Family: Deceased due to being killed during Ezio transformation. 

Personality: (one paragraph five sentences)  Ezio has trust problem and wary of other, even heroes alike. He only trust a few people. He became an Avengers while he became Carnage Though he can be seen as dark and mysterous, he has no known ability making him just a regular human. Ever since Carnage symbiote fused with his DNA he became slightly creepy, dark, and just makes dark humor. He enjoys scaring the crap out of others. Though despite this, he is a heroes and willing to protect the people. He doesn't speak about his past very much nor tell how he gained the scar on his face. Despite his dark exterior personality, he rather friendly and kind, he wouldn't hurt anyone no matter what. He does his best to keep his dark side surpress so he doesn't creep others out and not make others feel they aren't safe. He is watchful and observant, he is terrible at socially, so he doesn't much interact with others unless someone with higher authority  orders him or something. He usually choice who to interact with. 

Appearance (two paragraphs five scentences at least)

He has black hair that is mohawk like. He has silver colored eyes and pale skin. He does have a scar over his brow that goes down over his lips. He gained his scar from being attached in school. He seen wearing hoody and jeans usually though wears about anything he can grab. His scar is over top of his brow down to his lips which stops bottom of his chin. He stands 6'1'' ft tall and weighs about 135 lbs.

Though normally appears in his Symbiote, his symbiote appearance can be menacing and scary. Red and black colored symbiote, with white eye shape similar to spiderman. He has sharp talons and symbiote tendrils he can use at will on his back. He has razor sharp teeth with a long fork like tongue. His voice seems to be semi-deep and almost vibrates. He is thin and agile in shape.

History: (two paragraphs five sentences at least)

Ezio was raised by parents that worked in SHIELD. Once he got to the age of 7 years old, he was trained by his parents to become a SHIELD agent one day but without his parents knowledge, focus on becoming an avengers. He trained for years till he is able to protect himself from danger or bullies.

When he turned 15 years old and head to school, he was attacked by a group of bullies which he fought back but gain a terrible wound on his face that would leave a visible scar. He dropped out of school and home schooled for the rest of his life. Though this is the time his personality became a change, becoming more darker, creepy, and mysterious

At the age of 16 years old, his parents came to his room while he was asleep, they injected him with the symbiote which changed and alter his DNA to become a superhuman symbiote. He slaughtered his parents when he went out of control and temporary insane. After he became sane, he regret what he did and force to bury his parents. Though he has full control of the symbiote, being fused conscious together.

He joined up with SHIELD having contacts with them since he was under their protection. Though none of them were aware he was carnage till one day he decide to reveal it to his comrades. Though he has trust issues to some of the SHIELD agent ince his parents did try to experiment on him to make him superhuman though he joined the avengers instead. Which they succeeded when he became Carnage.

Powers: (detailed please)

Superhuman Strength: Carnage originally can lift about 80 tons but bit overpowered reduced able to lift only 40 tons.

Superhuman Speed: He is able to run at 100 mph exactly, this is the maximum speed he can get too.

Superhuman Stamina: Ezio's musculature generates considerably less fatigue toxins during physical activity than the musculature of an ordinary human. He can physically exert himself at peak capacity for about 24 hours before the build up of fatigue toxins in his bloodstream begins to impair him. Without exerting energy, he can last about 3 days without battling or anything of sort.

Superhuman Agility: Ezio's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits.

Superhuman Reflexes: Ezio's reflexes are similarly enhanced and are superior to most humans, known to be superior to some superhero.

Superhuman Durability: The tissue the symbiote is composed of renders Ezio's body much harder and more resistant to physical injury than the body of an ordinary human. Ezio can withstand high caliber bullets, great impact forces, powerful energy blasts, and falls from great heights without sustaining physical injury. Though sonic and heat are known to weaken him to make him vulnerable for physical injury.

Regenerative Healing Factor: Despite this, however, it is possible to injure him. Ezio is able to rapidly regenerate damaged bodily tissues much faster and more extensively than an ordinary human. It isn't known, however, if he can fully regenerate severed limbs or missing internal organs though it'll take an hour for it'll be fully healed.. Ezio is also immune to the effects of all Earthly diseases and infections. Though poison can slow him down or possibly temporary kill for a amount of time. Minor wounds takes 2-3 minutes to heal. Major wounds takes 7-10 minutes.

Wall Crawling: He can wall crawl, run, on any surface. Uusually the help with his claws though his symbiote has natural stickiness to able to cling and move about on walls and ceiling or any surface.

Webbing: Ezio can project a powerful, organic web-like substance. He typically uses this webbing to swing from building to building or as a means of immobilizing someone. The webbing is exceptionally strong, much more so for even the finest human athlete to break.

Camouflage Capabilities: The symbiote possesses limited shape-shifting abilities in the sense that it can immediately change itself to appear as any type of clothing or garment that Ezio wishes.

Constituent Matter Generation: Ezio can generate tentacle-like appendages from various parts of his body, which he often uses either in combat situations or to restrain someone.

Constituent-Matter Manipulation: Ezio can morph sections of his body, such as his hands or feet, into bladed weaponry such as spikes, blades, or axes. Ezio can also detach these bladed weaponry if he chooses to. For example, he often forms spikes that he expels from his body. The weaponry, however, disintegrates after being separated from his body after a period of about 30 seconds.

Immunity to Spider-Man's Spider-Sense: Due to the Carnage symbiote being a child of the Venom symbiote, Carnage can't be detected by Spider-Man's Spider-Sense.

Weakness: 

Heat and sonic based attacks can weaken him or immobilize him. It can be to the point where the symbiote is off his body and hidden inside his body making him vulnerable as a human.

Paralyzing State: He can be paralyzed by poison, attacks, or anything. Though he has to rely on his Carnage side for mobility. Though usually chemicals that can it, usually last maybe 4-6 hours. Broken spine can take 2 hours for him to heal.

Sedatives can stop him and make unable to use symbiote. Any form of sedatives shall do, though it'll burn away after 8 hours.

High Frequency sounds can stop him, cause his senses to render useless till the frequency stops. It basically stops him from able to move or attack.

Poison that can kill him, he can remain dead for 2-7 days depending on the severity and dosage of the poison.

Roleplay Sample:  

Carnage dug his claw onto the side of the roof to keep himself from falling over. Even if he did fall, he could always catch him self with his webbing. He parted his jaws, his razor sharp teeth can be seen easily before closing. "I am one with my symbiote, though I hardly know of Symbiote and how it came to be." He said to himself, sighing deeply. He hardly knows of the symbiote, now he became a fused being with it. Half human, half symbiote. Why did his parents did this to him? 

Taking in a deep sigh, looking up to the night sky. He rose up to his feet, leaping off the roof and free fall down from the building. He moved his hand forward, shooting a black/red web like substance which connected to the nearby building. Swinging down before landing down onto a street lamp which shook beneath him. He dug his claws into the metal surface, leaping down onto the ground. He was careful not to go into crowded places in this appearance. Landing with a thud, his symbiote shifted to form into a hoody and pants. It was perfect disguise. 

Well hopefully no one going to question of his appearance. Pretty much look normal in his normal form. He lets out a deep exhale from his lips, narrowing his eyes a little. He doesn't have any friends, it's not much surprising really. Not his fault. Shrugging his shoulder lightly, shoving his hands into his pocket moving forward. Maybe should go find the avengers tower, well knows where it is but just debating if he should use his energy to get there or just find a burger joint to eat. He was a bit famished.
