Balis nodded as he didn't expect to really surprise Francis that much anymore but wasn't at all surprised that Neila was, having a guess she had never come across someone like him before. Well in terms of appearance that was. Although when she remarked she wasn't really welcomed it made him frown slightly and more so when his fellow younger Avenger confirmed it was Tony's doing apparently. Though he also confirmed that she was the newest prisoner that he had heard a little about which surprised him since Neila didn't seem that bad. Although she was definitely guarded.
"I see, I've heard a little about you then Neila but I'm not always around to hear the full details of these kind of things."Balis said to her as he turned his gaze to the fire user. "But don't let Tony get to you too much, he can be a little stingy and over cautious at times so don't worry too much."He explained to her,"But perhaps to go away from that since it's already making you quite mad and uncomfortable how about a proper introduction? My names Balis Vantellio but some call me Sol for my codename."He introduced himself, hoping a change of topic might ease the situation.

Neila said nothing as Sol and Francis spoke of who she was and who she was talking about. Though she did look at them and folded her arms with a frown. When Sol started to talk to her Neila listened but her frown deepend when he started to talk about the old man. " Don't make ecuses for that old fart!! He abused his power and that's that! Geez! Neila said angrly. Though when Sol seemed to take her feelings heart as he moved on from talking about Tony. Neila stared at him as he gave his name as well as his code name. Well he seemed nice.... But Neila did not relaxe... He was still a hero after all.. "I guess its nice to meet you...." Neila said in a uncareing tone. She then started to walk past Sol and over to Francis not looking at Sol as she did so.

"Neila calm down. Tony has every right to be cautious about things. This is after all his building, and he has a lot more enemies than we do, for being a buisness man and a full time super hero." Francis said trying his best to defend the older team mate and he had also been in several training sessions with Ironman after learning quiet a few things for him. So none the less Francis did owe Ironman for that. But Francis noticed that Neila was walking over to where he was, did she perferr being over by his side than Balis? Or was it because he too was a hero she was being cautious?
None the less she shrugged, "I've known Balis for some time Neila, he's a bit older than us but he isn't bad. Just get used to him is all." Francis added knowing that he would get along with Balis. But he didn't know if Neila would even attempt it at this point.

Balis was a little surprised by the anger Neila had, especially for someone who was so young. And what he had said had been true, but adding to it wasn’t needed as Francis took care of that real quick which he was pretty grateful for. Unfortunately Tony did have every right to be cautious and certainly there had to be something that would have made the iron clad Avenger put Neila in a cell for precautions. But what could the hybrid demi-god really say on the matter? It didn’t seem even a change of subject was helping and that she might already hate him for it.
“Look Neila I wasn’t trying to make excuses for Tony and if I offended you for it that was never my intention.” He explained to her, watching as she seemed to prefer going over beside Francis then him, which he had a guess might also be because she didn’t trust him either. “And in truth Francis I’m only about a year older then you.”He added to help confirm what the young archer said.

Neila glared over at Francis when he stood up for the old man. She expected that though.... He was the leader of his little team so of course he would be on the old man's side.. So them she moved away from Francis and leaned on a near by wall and looked down at the ground. Ugh.... May have been better to stay in the cell... Here she was just around hero's that would stick together like glue and not really listen to her. Though when Sol spoke she looked up at him with a slight glare, She then looked off to the side, "Tch.... Whatever.... Not like what I have to say matters anyway..." Neila grumbled. She was not happy and that was very clear. Neila then sat down with her back on the wall. She was just a captive that was on a leash you may say.. Only out for a few hours.. Or less if she misbehaved....

"Oh I thought we were similar in age. I just didn't know the exact amount." Francis said with a soft nod as he listened to Balis. He didn't mind his company here at all but Neila on the other hand seemed to be bothered by it. As he turned for a counter to see how she would react to this, "Neila you know I was thinking that maybe I could try and convince Tony to let you out sooner than he had put you in for. He's not all as black hearted as you think he is." Francis said crossing his arms as he looked back at Neila seeing how rude she was being towards Balis and the older team mate.
However as Francis was finishing he heard the doors open from the elevator as Tony walked in with wearing a casual shirt on an some decent looking clothes. On occasions it would glow sightly from his arch reactor in his chest. "Tony is everything aright?" Francis asked seeing him here as he nodded.
"Yes Francis. And hello Balis and Neila. I was just thinking about the confrontation that we had the other day and I'm letting Neila go. I'm not joking or anything but I mean it this time." Tony said as he began to leave again seeing that she might still be mad at him for earlier.

Balis crossed his arms slightly, not quite knowing what to say to Neila on the matter. She really didn't seem bad just angry, and he could only guess something had to do with her past or recent events to be the cause. Though he nodded when Francis seemed a little surprised by the age difference,"Hey think of it this way when your looking old I'll still look in my twenties."He said in a half hearted joke, even though it would still be true to a degree. By the time many of the Avengers, even Neila, would pass on he would be around for several hundred years before he ever passed on as well.
But when Tony arrived he was a little shocked the man would release Neila after saying she was to be a prisoner, which was surprising since that rarely happened. Perhaps today was just Neila's lucky day. "See Neila, he's not a man to be completely heartless."Balis said but had a feeling that there might still be some grudge with Neila towards Tony no matter what he said. Especially even if he were to let her go she didn't seem too fond of heros.

Neila's eyes shot over to Francis when he said he was going to talk to Tony and try to get him to let her go sooner. She just rolled her eyes and shook her head. "Don't waste your time... I just know I'm stuck here for the long haul...." Neila said in a bitter tone. But as soon as she said that guess who walks out onto the roof? Tony the man she hated at the moment. Neila's eyes grew wide as she stood up and fire appered on her arms as if she was ready to attack. But Tony's words stopped her cold in her tracks. What!?? He was going to let her go just like that?? Normaly she would not question it... But she just had to know why... So without a word she dashed forward not careing if Francis and Balis thought she was going to attack. She then got in front of Tony blocking his path glaring up at him. "Tell me... Why the change of heart... For a Hero showing her kindness was unthinkable so she just had to know.

Tony seemed a bit surprised as he took a step back to give the two room. The last thing he wanted to do was to get in a fight with Neila. Seeing that he didn't have his armor with him today. It was down in the armory room where he had stored the rest of it. He'd have a long way to go in order to get to it. "Because Neila many years ago I was in your shoes in being captured. I hated it, I hadn't seen anyone I knew for a long time. They forced me to do things that I never though of doing. I was determined to get out, and if I hadn't escaped from that place I would probably still be there now as we speak." Tony said as he saw Francis get up from the place from where he was sitting. Tony could see that Francis was reaching for an arrow in case it got bad or a fight broke out. But he gave him a look showing that everything was fine as he put his hand down to watch the two. He wasn't about to get invovled in the fight but try and break it up.

Balis listened still but when it seemed Neila was about to attack twice he had tensed, mostly out of past experiences that caused him to be immediately alert. But by the second time she seemed to be running at him he finally relaxed when she only wanted to know why the change in decision which he too wondered why. And as Tony explained when he had had a similar experience he couldn't help being somewhat thoughtful. The man had gone through a rough time then hadn't he?
With a faint smile Balis decided he might as well head inside, there wasn't really much else for him to do here. "Well seems perhaps things are going your way today Neila and like we said Tony isn't as bad as you think."He said as he passed them,"See you guys later."He added before he stepped inside and began heading down further into the Avengers Mansion.

As Tony spoke she could not help but blink and looke shocked. So this was really happening and she had not heard him wrong. When Sol walked by she looked side ways at him and waited for him to leave, when he was gone Neila stepped out of Tony's way and looked up at the old man. The hate she had now gone. She then nodded to Tony, " Even a street rat like me has heard that story.. Its how you got that.." Neila said as she pointed at Tony's chest. Lowering her hand she looked at Tony again, "I guess your not all that bad Tony." Neila said saying Tony's name. "But if its ok... Could I spend the rest of the day here?" Neila asked looking at Tony then looking over at Francis.

Francis and Tony watched as Balis left seeing that Balis was correct on one thing. Tony did have a heart weather it was made out of metal or not. He did care for others even sometimes it didn't show right away but he looked back again as Neila pointed at his chest directly where his arch reactor was placed. He was sure everyone had heard that story one way or another. "Yeah I'm sure everyone's familiar with that story." Tony commented back but seemed surprised that Neila had wanted to stay even longer.
"Of course you can. Even with our roughness earlier you're welcome to visit Francis whenever you want. He's a good and a smart him, you're lucky to have met him." Tony said as Francis looked up a bit surprised as well but didn't say anything as he watched the two. "I'll be in my workshop if you need me. I have a few repairs that I have to do on some of my suits. See you two later." Tony said as he began to head towards the elevator to leave as Francis seemed a bit surprised still.
"You still want to stay? I thought you were going to leave as soon as you had the chance?" Francis asked. "Why? I'm nothing special at least I don't see that in me. Just your average archer." Francis said almost sounding in denial that he was the best. He still had to yet beat his father in a match against arrow to arrow.

Neila looked at Tony as he spoke and gave a small smile when he said she could stay and even come back to visit Francis. Though the way he had said it made her blush a little, to cover it hopefully she crossed her arms looked away and nodded, when Tony left Neila looked back at Francis as he spoke and rasied a eye brow. Seems like she shocked him and he thought that she thought he was some great archer and was trying to be humble about it or was in denial. "What are you babblen on about? I just want to stay a little longer. this may be the last time I get to hang out with you. For who said I was ever coming back?" Neila said as she started to walk over to Francis.
In truth she was starting to like Francis but due to her street rep she could not allow herself to say it.. And if she kept coming here it would make it worse for her on the streets.. So she wanted to get to know Francis as much as she could before leaving tonight.
When she got over to him she closely sat down next to Francis. Though she had no idea what to really talk about or what to ask.. Ugh maby she should have just left now it was a akward silence.. Neila played with her fingers for a moment before side glanceing at Francis. " So what do you do for fun around here?? Neila asked.

"To be honest with you I have a feeling we'll meet again. After all the Avengers Building sticks out like a soar thumb. You can't miss it easily." Francis said hoping ihs own words were tree on that. But he wasn't so sure, after what Neila had done to him in the past it seemed confusing. First one minute she hated him, the next she started to like him. Then would it go back again to hatred? He had no idea on that answer. As he looked back at her as he rubbed his neck. With his other hand he put away the bow that he had been working on back in his case knowing that he would have other times to work on it. And since he had done it so many times he could make several bows within an hour, and tha was saying something. For now he watched Neila as she sat close to him, in fact it was very close compared to before.
"Well... we have a pool, a video game area, a theatre, a training room, and nearly anything else you can imagine pretty much in Tony's building." Francis said as he counted them off his hands as he tried to keep track of them. "And we do have a place for vehicles to be stored like the quinjets. Driven one myself without crashing it so far." Francis added as he remembered that his father had also had decent piloting skills that he had learned off of. Of course there were the other Avengers that taught him too with teh simulation rounds in case they ever needed second pilots for anything.
