Neila lay down on the so called bed stareing up at the celling, there was nothing to do but that... And if she tried to get away that blasted Jarvis would just call those goodie goodie two shoes.. Neila then rolled over on her side and looked at the wall. If any of them came by she would pretend to be alseep and ignore them. That was if it was Francis. She then would be happy to talk to him. Though the one she did not want to see was ironman... the jerk that had her locked her in here.. Well no it was Francis but Ironman had ordered it.. "I can't wait to get out of here......" Neila muttred herself and closed her eyes.

Finally Francis had gotten a chance in order to visit Neila. He had managed to visit her earlier once in he week and the second chance came. He knew that she enjoyed it so far and they hadn't argued...well maybe that was a bit of a lie. They did argue, but it had simmered down since the previous days when they were stuck together. He came down from the elevator as the door opened and he stepped out to head towards Neila's cell, ignoring the others as they glared or stared at him as he walked by. "Heay Neila. How about getting some fresh air on the roof of the Avengers with me? Like you, I've been stuck inside all day." Francis asked as he began to open the door for her so she could be out for awhile, that is until Francis was told to put her back.

Neila heard someone coming so she did not move, pretanding to be a alseep so whoever it was would leave her alone. Though to her surpise it was Francis. Neila then sat up and looked him, she then blinked in shock when he asked of she wanted to go up to the roof with him, Though she just gave a smile. "Sure, this place is boring as hell and the others wont shut up!!!" Neila said rasing her voice and yelled at the other prisoners. Not careing if they would get mad at her for that. She then got off the bed and walked out of the cell. She would not ask if it was ok or not she just wanted out.. Not like trying to get away would do anything. "Well lead the way... I could use some sun right about now." Neila said with a smille.

"No wonder why Tony installed the sound proof walls in the floors above, we hardly ever hear them while we're up there." Francis said with a shrug as he listened to what Neila had to say. But Francis seemed to be amused at how surprised she was by seeing him here, he did after all want to keep his word for her. "Come on I'll lead the way. And if anything happens of course you can blame me. We're bound to run into one of the other Avengers on our way up." Francis said as he began to head towards the doors. But he did notice one thing, Neila was smiling. That was rare for her.

Neila nodded as she started to follow after Francis. "Whatever I guess... The only thing that would happen is for me to be thrown back into the cell..." Neila said as she followed behind Francis. tThough she would not say a word as they walked in hopes that would help then sneck on by. But then again she had to worry about Jarvis... That blasted computer saw everything that happend here and could have already noticed she was out of her cell. But to try to gain some trust she was not going to make a move to get away.

"I suppose that's tru." Francis said with a shrug as he listened to her. It wasn't long before they reached the elevator again and Francis held the door open so she could get in and go to the top. He started to wonder though, would she ever get a chance to trust some of the other Avengers? He knew some of them liked to put out their personalities or egos out there big time. But he knew one person that everyone seemed to like was Captain America. And he knew his son well for being on the New Avengers also. Maybe he should though just try and focus on kids in their age group before trying anything harder in gaining friends around the Avengers for Neila. But he wasn't so sure how well it'd go.

Neila walked into the elevator and laned on a wall and looked over at Francis. Still wondering why he was being so kind.. For this was the very first time anyone had given a chance. But it was to early to see what he was up to.. She did respect him yes but does not trust him fully just yet.. Neila then looked up at the camra but said nothing, she would like to go outsde but she was starting to feel that may not happen... But she kept that to herself as she closed her eyes and folded her arms. though the elevator seemed to be taking is marry old time getting to the top..

It was a few minutes before they reached the top of the building as they could see a whole different perspective of New York. On one side of the building was a massive water fall that carried water up this high and then let it circulate through the entire building to get to certain areas for instances the showers and bathrooms. On one other side of course was a landing dock for Tony to get onto when he had arrived on to the roof and wanted to disassemble the armor. There were also a few occasional flowers and plants that were put up. Other than that the place was pretty much left open for the others to come enjoy it, "We're here Neila." Francis said as he stepped out of the Elevator first and gave room for her. "We're at the top."

When the elevator stopped and opened Neila blinked a few times as her eyes got used to the light. She sheilded her eyes but then hesatated about getting off. As if she was weary about what could happen. But she nodded when Francis invited her out. With a few steps she was out of the elevator and took in a deep breath and felt the freash air fill her lungs. It was much better then the air in the cell.. That was for sure, though how long would she be able to enjoy it? Neila then looked around and smiled a little, "Not bad, not bad at all.." Neila said as she started to look around,

"Yeah one of my favorite places in the entire building. Tony picked a good spot to build he building here as you see a lot of New York and over on the river too." Francis said as he saw that Neila was a bit hesitant on stepping out. If he had too he'd help her a bit in every step of the way. Tony had also put up some walls nearby in case they had a probem and would fall. But of course most people were safe from falling if they didn't stay near the edge.

"Please don't say the old man's name.... It will put me in a bad mood..." Neila said in a dark tone as she glared over at Francis. The last thing she wanted was to talk about him. He could burn in hell for all she cared. She then started to walk around and came up to one of the edges and looked at the city below. The streets of witch she lived and she could see all the people running around like they always did. Though now she was apart from in for now... Heck if she could fly she would leave right now... But she knew she did not have the skills the human tourch has.. She would have to train herself harder to be able to fly with fire like that.. But then again she may not be able to do that.. Oh well it was fun to think about though.

"I'm sorry. If you want me I'll be hanging out by the waterfall." Francis said as he felt bad about saying it. But he fell silent as he began to head towards the waterfall and sat down at the edge of where the water was hitting it on the roof. After that as he took his backpack out and began to take out a piece of what looked like the material for his bows that he would use. He began to try and clean off the edges and make it a bit more rounder into a cyllinder as he was working on making it into the arrows and let Neila do what she wanted to do on the roof.

It was quite a lovely day out, especially when going on patrol and having worry very little about the weather. The most Balis dealt with was a slight breeze but nothing that would affect his flying, which he flew slightly above the high buildings to avoid having to fly around the much taller skyscrappers and dealing with sharp corners. More often then not he came too close for comfort in accidently hitting them or having to always avoid them. It was one thing he somewhat resented when it came to flight but none the less he endured such nuisances and took it in stride.
Today he was finishing his few hour patrol and returning to the Avengers, seeing the tower just ahead to which he was somewhat glad since his wings were starting to ache after such a long flight. But as he was arriving Balis could make out two others on the roof, one being the second Hawkeye Francis Barton who was a year young then himself and an unfamiliar young girl who was the same age or around the same age as Francis. Was she perhaps a new member or the recent prisoner he had heard some stuff about? Well there would be one way to find out. And regardless if this young woman was a prisoner if someone trusted them enough to bring them out for a while then certainly there wasn't an immediate danger, so Balis put aside any suspicion at the moment and flared his wings as he came in for a landing. With a twist he put his bo staff on his back and folded his wings.
"Hey Francis."Balis greeted with a smile as he walked over to them and looked towards Neila with the same kindness,"And hello miss, welcome to the Avengers Tower."He greeted her, not really knowing of Neila's attitude or who she was. Balis really hadn't paid much attention to what was going on since he was often busy with his college work, his job off the side when not here, or doing patrols and training. "Sorry if I may have barged in on anything but with wings it's so much easier to enter from the roof."He added with a slight chuckle.

Neila had become lost in thought in ways she could make herself stronger. And she would try them after leaving this place. Though soon though something caught her eye, someone was headed to the roof. Neila eyes grew wide and she backed away from the edge and closer to the building looking as if she was ready to bolt. When the man landed Neila never took her eyes off him as she stared, He must be a Avenger.. Great another one just what she needed... Though he did not seem like he was going to attack her so she relaxed but was still very garded.. Though the kindness in his eyes made her blink, When he welcomed her all she did was frown. Oh gee she was so not welcomed here and Tony made that clear.. "Tch..... I'm not welcomed here.. the old man made that clear..." Neila said darkly and looked away.

"Hello Balis. And that is Neila she was recently placed as a prisoner but I decided to let her out on to the rofo top for a few hours." Francis said but noticed that Neila looked like she was ready to leave as soon as she got the chance too. "But you didn't surprise me that much Balis I'm kind of used to it." Francis added as he looked up to see what he was doing as he arrived. He didn't mind much that he had arrived there at all. "And the old man she's referring too is Tony."
