• Powers: Animal changling, can turn into animals at will. If Harvey is around animals for a while or study's up on them he can transform into it. And can talk to animals as well ether in human or animal form.
  
• Weaknesses: Has to be able to see in his mind what he wants to transform into so has to have some knowledge of the animal he wants to turn into. And he cannot transform form animal to animal he has to turn into his human form before taking on a new one. When in new forms he cannot stay in them long a hour tops. Though forms he turns into most he can stay in that form for up to a day before having to turn back.
