The train was slowly making it's way along the tracks, it was just a simple train. A passenger more of a old style train if you would. Firo wasn't the only conductor and being dressed in his cream colored uniform, the young man truly did belong. The train was somewhere in Missouri most likely, heading for a train station in Arizona. Giving a kind smile to his fellow conductor, he excused himself from the car the two were in and made his way to the passenger ones. Fir preferred to help out and be of service to the passengers as well along the ride.
While talking to one of the elderly passengers, he couldn't help but notice some strange men. They were nestled throughout the passenger car, and each one had a black suit on. Finding it strange, Firo made a metal note about it. However he returned his attention to the elderly women when she asked when they would arrive. He gave a kind smile to her.
"We should arrive at station in seven hours madam." Firo replied.
It was night outside, so there were some passengers that were already asleep. Either that or they were in the dining cart. Once the elderly women replied, Firo moved away from her and passed some of the men in suits as he made his way to the next car. However, he had a feeling that something was going to go on as the night progressed. Question was...what would happen and what was it that was so desired aboard this train?

Among the passengers in the old style train was a young woman, currently reclined slightly in her seat and eyes closed. Otsama had taken the train in her usual travels, having gotten the chance to be away from the restrictive rules of Weapon X for a time and really only having to worry about the chip in her arm. It was used to discipline her if she ever did something the scientists and handlers didn't like automatically but with being given the okay for free reign once again Otsama didn't have to worry about the chip going off. And really she was hoping to just have this train ride to relax and not think about the past several weeks that had been troublesome, only relieved by her friendship with Erista, the only other agent in the program she had gotten along with.
Though come to think of it the young woman had no idea where they were even going to begin with. She had bought a ticket and merely gotten on the train when it was leaving Missouri and now her mind began to entertain the thoughts of where they would stop and what she'd do until she was called back. Though her ears twitched as she overheard an elderly woman talking to one of the conductors and sighed softly when hearing they had seven more hours yet before they'd stop. Oh well, it gave her more time to think at least or maybe reflect on the past weeks. Even then, that was one thing Otsama didn't really want to do.
Opening her eyes Otsama's deep forest green eyes peered out the window towards the landscape outside, night fall having coming sometime ago. The young feral mutant was also aware they likely passed through her home state by now but she couldn't be certain as most of the landscape eventually just seemed the same after so long on the train and her thoughts had been elsewhere the entire time she was there or she had napped now and again. Finally though as she heard someone approaching Otsama turned her gaze from the window when she noticed the conductor, Firo, approaching down near her and it was then she spoke up. "Excuse me sir, but you wouldn't happen to know exactly where we are stopping do you?"She inquired, shifting her long braid she had her hair in off her shoulder a bit.

(ooc: Tundra, the train left Missouri and is heading to Arizona.)
Firo stopped when he heard the question and turned his gaze to her.
"We'll be stopping at Maricopa, Arizona." Firo replied in a polite voice. "Sadly it'll still take seven hours to get there."
Firo did love trains though he did hate how some of the time it took a great deal of hours to get there. Mainly it was on his unsocial days that he really hated it, but since this was one of his social days. He was fine with it.
"Anything else I may help with?" Firo added.

"I see, I never checked the location when I got on so just was curious. As for the time I overheard it just a few minutes ago." Otsama said with a nod, having never really traveled much near Arizona or in the state itself. She had been mostly in the upper states or stuck close to Oklahoma for the most part so she was quite curious to see the likes of Arizona. Still seven hours was going to be a lot of time to waste so the young woman was almost tempted to take a short time in the dining car and eat something despite knowing she could go a few days without it.
Shaking her head slightly she smiled, "No that was all actually, thank you though." She assured him with a smile before she stood, sniffing the air a bit and smelling the food faintly in the air. Moving past Firo the young mutant began making her way towards the dining car, for the moment seeing it as the only thing that'd really waste some time and mostly because she didn't have much else to do. Though as she moved down the aisle she began to notice some shady looking men aboard throughout the cabin and her eyes moved over each one as she walked past. Just seeing the way the men dressed and appeared in such a way made her somewhat uneasy and figure they were after something or up to something that had to deal with this train.
Pausing at the door Otsama's hand rested on a few inches from the door and just close to sliding it open. But now her mind immediately began to race, wondering what the men would try and instinct was telling her it wouldn't be a good idea to leave this car.

"That's perfectly fine and sorry if I annoyed you by repeating myself since you already heard earlier." Firo said in a polite voice.
Why wouldn't she check though? Firo wondered.
However he wouldn't question her. That wouldn't be best, besides he had something else to question more. Those men in the suits he saw. Honestly why did people have to choose the train he was on to mess with? Oh well.
"Alright, have a good day." Firo said before he left the cart.
The men in suits were whispering amongst themselves in very hushed whispers. They were going to great lengths to keep whatever they were plotting about quiet.
(ooc: if you want tundra, you can help me rp the men in suits. I'm having trouble getting this to work.)

Otsama finally decided she had to do something and she opened the door, sliding it aside to step into the hall and closing it behind her. Though instead of leaving the hall she stayed there and listened to some of the men that had been whispering amongst themselves about something. For ordinary humans they'd have to be close to these men or leaning in just to hear their whispers but Otsama could hear them quite clearly as they whispered about something in the storage cars. Some kind of high tech that was expensive and worth stealing or giving trouble to this train.
Frowning slightly to herself Otsama finally moved towards an empty table that was close to the door, moving around to the booth that was facing opposite towards the sliding door so she could watch the window. She couldn't make a move just yet until she had proof these men were going to make a move now. So far they had done nothing but sat around whispering and saying they would. For now she ordered some food and waited patiently for it to be done as she casually looked out the window, but still from the corner of her eyes she watched for what the men would do next.

The men never did say what the high tech item was they were stealing. A few might've suggested it was a boom or parts to one. Another might've said that it could be some fancy new gadget that was going to change something. Who knows. The only person who did know for certain, was the one who decided to do this heist. Though there was no sure fire way to say that he knew what it was either. Could've been hired to steal it.
Several minutes after Otsama ordered her food, one of the men stood up and looked to another one. The one that was looked out stood up as well and the two went past Otsama to go to the next cart. Firo was about to enter the cart the two men were leaving when they left, both bumping into him. Firo didn't say anything about it as he moved out of there way. Though he watched them with brown eyes that had a slight red tint to them, the tint quickly disappeared.
Monster didn't like the fact that Firo hadn't done anything to the men for just bumping into him and kept walking. However, Firo wouldn't stoop to what Monster would do. No, not as the Conductor of this train. He did things the way they should, not the way the insane beast wanted. Going into the cart that Otsama was in, he should've just gone back.
As soon as he entered it, the other men stood up. Taking out some kind of gun and aiming them at passengers. One of the men that was close to the door, pointed their gun at Firo. His brown gaze glanced at it through the corner of his right eye.
"Alright, nobody move!" one of the men ordered as passengers made their scared mutterings and Firo turned his brown gaze to the one talking. "Just do as we say and no one's gonna get hurt."
(ooc: You can rp them talking too Tundra, sorry it's a bad post.)

Seeing the two men stand made Otsama pause as she had just gotten her food, wanting to go after them to see what they were up to. Yet just as she was getting half way up from her booth the remaining men had gotten up and took out guns, aiming them to the passengers and the conductor she had talked to just a little while ago, though she also realized one was aimed at her. "Everyone just remain in their seats and we have no heroes today you'll all be nice and safe when we reach the next stop." The gunman who had his gun pointed right at Otsama's chest spoke and seeing his attention was away from her.
"Sitting still? You guys are a joke." She said aloud making a few of the men look her way. "Oh, what makes you say that girlie?" Another man close by asked as Otsama had her hands under the table in her lap, her metal coated claws slowly coming from her left hand. "This!" Thrusting her hand upwards she stabbed the man who was dumb enough to aim his gun towards her in the abdomen while pushing forward to knock the man into one of his companions but grunted as she felt a shot go off that went clear through her shoulder down to the bone. Pulling her claws free she looking towards the bleeding area, the bone actually showing a metallic smokey gray metal instead as the place was already beginning to heal, making the woman growl in a feral way. "Why don't you leave the rest of these passengers and this nice conductor alone, you want a fight I'll take you all on." She told them as the claws in her other hand came forward with a scraping sound.
"Though I will warn you boys, I'm not an easy woman to kill." Though she heard a soft click as two of the men prepared their guns, aiming towards a small family and elderly couple making Otsama quickly step forward. "Either you listen to us or they die."The man who she had knocked down with his stabbed companion growled towards her making Otsama glare. "I said leave them be." She growled back, looking back at the passengers and conductor, concern clear in her forest green eyes for their well being.

This was just great. Stupid morons had to choose the Monster's train, Firo's train. They weren't going to get away in good shape if Monster got lose and in a way, Firo hoped that it wouldn't get lose. For one, too many people in this car and then they would know. Blast it all!! Keeping Monster in was like listening to nails on a chalk board going off in his head, and more nails were starting to get added on as the loud screeching continued.
The fact that Otsama stabbed one of the men didn't help him out. Yes he knew she was trying to help out in her own way most likely, however Monster wanted to join in. He just had to get stuck with such a curse didn't he? Oh well.
However when the guns were pointed at some of the passengers, Firo was no longer going to just stand there. Gun pointed at him or not, no one threatened the people on his train and got away from it. The brown color in his eyes seemed to be fading, the color of red was see able in them now.
"You know, I wonder if you men know of a interesting legend now and days." Firo started.
"What are you going on about?" the man pointing the gun at Firo requested.
"Well, did you know that there is a Monster that protects some of the old fashion trains? He doesn't take too kindly to beings, who threaten passengers of trains."
Firo folded his arms across his chest, however as he did so he kept his gaze on Otsama and pointed to a switch that she was closer to. The switch would turn all the lights off for a few moments, long enough to where maybe the men could be caught off guard. Course, Otsama would have to be the one to flip it since Firo wasn't close enough. But not yet, it was too soon to flip it.
"So what? Just a little rumor." the man replied.
"Oh? Is it a rumor though?" Firo question back. "Didn't you hear about what happened to the train Midgale? Some people tried to hijack it and the thing is when the train made it to the station. All the men who were taking part in the hijacking....were torn limb from limb until nothing was left. So I'm just curious, since this train falls into the type of train The Monster likes.....what position does that put you gentlemen in?"
Turning his gaze back onto Otsama, he tried to tell her to do it now without speaking. Hopefully the glance was enough.

What was this conductor trying to do? Who cared about some legend, this seemed the wrong time and wrong place to be going on about legends. But when he began speaking of it protecting old trains like this Otsama raised an eye brow slightly until she noticed his indication towards a switch making her glance sideways slightly enough to see it. Yet it didn't seem quite that time yet to switch it so for now she listened to what the men and Firo talked about and still he went on about the monster.
"Hm, rumors or not this Monster is beginning to sound like like a creature after my own heart." Otsama commented, the rumors and legend beginning to intrigue her slightly which at first she didn't realize Firo wasn't making this up. Least not for the moment. She could somewhat relate to this monster, knowing full well what it was like to tear others apart and to lose control though sometimes she didn't mind losing that. It had gotten her out of many binds such as this and the men on this train would not be that hard to rip to shreds. How much she wanted to right then and there but not with quite a few passengers in the dining car as it was. They'd risk being in the way and harmed or facing a traumatic experience and it was something Otsama didn't want the passengers facing.
Even if she was part of Weapon X and meant to be an agent and killing machine she still did have a soft spot deep down behind that rough exterior. But as she met the conductor's gaze she noticed his brown eyes were red this time, making her frown a bit. Was this another mutant or another superhuman she was silently exchanging words with? Unless... 'Unless he himself is the monster?' The she-wolf thought to herself before she realized this second glance was a signal and she quickly nodded before reaching out and flipping the switch which turned off the lights long enough to shock the men.
"Now this is an idea,"She murmured as she quickly struck down the two men close to her, one being slashed with her claws while she twisted on her heel and brought her leg in a backwards roundhouse kick to knock the other one away but wincing as the gun he held went off but luckily shot up into the ceiling.

The nails on the chalkboard feeling faded for a moment or two when what Otsama said came to Firo's ears. Monster was pleased that it wasn't the only one who did what it did. though this wasn't the time to be letting Monster be pleased. The lights went off and chaos of it's own kind went off.
The man next to Firo let out a startled 'what the' before Firo rammed into him by using his side. As if he was ramming a door that wouldn't budge. This caused the two men to fall into the seat behind him. Thankfully there were no passengers in that seat. Grabbing hold of hte barrel of the gun, Firo did his best to keep it away from himself. As he was now, the gun shot would do major damage.
Firo felt the man pull on the gun, trying to turn it so he could fire it at him. Though when a gunshot went off, it startled Firo. Causing the man to punch Firo off and stand up once more. Though he was taken out by Otsama and the lights came back on. Firo turned his brown red gaze to Otsama, the brown color was returning but the red color was remaining.
"Thanks for the help." Firo said as he stood up. "Sadly....there are still more of those men on the train."
THe passengers were still cowering in fear. They knew that the men had been beaten here, but what if the noise attracted the others? Firo turned his attention to them. Best try to calm them down for now.
"Everyone relax, we're going to be alright." Firo started in a calm voice. "Just make sure you don't leave the car and if these men start to wake up, just hit em with something to knock em back out for the remainder of the ride. Alright?"
"But what if the others come back?" a fearful voice asked.
"They won't. I'm sure we can stop them if we work together." Firo turned his gaze to Otsama. "Do you agree Madam?"

Even in the dark Otsama could hear the rest of the men being taken down by Firo, making her pleased that at least someone there was smart enough to do something other then cower. She could understand that the passengers were afraid but at the same time she'd have thought someone would have jumped in to help. Guess you couldn't always motivate cowards. Though she felt the one man she had stabbed before beginning to stir and she throw back her elbow right into his nose before he could stand causing it to break and the man fell over in a heap on one of his already knocked out buddies just as the lights were coming on.
Looking down she could see unlike Firo she had actually made the men she took out bleed and wind up in severe pain. Her carbonadium laced claws were as lethal as adamantium and she knew her bone claws beneath that metal likely wouldn't have dealt that bad of damage alone. For now though with the men taken down they had a priority to stop the rest and she merely looked back as Firo was trying to calm the passengers and she simply walked past him towards the door, sniffing the air slightly and not yet smelling the other two that had headed the opposite direction. Though hearing the man behind her she merely looked back, eyeing the passengers as some fearfully looked at her obviously scared of her as well since unlike Firo she had not been so nice or just attempted to disarm the men. It was not in her nature nor her upbringing despite how much she despised Weapon X to really give mercy to those who intentionally were trying to be threats to others.
"Maybe, but between you and me I prefer working alone conductor. If you can keep up then fine, but just know you get in my way you won't be spared of being harmed." Much as the man had come to intrigue Otsama he still could be easily just another casualty in all this. She would stop the men any way she had to and if that meant getting her hands dirty then so be it. Men such as them didn't deserve the easy life treatment they could get in prison and possibly later just be set free.
Looking forward she moved to the door and slid it open, "If your coming along I'd suggest you hurry. Who knows what is on this train that they want so badly." She spoke once more before she sprinted down the car she had just come from and rushed along to follow the two men's scents and opening any door that came her way.

"Understandable. However, this is my train and these men have dared to pose a threat to the passengers on this train. I'm not going to sit back and let them have free reign." Firo replied as he gave her a smile, more red was showing in his eyes now but it started to fade.
You can wait a little longer Monster. Firo thought in his head as Otsama's voice broke the rest of his thought.
Firo took off after Otsama and closed the door behind himself. He knew the passengers would listen. After all, it was always best to listen to the conductor when it came to things. Removing the conductor's hat along with his jacket as he followed, he left them behind in a car they had passed through.
Experience taught him that it was always best to leave those two items behind. For one, the hat had gotten bloody one time from a victim that Monster had gotten a hold of and the police questioned Firo about that. So keeping blood off of it was best. The jacket would prove to be something to put on long enough to get to where he kept the spare one if he did change. Though at the rate Monster was clawing at the back of his mind, he didn't doubt it be much longer.
"If they're after something, it's most likely in the luggage car." Firo told Otsama as he followed. "Everything gets stored there and it's often the best place to try and hide something. Always in plain sight these things are."

Otsama didn't answer Firo when it came to the passengers, finding continuing a talk about them would only slow them down. Besides, the passengers weren't her concern compared to the man following her. No, her sights were set on the men and men alone who were so foolish enough to try and get something that had to be rather valuable, but perhaps they could put an end to it. If it resulted in destroying the item then so be it or killing the men was an option, least one she wouldn't mind. The police could take up the rest that hadn't been killed in the whole skirmish for all she cared.
"Luggage car huh, best place to keep something. Who'd really think to look in a suitcase or some doufle bag." She commented as they moved through the cars until the scent of the men got stronger and she could faintly hear them until they finally got towards the luggage cars. Finally slowing down and breathing a bit heavy the feral mutant came to a stop, seeing the movement of the men inside the car. Their backs were turned and left an excellent opportunity to strike though she also could hear one of the two men telling his companion they found the object. "They found the object so we have to move quickly, but their turned backs will give us an opening." She told Firo, looking back at him for a moment, "I'll jump them, you try to grab the suitcase in their hands and whatever it takes keep it out of their hands." She told him firmly before she moved to the door.
Gently she pulled up the latch that allowed her to slide the door aside, though she did it slowly so it didn't make much sound. The men though seemed too engrossed in their boasting and excitement to notice though and ever so quietly she slipped past the small space and crept forward. Her movements were surprisingly silent, moving like a predator about to pounce her prey to which literally Otsama was. With a low growl she lunged forward brought her arms to cloths line the two men, knocking them over and sending the suitcase sliding across the floor as she used one knee to pin one man and both arms to pin the other, using ever bit of her strength to do so. "Get the suitcase!"She called back to Firo.

Yes. That was something Firo didn't like. True people had a right to privacy but eventually luggage on a train would be searched in order to avoid things like this. Oh well, things will happen with time and they couldn't be rushed. Coming to a stop, he too was breathing a bit heavy but most likely heavier than Otsama. However, he quickly regained his breath as she started to tell him what was going on.
"Alright." Firo replied in a low voice before Otsama opened the door.
He followed slowly and quietly, Monster was much more suited for this. However letting him out now wouldn't be best. Then it started, Otsama jumped them and the suitcase was flung across the floor. Firo took off and lunged for it. Whatever this thing was, it was most likely dangerous. Grabbing hold of the handle, he slid to a stop on the floor and stood up straight, only to nearly end up stabbed when a man swung a knife at him.
Swinging the suitcase, it slammed against the man who was trying to stab him. The suitcase ended up making the man stagger to the side. However that wasn't enough to keep him down, for they tossed the knife at him. It ended up getting him in the arm, though Firo didn't bother with it seeing as the man came at him as well. Gripping the suitcase with both hands, he swung it at the man as hard and fast as he could. The red showed in his eyes more as he swung it and the case slammed into the man. This time the guy stayed down.
"You alright?" Firo asked Otsama as he turned his gaze to her, though he took the knife out as he spoke.
