Name: Thomas Shepherd, Tommy Maximoff, Speed.

Species: Superhuman Mutant

Family: Quicksilver(Uncle), Scarlet Witch(Mother), Magneto(Grandson)

Personality: (one paragraph five sentences)

He can be seen as curious, rebellious, adventurious, eager, and just optimistic. He is willing to do anything, and jump into things without thinking. He does have a large alter ego since he is able to run around faster then most superheroes he can be a bit of a show off. He loves the attention and everything. If he was told he cannot join the battle, he'll ignore and find a way to get into the fight which could lead him into trouble that could lead to consequences. He loves his 'foster' parents
Frank and Mary Shepherd, being told that he was found on the side of the road. He didn't know true family for a long time. Ever since his mutant ability started at the age of 9 years old, always been using it to his advantage. He discovered his family when he discovered the Brotherhood. Learning of his true family, reason why he was the mutant in his family. Over the years, he harden and matured a bit, though still can be seen confident, stubborn, and reckless at time but he became more mature over the age. Now being 24 years old he significantly have changed and matured. 

Appearance (two paragraphs five scentences at least)

Thomas has green colored eyes and white-silver colored hair. His appearance looks similar to his uncle Quicksilver. His suit is also similar to his uncle but with different design but same color concept. He usually seen wearing red or yellow colored goggle/glasses on his head due to keep bugs and such from hitting his eyes and blinding him. His glasses/goggle is also a computer that is connected to his own computer.

Without his suit, practically wears anything, t-shirt, hoodies, jeans, and shorts. His skin is pale white like he barely seen the sun. Though  he doesn't have any known scars or history of gaining them. He also wears a necklace of a shark tooth he gotten from his mother. He used to have piercing on his right ear but removed it and never worn it again but is a piercing scar on his right eye. 


History: (two paragraphs five sentences at least)

Thomas Shepherd wasn't born but was created by magic constructs, created by Wanda's hex powers. Wanda wanted a son though a villain prevented her from able to bare children. She created two twin boys from hex. Wiccan and Thomas. Wanda knew they did not have a soul, so she sneaked into Mephisto/Lucifer sleeping quarters after having months of trying to find him. Took part of his life essence to grant her twin sons souls. Though Mephisto destroyed them and took back his life essence, ceasing the twins existence. Though one of them currently reincarnated a year later.


When he was reincarnated he was pushed back in time in Earth-1620 when his mother Wanda is at the age of 20 years old. Speed has no knowledge of when he was created but he knows he was created by researching his origin on his own term.

Though a year later he was reincarnated, and appeared on the side of a country road which he was found by Frank and Mary Shepherd. Though they divorced when he was still very young, being raised by his father. He was in and out of juvenile halls for most of his life for being a troubling child and just causing problems and chaos. His father didn't really like him very much and didn't care what happened to him so he never had a father figure. He does visit his mother frequently before she died from an illness and to weak to survive.

Having lost his family, he loved his parents despite they weren't there for his life or his father didn't much care about him. He was lucky to be alive anyways if they didn't find him.

One day, he was out adventuring, sneaking out from his curfew and sneaking onto private property which was dig site for artifacts and such. He found a magical item and when he touched it, it cursed him, leaving a mark on the back of his neck of dragon shape head. He took off but was caught by the authority and put in juvenile hall once again for a month before his release.

When he gain his mutant ability at the age of 9 years old, he used that to his advantage in school and juvenile halls. When he 15 years old he discovered the Brotherhood and joined them. He also learned about his true family and figured out who his family is. Even if he was created by magic or reincarnated he believes he was still related to Wanda. Though he learned someone else has similar ability as his, uncle Quicksilver. 

He joined the Brotherhood when he discovered the rumors of Magneto and his goals. After awhile of searching, he found the location and joined the brotherhood. Though his family is unaware that he even exist, though he soon enough well reveal himself to individual of his family and hopefully get regonized by them as their nephew/grandson/son. 

Powers: (detailed please)

Supersonic Speed: Speed is superhumanly fast and his top speed is unknown but faster than the speed of sound. He is actually faster than his uncle Quicksilver. His maximum speed is 1,000 mph exactly, anything beyond that, it could damage his health and frame of his body.

• Molecular Destabilization: He can also generate hyper-kinetic vibrations that accelerate the molecules in matter, causing any solid object he directs his vibrations at to explode.
  
  
• Intangibility: He also can use molecular destabilization to walk through solid objects. 

Superhuman Reflexes: His reflexes are very acute due to his supersonic speed, making him quick to respond to fighting or anything else.

Superhuman Agility: Agility is basically speed, he has very skilled in speed due to his supersonic speed ability.

Superhuman Durability: He can probably withstand intense friction and intense impacts considering how running at super-speed doesn't seem to cause him discomfort. Though his body has a limit of how much intense friction and impacts he can take.

Superhuman Strength: He can press between 800 pounds to 1 ton with his lower body and lift about 800 to 1000 pounds in his upper body. Upper and lower is the muscles in his torso, he is capable of lifting 2 tons in general though that is the maximum he can do or he'll strain the bones and muscles into tearing or snapping from weight.

Superhuman Stamina: He can fight and run for almost a day and half before getting exhausted and tired. If he tries to go past the limit of his stamina, he may become ill and sick due to toxic level in his blood.

Forever Youth: During his childhood, he found a magical item which cursed him him with forever youth. He'll stop aging and growing at the age of 18 and remain his age forever. This also means he cannot die from old age or anything. Only way to kill him either a weapon, poison, sickness, and other variety ways of able to kill.


Weaknesses:

Despite possessing some level of superhuman durability, things such as bullets and energy blasts can injure him the same way they injure a regular person.

Sonic Blast could disrupt him using his speed since his balance well be thrown off making him unable to run without tripping or becoming very clumsy.

He has to eat, drink, and everything like a regular human.

He isn't immune to poison or disease, so he vulnerable by opponents poison dart and such.
