Bright lights danced in the New York City night life as it was certainly a hip and happening place to be. Everyone who was anyone was out that night and for who knew the reason to that was. The Avengers had been quiet in the past few days and Tony had been trying harder to get out of the office more, even he needed some super hero time to his own without having to worry about the Avengers on his back. Of course there was one big problem, being a famous Avenger it was no surprise that he had people screaming after him, he still liked it of course but to a lesser degree with all the fans that were around. In his young years he loved the crowd and people that had been one of his biggest fans. Sometimes he just wanted to have a normal life on occasions where he didn't have to worry about people running him over with every step he took.
Tony was leaving one of the bars just then as he was dressed in more casual clothing, obviously a bit more on the expensive side, but that was what you got for having so much money on his hands. Of course there was one thing that he did not leave without and that was his Ironman armor which had been held in his right hand ready to use in case something bad were to happen while he was out on this quick meaning. it was always a possibility these days in case a villain decided to attack in the middle of the day when he was as busy as ever. He had to be prepared for just about anything to happen.
As Tony stepped inside into the limmo that was his own car to drive him back to Stark industries, everything seemed normal for that night. Nothing was wrong as far as he could see. Nothing being the key word. As things suddenly changed there seemed to be a loud crashing noise as something large just barely missed the black limo and came crashing down onto the side walk behind them. Glass and pieces of metal went everywhere as the car was tossed into the air. At first Tony would have guessed that the Hulk was causing some sort of problem in Down Town with another strong hero like the Thing or Thor, it had always happened when the Hulk picked fights. "It looks like I'm needed. be back later if the car's still in one piece." Tony said to the driver, as he began to suit up after shutting the door behind him in order to go see what was going on. There had to be something going on in order to cause all these people to scream and run the other way.
Soon it wasn't long before Tony's armor appeared and it was in the familiar trade mark black and gold. His best and favorite Ironman Armor was out again as he began to get into action. His chest lit up where the arch reactor had been in place and as well his eyes on the top of his mask with a deep red glow. It was clear Tony was ready to go. "Jarvis now that I'm suited can you check out what's going on for me. Throwing cars is Hulk's thing, and I better not see him here causing trouble." tony said in a stern voice as he waited for his computer to start loading on to figure out what was going on.

Firo's night had been going well actually, of course it just had to go wrong somehow. Things were nice and quiet and then some strange creature had to show up on a rampage. The creature was rather large and strange looking, sadly Frio was in it's line of sight it seemed and it came at him. Moving out of the way was easy but as he moved he ended up getting something thrown at him, hitting him in the back.
Monster wasn't in a good mood today, it had been clawing at the back of Firo's mind to be let lose and this? This was the thing that caused Firo to snap. Bones rearranged while horns and scales appeared with claws and fangs growing. Until there was a rather large wolf like creature with horns standing there. Monster didn't waste no time in running toward the other creature and slamming into it head first, ramming the horns in it's head into the creature.
The brute strength of Monster pushed the other creature into the streets and into traffic. Causing a great deal of commotion. The creature grabbed hold of Monster and threw it to the side. Resulting in the red demonic looking wolf to slam into the ground and cause more traffic problems. Though Monster just got back up and let out a loud roar before charging the creature with a car or two thrown at him.

"Sir it appears that there are two creatures fighting down town. None of them seem to be ones that we know all that well." Jarvis said as he pulled up the co ordinates for Tony. At first he wasn't entirely sure if she should get in between the two creatures as they fought. But he could at least help with saving the lives of the humans instead of letting them suffer from the constant onslaught of cars being thrown at them. "I'll be there as fast as I can." He called out as he set off his flight systems on his feet to get as close as he could in order to the monsters.
As he got closer he could see more cars being thrown in the air, new York was perfect for something like this to happen in. There were cars everywhere, so it was like him being slammed into a concrete wall if he ever got too close to one of them. On one of the side walks as one of the cars was thrown, he saw at least three kids standing by as they watched the fight continue, "Look out you three!" He called out as he rushed forward to catch the three kids in his arms before the car slammed forward into the building behind them. He clenched each one of the kids in his arms as they all seemed stunned about what had happened. "Ironman! It's really you! Thanks for saving us!" They all called out in surprise to see the man in armor there for real. "It's not a problem at all. I suggest you three get out of here before more cars come crashing down or other things that the monster decides to pick up. Though that fury one I'm not so sure what to do about him just yet." tony said as he put the kids down as they listened to the hero as they began to leave the area trusting that Tony would have everything under control.
"Heay ugly! How about you stop trashing the city? Do you know how much money it takes to rebuild everything!?" Tony asked as he released the rockets that were on his shoulder as he aimed them for the second monster, though that is hard to say at this point if they were going to hit Firo in the process. He better move fast.

Monster didn't care about what was around him, all he wanted was to get his claws and fangs into the larger monster. This was a city, not his train. The people in the cars or near them weren't his 'passengers on the train' that he normally would care about. Course Firo cared more for them and since Monster knew this wasn't a train, the beast's desire and insanity won over Firo's mind and logic.
The creature didn't respond to what Tony said, however the rockets hit it hard and that was enough to get it's attention. Monster was just about to reach the creature when the rockets did and it resulted in the insane creature to jump to the side. Course he was confused by them and the red gaze went toward Tony as a snarl was given. Tony could interpret Monster's snarl as a sign to back off but Monster was just angered that Tony was interfering.
Turning his red gaze back to the creature, Monster let out a loud bark/growl sound as it lunged for the creature. Only to miss and end up swatted to the side as if he was nothing. Course the creature tossed another car at Tony.

It seemed like the rockets really did hit the monsters but it was clear he was going to need much more force than rockets. He had to think more about his suit and possibly find weak points like he had done with Foom with his current girlfriend Yuki. "I'm pretty sure that you got one of the monsters mad, sir." Jarvis said as Tony sighed. He didn't need a computer to tell him that. And not to mention Jarvis was being captain obvious once again but he didn't need to rub that in his electronic face of his. "Jarvis I'm pretty sure I'm the smart one here, you know." Tony said in return to defend himself from more use of words from his computer unless he really needed it.
However before Jarvis could get another word in Tony had to dodge almost immediantly to the side as another car came crashing down at him. This one had just barely missed him by a few inches. If he had been any closer that was not going to be pretty on his watch. The last thing he needed was to make it so he had to repair more armor. Though looking at how this fight was turning out, he probably would have some repairs to do down the road for sure. "We have to get these two out of such a populated area. The park might be a good place for that but first thing is first. Getting their attention." Tony said as he began to open up his shoulder compartments again like he was ready for more rockets, obviously he wasn't going to hit them this time but in an attempt for a distraction.

Monster rose to his feet in pure anger, letting out a growl as the hackles on it's back stood up. Getting onto all fours he was about to charge the creature again when the rockets went off. Tony was proving to be more of a nuisance to Monster. Turning it's red gaze to the man in the iron suit, he was clearly enraged. Okay this guy was interfering too much for Monster to just ignore him so, the beast did what he knew best. Started to run toward Tony.
The other creature though didn't budge, instead it picked up a car and tossed it at Tony and Monster. Monster had gotten closer to Tony by time the car was thrown and he was attempting to try and sink his fangs into the arm of Tony's suit. If he missed the car would end up striking Monster in the hind legs.

Now he really did it. Though he had been doing it unintentially this time it set off the two monsters even more as one charged him straight on. The other one was sending a car in his direction and he knew he had to react fast. A second thought had been considering deploying the Avengers for help if he could not handle these two on his own. To fangs started to come down on Tony as he reacted out of instinct on what to do.
"Jarvis we've got to get out of here now! And get this thing off of me!" He said as he fired up his flight system again but the Monster latched onto his suit with his fangs causing the armor to spark a bit. With one powerful repulsor blast Tony sent it in his direction. And at the same time he was trying to up his flight strength to increase the speed that he was going in order to get out of here and have the two monsters chasing him.

Monster did grab hold however his fangs weren't strange enough to break though the metal and latch on. So when Tony took off, Monster ended up slipping off and landed on the ground hard due to Tony's speed. Course the repulsor blast hit Monster as well and that didn't help.
The creature started off after Tony already, however Monster was slowly rising to his paws. Firo was fighting back and the blast weakened Monster to where Firo could try to regain control. However it didn't last for very long. Monster didn't like it when those he was fighting were able to get away, so he gave chase to both Tony and the other creature.

It seemed that repulsor ray had done the trick though maybe more than what Tony had hoped for. It seemed like Firo was starting to come back and maybe all he needed was to blast him again. Of course there was the fear of being mauled by a giant monster first. As Tony flew he was more paying attention to what was going on right in front of him. However that suddenly changed as he felt something hard run straight into his side. As he looked up he realized what the collision had been as the two heroes in flight ran straight into each other. "Ironman?" Nova asked in surprise but it was clear he was in a lot of pain. "And Nova." Tony said back as the two had a quick realization.
"No offense or anything but that was NOT fun. Next time pay attention where you're going. I think you'd know that." Sam said not amused by what had happened obviously as Tony sighed. "Ok Ok. I'm sorry but we've got more important things on hand right now." Tony said as he gestured to the on coming monsters.
"Oh right I can help you on that one. You seem to be heading to central park right?" He asked as Tony nodded in the mask. "Yes now hurry we've wasted enough time already." Tony said as he shot off leaving Nova to follow even though he was battered and bruised. It was clear Tony wasn't very fond of the SHIELD agents and SHIELD in general due to having a bad past but now was not the time to pick fights with an agent. After all, an enemy of your enemy could be your friend. Or ally in this case.

The creature was still following after Tony and it didn't seem to take much notice of Nova. Though it was clear that it would pay attention when they got to the park. Monster though could care less that there was another player in the game. Tony had caused him to lose the fight that it was fighting, so what better way to get payback than to try and rip Tony himself apart?
The fact that his fangs had hit nothing but metal due to the ironman suit, didn't really matter to him. There had to be some way to get the metal off and Monster was just going to be that persistent once he was able to get close to Tony. Once in the park, Monster turned his red gaze up to the sky and snarled when he could see Tony flying around.

"And he's still mad from the looks of things." Tony said with a sigh. Though as he did look back he thought about charging up his repulsor rays again since it seemed to have stunned the monster last time. Why not try it again? It was worth a shot that was for sure. "Jarvis charge up my repulsor rays as much as you can. I think trying again with the repulsor rays will give us some sort of result." Tony said but he knew that this also might be a bad idea as well. It seemed that Sam seemed to be keeping the other creature at bay as well as he started to fight it off. It was now two on two at this point in the game. Tony wasn't by himself either.
Once Jarvis finished charging Tony's repulsors he sent out a blast towards firo's direction. Of course he had doubts that it'd really hit. He'd just have to wait and see and the results would come in due time. If they didn't work according to plan, Tony would have to find some other way to beat the Monster.

Monster wasn't too badly blinded by insanity to see that there was a attack coming. The repulsor ray came at him, though Monster took off to the side quickly and the attack missed. A loud roar left him as if he was taunting Tony and really, that's what it was. Insanity was to blame really. Though there was a question as to how Monster was going to get at Tony. True he had strength that was very very strong, but he couldn't fly.
Though...that didn't stop the blood red colored monster from trying. Crouching down low to the ground, Monster took off and after a little bit leaped into the air. Attempting to reach Tony and trying to grab hold of the man.
(ooc: wasn't sure what to have the other creature to do. Sorry)

Ooc: It's ok. Pretty sure that you got my messages in the c-box.
Bic: "Sir it's coming straight at you." Jarvis said and Tony recognized this as he started to put up his shield. But just at the last minute Sam seemed to recognize the danger as well as he flew forward, and knocked Tony out of the way in an attempt to make it so the older man would not get hit. And with his empty hand he struck an on coming photon blast hoping that this time it'd work. So far the monster looked strong, just like the Hulk. Well he wasn't the hulk right? He had to have a weakness somewhere, otherwise they were being bounced around.
"You can thank me later, you know." Sam said a bit sternly knowing that they hadn't really been co operating in this battle. Tony couldn't help but sigh as seeing things were turning bad to worse. Really how hard could two monsters be? He didn't want to be the laughing stock where he called in the Avengers for nothing. But if his life was on the line and so were others, that maybe a call for reinforcements.

Before Monster could reach Tony, the target was moved aside by another. Why was everything interfering?!!! Was it Interference Day or something?!! Since he was in the air, there was nothing that Monster could do to avoid the blast and thus was hit as if he was a bull's eye. Sent flying back down, he landed on the ground hard.
Monster let loose a low growl/snarl as it tried to stand on all fours after coming into contact with the ground. Being hit by both a stronger blast and the force when he landed on the ground was enough to make it to where Monster couldn't keep Firo locked away any longer. It took a few minutes, however where the blood red wolf once was there was now a person there. Course Firo wasn't really standing, he was just sitting there trying to catch his breathe and make sure Monster wouldn't get lose again.
I've got a lot of explaining to do... Firo though in his head.

It looks like Sam had an idea going on as Tony looked back to see that the monster had disappeared. In replace of the creature stood a human. A human? Tony was not at all impressed by this, though the human might have been a mutant at this point. "Someone has some explaining to do." Tony said as he flew down to where Firo was and it wasn't long before Sam followed after. However Tony lifted up the mask belonging to the suit of his armor that covered his face. Now he had a clearer look to see who was right in front of him and there was no mistaking that the person looked normal.
"And pretty sure a good chunk of New York got caught in the crossfire." Sam said knowing that SHIELD would probably know about this as well. Sam could see that Tony's leg armor was sparking from where the wolf like monster had struck him earlier. But it seemed other than that he had been fine.
