weakness is letting go of her emotions, especially rage. Even though her rage seems powerful, it could potentially corrupt her, leaving her very vulnerable to attacks with more power than her own.
It also seems she can keep perfect control of her powers while exhibiting her emotions. When Evginia is radiant with happiness and love, yet she is still able to control her powers with ease. If Evginia suppresses her fear, she is unable to connect with her powers until she admits she is truly afraid.
-Evginia’s soul self can go to the astral plane, but, with no body there, after an hour of hanging around there, she would die because the soul is searching for a body that isn’t around for a hundred years. So if she goes
-Evginia loves reading old classics, so if she sees a library in the year 2013, she would read every book in that library that she hasn’t heard of before. - Skills:
Above-Average Physical Condition: Though not the most physically talented of the city, Evginia is nonetheless a fairly skilled hand-to-hand fighter, having received at least some degree of physical training. - History: Evginia was 'born' in the year 2100, but as a normal human would have been born in the real world, Evginia was born in the Astral Plane. Her parents meet there when they were 13 and just learning about their powers which were traveling to the astral plane. Her mother was in Russia and her Father in England. Her parents visited each other. In the year 2100 they realized they would never meet and decided to have a kid in the plane. Her father had learned he had the power to manipulate the ectoplasm in the plane and the mother could animate inanimate objects to living things, so, he created a child with and she animated it. When she was 'born', her body was made of the ectoplasm; she was raised in the plane with her parents. Life was seemingly perfect.
After thirteen long years in the plane, the family had a teenager with mutant powers. The parents wondered what the daughter’s powers would be. It turned out she had the same powers as her parents. But being in the astral plane already, she would travel to the real world in her spirit form. After training for three long years, Evginia finally made it into the human world for the first time, the country was Russia. She learned the entire ways human’s lived and finally had a home. Except, her body was where she was born, her spirit traveled to the human world.
In the year 2118 Evginia started to fight crime, trying to save the city. And with her spirit abilities, it was easy fighting and not losing. On February 24, 2118, Evginia was fighting a 25 year old man named Jorka Von Porogage. He had the ability to open portals to any dimension he wanted to. When fighting him, Evginia almost beat him until, he sent her through a portal to the astral plane, not knowing her body was there. When she arrived, her soul automatically started to fly towards the body in a shadowy glow. Jorka came through the portal and noticed this; he opened a portal directly over the body and the soul went thought it. Evginia was sent though 100 years and arrived in the astral plane 100 years before. Her body was still in the future. She exited the astral plane and became ‘Spectra’ the real ghost of New York city. At least, that’s what she called herself.

There is darkness…
A stream of green smoke, luminous and shapeless.
There is light…
Another flash of pale smoke from the opposite side, nothing more than a brief rush.
And so there is hope…
This time the smoke took a form, the vague shape of a serpent, winding its way out of the palm of her hand.
And an equal amount of despair.
The snakelike creature squirmed through the air, gaining detail and form, becoming noticeably bigger.
Humanity is such an odd concept.
The woman stood in the middle of a darkened alleyway, her rain-slicked hair clinging to her scalp and shoulders. She stared up at the sky with eyes darkened by amusement. Her fingers rippled, controlling the odd serpent as it twisted around her, thickening and lengthening.
The head was an obvious feature now, with bulbous eyes and a rough snout, opening its maw to run a translucent tongue over its teeth.
“Now, my pet…” She crooned, causing the serpent to turn of its own accord as it faced her, “Now the game truly begins.”
Thunder tore the sky above the solitary figure, followed by a crackle of forked lightning, not too far away. It illuminated her face momentarily, the look of absolute peacefulness a harsh contrast to the normal snarl.
“Chimera has returned little humans. Run back to your hidey-holes if you wish to spare yourselves.”
Chimera rubbed her fingers together, and the dragon vanished as quickly as it had arrived. She examined her gloved fingers in wonder, as if curious as to how they could produce such things.
She had had the power for years. Since before she could remember, these strange ectoplasmic dragons had aided her in her dimension-wide conflicts. Her takeovers that had, until Earth, been successful. They had become fearful, whispered tales of fire and storms and bloodshed and darkness that never ended. Tales that she revelled in even now, so many years after the last victory.
No matter.
There had been no successes on this planet yet, but it was only a matter of time.
