• Personality: Project 0853 is relatively an innocent soul. Having been raised and educated through machines and neural downloads, he has little social interaction with other people. As his personality was attempted to be left relatively blank so that it could easily be overlaid with Sinister's own, he is still at a loss for who it is he is exactly.
  
  However, he is still a human being and has the wants and desires of one along with a wealth of emotions he cannot fully understand. He longs for freedom and safety and survival and understanding. Mostly, it's relatively easy to see that he is rather lonely and perhaps misunderstood.
  
  He is a bright young mutant who has the ability to pick up and learn countless new things. His curiosity and naive wonder are perhaps two of his most noteworthy traits as he actively attempts to understand the world around him and the people in it. Because he is woefully unsure of how to be social properly, he can be rather quiet and withdrawn.
  
  Quick to resort to practicality and his mutant abilities with reckless abandon as it is relatively all he knows, it is important to realize that he has particularly strong emotions. Easy to please and truly happy when he's happy, the same is true with all of his emotional states. When he is hurt or angry everyone is likely to know it around him. When he's sad he flies off into a deep depression wracked with guilt or sorrow. This makes him somewhat easy to manipulate but at the same time difficult to predict.
  
  However he does possess the ability to turn off these emotions by assuming his diamond form or simply transforming his heart into diamond, effectively muting his feelings, however in doing so he becomes cold and almost machine like in his logic and cruelty with no regard for the feelings or well being of others. Consciously aware of this in his normal form, Project 0853 does not like this fact, often avoiding a full body transformation in order to remain better 'in control'.
  
  An interesting note, he takes slightly after his mother in that he adores the color white but personality wise, he may be closer to his father.

  Project 0853 is a strikingly good looking individual. Tall, broad shouldered, and lean with short cropped dirty blond hair and steel blue eyes. His pale skin darkens slightly when he spends time outside but seeing him turn even slightly pink from heat or the like would be exceedingly rare. He has a notably broad mouth and startlingly white teeth due to the fact that he has not had much chance to sully them.
  
  Incredibly observant onlookers may notice the definitive lack of wrinkles and creases on his body that most would have developed over the years from making the same facial expressions or repeated motions and positions, that denotes the youth of the physical body. However most would not be able to visually determine that he was not created in the normal human fashion.

• Powers: As a mutant whose X-gene and biological makeup was altered and manipulated by Nathaniel Essex aka Mr Sinister, Project 0853 has been ushered into being a particularly potent mutant potentially falling under the classification of Omega Level. As his genes are combination of Emma Frost and Scott Summers, his powers are a mix of the two elevated to more volatile leves, however Project 0853 does not possess the control, training or finesse of either at this time making him a danger to those around him. He is however, adept enough at using his powers with little restraint and extreme force, sometimes making up for his lack of finesse.
  
  Electromagnetic Radiation Generation and Absorption - His most noteworthy ability lies inside of his ability to absorb ambient electromagnetic radiation quite similarly to how his uncle, Alex summers, absorbs cosmic energy and how it was once believed his father Scott absorbed solar energy.
  
  In layman's terms, Project 0853 absorbs ambient energies from the electromagnetic spectrum including visible light, x-rays, gamma rays, radio waves, infrared (aka heat), and ultraviolet light. His body takes in this energy and stores it like a battery. He can then at will expel this energy in the form of electromagnetic radiation of his choosing (usual light energy focused into potent laser like pulses and bursts of concussive force capable of pulverizing and melting through most metals).
  
  Alternatively he can use this energy by metabolizing it and using it to boost or fuel his other abilities such as Super human strength in Diamond form, his telepathy, telekinetic abilities, or Crystalline infection powers. Because his body is always taking in this energy and there is an abundant amount of it on earth and in the space around it, he can do truly prodigious things by pumping copious amounts of power into these abilities. The upper reaches of his storing abilities are slightly unclear as it seems near infinite though once he expels some of this energy, it is replinished quickly. When channeling this energy into his other powers, a pale yellow haze surrounds Project 0853 and his eyes glow with the same intensely canary colored light.
  
  It is of note that when not in organic diamond form, Project 0853 seems only capable of projecting energy from his hands, however in diamond form he can expel energy from any part of his body at any angle.
  
  Telepathy -
  As his biological mother is one of the world's premiere telepaths, it is only fitting then that her son possess the capability as well. He is as equally gifted with a wide breadth of telepathic capabilities, however, due to a lack of training with his powers, he does not have honed skills much as she does. He however is significantly more powerful than she is in the realm of raw force, especially when he fuels his telepathic abilities with the metabolized energy he absorbs from the world around him. Combined, these two facts cause many to describe him as telepathic powerhouse or mental juggernaut.
  
  Project 0853 could possess quite a long list of telepathic capabilities with proper training or given time on his own working with his abilities. These abilities could include:
  
  
  Psychic Surgery: the utilization of pin-pointed psionic energy to exert absolute control over individual brain functions such that the physical form can be manipulated (i.e., injuries healed, disabilities repaired, the nervous system, etc), a sub-skill of telepathy unusual for even the most powerful of telepaths.
  
  Heal Trauma: The ability to erase a person’s memories and to heal mental trauma through “psychic surgery,” the power to stimulate or deaden the pain and pleasure centers in a person's brain.
  
  Cloak Mind: The ability to rearrange the mental engrams of mutants so her distinctive mutant thought patterns cannot be detected by Cerebro-type devises or by other telepaths.
  
  Psionic Shield: The ability to erect a psychic shield for protection of herself and other minds from various psychic phenomena.
  
  Telepathic Cloak: The ability to telepathically mask her presence and the use of her abilities from being detected by other mutants and psychic entities. These defenses can be extended to others around them as well. Cloaking via telepathy is not perfect and powerful telepathic mutants may notice and 'see' through this ability.
  
  Telepathic Illusions: The ability to create realistic telepathic illusions and cause people to experience events which are not actually occurring.
  
  Telepathic Camouflage: The ability to alter the apparent physical appearance of oneself and others by altering the perceptions of those around them. This can go so far as to make other people believe that the camouflaged people are not there (invisible). The only limit to this ability, if one exists, is only imposed by the number of people a telepath is trying to fool, not the number of people a telepath is actually camouflaging.
  
  Absorb Information: The ability to quickly process and store information, by mental transference.
  
  Astral Projection: The ability to project one's astral form from their body onto astral planes or the physical planes. In the physical plane one can travel in astral form over vast distances.
  
  Dilate Power: The ability to place “psychic inhibitors” in the minds of mutant adversaries to prevent them from using their powers.
  
  Download Information: The ability to place large amounts of information in another's mind.
  
  Induce Pain:' The ability to induce mental pain merely by touching the brow of the victim.
  
  Intuitive Multilingual: The ability to intuitively translating new languages.
  
  Mental Amnesia: The ability to erase any awareness of particular memories or cause total amnesia.
  
  Mental Detection: The ability to sense the presence of another superhuman mutant within a small but as yet undefined radius of oneself by perceiving the distinctive mental radiations emitted by such a being.
  
  Mental Paralysis: The ability to induce temporary mental or physical paralysis.
  
  Mental Sedating: The ability to telepathically "sedate" one's victims so that, if already rendered unconscious, they remain so for as long as a telepath continues to "sedate" them.
  
  Mind Alteration: The ability to alter the minds of others by sheer force of will, permanently changing their personality either partially or entirely.
  
  Mind Control: The ability to control the thoughts and actions of others.
  
  Mind Link: The ability to develop a mental link with any person, which remains as a connection to that individual long after the link itself is broken.
  
  Mind Transferal: The ability to transfer both the mind and powers of the user into other host bodies should their own physical body somehow be killed.
  
  Neural Jumpstart: The ability to increase the speed of neural signals in the brain, allowing him to increase another mutant's powers to incredible levels, but the effect is only temporary.
  
  Possession: The ability to possess the mind of another, and use that being's body, and any powers it may possess, as one's own.
  
  Psionic Blasts: Can project psionic force bolts or blast waves which have no physical effects but which can affect a victim's mind so as to cause the victim pain or unconsciousness, dizziness and can even kill an adversary.
  
  Telepathic Tracking: Enhanced psionic senses enable a telepath to detect and track other sentient beings by their unique psionic emanations (thought patterns contained in the psionic portion of the spectrum), especially if they pose a threat to one's well-being in their immediate vicinity.
  
  Psychometry: an ability where one picks up on the psychic echoes in an area or on an object, allowing them to garner information from recent or significantly traumatic occurences. Usually a very emotionally intense event will override all other events.
  
  
  Telekinesis - Having his genetic markers toyed with by the master biologist Sinister, Emma Frost's latent telekinesis is fully awakened in Project 0853. This allows him to project psionic energy allowing him to manipulate objects from a distance. His control is tentative at best with this ability at current making smaller tasks requiring finesse difficult for him. Larger scale things such as lifting large amounts of weight or multiple objects at once seem to be simpler for him.
  
  One of the few abilities he does seem to have down however is low altitude flight at subsonic speeds able to reach approximately 150 mph and altitudes of 10000 feet.
  
  Normally he can lift about 5 tons with his telekinetic prowess but when he channels the metabolized energy into it he can reach amounts of force in the excess of 50 tons.
  
  Organic Diamond Form - Project 0853 can transform his body (or specific parts if he so wishes) into fully functional flexible organic diamond. He becomes as hard as a real normal diamond thusly gaining practical imperviousness to injury from impact and even temperature extremes.
  
  His diamond transformation is notably more similar to the Stepford Cukoos than Emma's because much like their's, he has no flaws and therefore can't be shattered, he does not require a conscious hold to maintain this form and even when knocked unconscious would remain in this form until he makes the conscious decision to turn back. further he can even partially transform parts of his body without issue. It is believed that this is a modification made by Sinister to improve upon this ability.
  
  In this form Project 0853 gains superhuman stamina and strength. His stamina is nearly limitless in this form able to exert himself at peak conditions for just over 24 hours before beginning to tire. He does not need food or water and does not need to breathe in this state.
  
  His superhuman strength is far greater than his mothers however, as at peak he can lift approximately 80 tons. When fueling his strength with the metabolized energy, this strength reaches well over 100 tons to an undetermined limit.
  
  Additionally his personality too becomes colder and is completely unaffected by emotions or empathy for others, turning him into a calculating and focused individual who has little regard for others (something he dislikes about this ability). He is also seemingly immune to telepathic intrusion and abilities in this form outside of simple mental contact, which must be established before transformation.
  
  Crystalline Infection/Petrification and Crystal Generation
  His most unique ability, Project 0853 can with a touch, induce an infectious crystallization of other objects or people, effectively petrifying them or coat something in a layer of quartz like crystal, encasing it. He can also reverse this process with a touch, seemingly reabsorbing the energy used to cause this effect.
  
  This also allows him to grow and produce crystals which he can shape into various forms with focus (such as a crystalline sword). Normally this crawling encasement or transformation can spread at a rate of 1 square foot per second but when fueled by his metabolic energy the encroachment becomes much faster able to transform normal sized people int crystallized statues almost instantly and to cover surfaces at a rate of 20 square feet per second.
  
  This is a dangerous ability that he is not apt to use on people often or without reason as once fully petrified a person is basically as good as dead until he turns them back to normal and the crystal formations are resilient but not nearly as much as his diamond form and can be broken with enough force.
  
  He may later develop an interesting talent with this skill combined with his telepathy in which he creates tangible thoughts or pieces of information, producing such mental constructs in the form of glowing crystals filled with various information or knowledges. He can also use his metabolized energies to create crystalline explosive devices or irradiated jewels for various purposes, making purposely more brittle crystals so that they can be broken easier, releasing the stored energy in a concentrated burst..
  
  
  
• Weaknesses:
  
  Squishy human form - despite all of his power, Project 0853 is usually in a squishy human form which is vulnerable to most of the ailments and traumas of a normal person. He can get sick, needs to eat breathe and sleep and can be harmed by most conventional methods of damage minus electromagnetic energies.
  
  Energy Absorption - When in Diamond form, his body does not absorb new amounts of ambient energy, meaning that if he uses the energy in his body to fuel himself, he could deplete his reserves, lowering his power level.
  
  Energy Projection - When he becomes upset, this is the first of his abilities to be manifested involuntarily and he begins exuding radiation of various types disrupting machines, radio signals, heat, and harmful rays capable of causing cancer and sterility amongst other things and he often projects bolts without meaning to.
  
  Telepathy - Cannot be used in diamond form notr do his telepathic abilities obviously function against machines. However anything with a conscious mind (animals, insects, people, aliens, and even cyborgs) can be affected though some minds may take more effort or skill to influence.
  
  Telepathy - Until properly trained, the vast majority of his skills are practically inaccessible though he can consciously achieve effects through sheer force of will and raw power which is in and of itself dangerous to those he makes mental contact with. It requires much more focus for him to get what he wants for the more complicated abilities.
  
  Telekinesis - He must be able to see his target in order to affect it. Additionally this ability does not work in full Diamond Form.
  
  Diamond Form - Other than the cold demeanor he takes on, and the inability to use telepathy or telekinesis or absorb electromagnetic energy in this form, none.
  
  
  Personality - Rather emotional, quickly lashes out at others only to be visited by guilt afterwards and falls easily into bouts of depression. Additionally his mild inability to tell right from wrong, makes him a liability that makes others wary of him somewhat.

  Very skilled hand to hand combatant, taught an incredible number of martial arts styles and skills. Can easily hold his own against the likes of Wolverine, Iron Fist, Captain America or Thor for brief amounts of time until experience would usually win out. Additionally he is a gifted swordsman
  
  Very open minded and thus can quickly absorb information and knowledge, learning and gaining new skills in a short amount of time. He is quite bright and few areas of knowledge would be beyond him given the chance to learn about them.
  
  A talented spy/infiltrator, Project 0853 possesses grand skills in the ways of larceny, stealth and information gathering, originally designed to infiltrate various locations to gather intel or genetic material for Mr. Sinister. He can pick locks, pockets, deactivate most alarm systems and tail the most observant individuals as well as avoid notice and cause distractions in order to make daring escapes. Thusly he is also quite capable of resisting torture and telepathic intrusion to withhold information.
  
  Has a very healthy understanding of biology and chemistry as well as energy physics.

• History:2+ Paragraphs. For mutants the bottom line could be, where they were born, how they got their powers, and where they are now. As for humans it is similar, just minus how they got their powers.
  
  
  Project 0853 is thusly named as he was the result of an experiment by Nathaniel Essex, aka Mr. Sinister. The master biologist being somewhat obsessed with the Summers' genetic potential took it upon himself to mix a sample of Scott's DNA with that of his girlfriend, Emma Frost, curious to see what would be yielded.
  
  Mr. Sinister had always been under the impression that mixing of the Grey and Summers lines would produce the most prodigiously potent mutants,wanted to see if the new combination was perhaps similar. After managing to mix the two samples, painstakingly acquired the process of growing Project 0853 began.
  
  Counting the experiment a success, Sinister began devising a plan for what to do with the experiment once it was fully grown, began manipulating the X-gene and forcing information and skills into the brain of the boy. He originally intended for the project to be used as weapon but after realizing the awesomely powered form he was building, Sinister began to think it might be better to simply download a copy of his mind into the body and give himself a partner in his endeavors to become the perfect genetic being.
  
  After 2 years of growth however, Project 0853 became partially conscious. Still somewhat sedated by growth process, it took him sometime to understand what he was and that he was alive and what he knew. His powers however were practically second nature and so 0853 began astrally project his consciousness far from his body in order to go see the world he was only vaguely aware of. His existence was already practically a dream, and thus he became a dreamer in his own right.
  
  This was of course also the downfall of the plan. 0853 began to stir and in his astral travels could see the beauty and the pain that was in the world but could hardly understand it until he began to watch his own body and the being who seemingly sired him. Sinister's motives and methods would perhaps sicken or enrage any other creature but it was simple instinct for self preservation that motivated Project 0853 to plan his own escape to freedom.
  
  Unwilling to become overwritten, 0853 cast his mind outwards and devised first an escape route and then a distraction to better allow this daring plan to come to fruition. In one attempt, the experiment broke loose, shattering the tank that held him and with shaky infantile legs, walked out of the facility into the world and flew towards the United States, the land of hopes and dreams.
  
  Once there it didn't take him long to figure out he needed to cover himself with some sort of cloth and attempt to blend in, unfortunately he doesn't exactly know how to do that quite yet.

  The foul stench of a mass human dwelling camp wafted on the wind over the crystalline silvery blue waters of the Atlantic. It was the second sign that you were approaching such a place tht held wonders and pain beyond what the mind could imagine on its own without first having experienced it. Or at least that's how it seemed to a blond haired figure who glided smoothly through the air, unconcerned with his own nudity.
  
  The first sign was far more obvious as it was the vision of the city on the horizon. Over the flat expanse of the water, there was nothing to obscure his view of the glittering towers in the distance. it almost seemed as if the ocean's waves had grown and coalesced into the towers he could sense the people milling about in within his head. it was a simple task to know that the people were there his mind was relaxed and wide open extending its feelers, gently nudging the consciousnesses of every creature around him for miles. He was amazed at the sea creatures who paid little mind, intrigued by the human minds that moved through the air with intermingled fear and irritation. How could anyone take to the air and not be rife with elation? Perhaps it was because they were flying in flocks like geese migrating?
  
  Whatever the reason, 0853 knew that he was free and nothing was going to put a damper on that.
