Three days had gone by since Lance had met the young girl Sarah, but he had found himself a little busy with some of his classes. But like he had promised Lance had made the call to Sarah and her mother that they were clear to come to the school for a visit and possibly for Sarah to enroll. Though he was running a little behind to meet up with them to greet them and give a tour of the more important parts of the mansion.
With his classes finished for the time being and finally being able to get a break in between them. After changing and washing up a bit from his gym classes Lance headed down to the lobby, now only able to wait for Sarah and her mother to arrive. Though he was hoping they wouldn't end up accidently lost since the mansion gates were sometimes difficult to find thanks to the large shrubs that hide them from view either way when walking or driving down the road. But sometimes it was rather easy to spot when someone had a good eye.
But another factor was Lance had no idea how this meeting would go, especially since some students were still having a break from class or doing homework. He was actually almost tempted to maybe have one of the older students join them to give Sarah a little more insight of what it was like nowadays since his time as a student a few years ago.

Seeing as the school was near by, Sarah and her Mother desided to walk to the school. Though they had no idea it was so far into the woods. Not that the two minded of course they both enjoyed long walks and this could be the very last time in a long time they would get a chance to walk together. As they walked down the road Sarah did her best to keep a eye out for the gate. She had been so happy to get a phone call from Lance, the man she had met at the mail. Though before that she and her Mother had a very long talk. In the end her Mother agreed to come and look at the school, My, this place sure is hidden. For such a huge place its hard to find." said Suzanna with a sigh.
Sarah could not help but laugh at her Mother, " Well Mother this place is a safe haven and a secret. Of course it would be hard to find." Sarah said with a smile. Suzanna merly chucked and sighed. Her daughter was right so there was nothing more to say on the matter. After a few more minutes of walking Sarah saw something that seemed out of place for a forest. "Hey Mother, I think I see the gate." Sarah said with a smile and took off in a run. H-hey! Sarah wait!"Suzanna laughed and chased after her daughter. And Sarah was right the two came up to the gate, but nether new how to call someone to get past it. So Sarah walked right up tp the huge gate and looked inside from there.
Wow it really was a huge!! And if all went well she could end up living here! from where she stood she could hear and see the students running around talking and what not. But how does she get in? " Umm Hello?? I'm here to meet Mr. Lance?" Sarah said and hoped she would be seen ether on a camra or a student would hear her.

When Sarah and her mother had arrived to the front gate Laurie was one of the many students sitting outside. Though she was reading out by the fountain, sitting on it's concrete edge and reading about the olympian myths that had sprung up over time, currently at the moment of Hercules' twelve labors. It was just one of the many things that captured her interest when it came to reading and she currently had her classes completed for the moment. It may have not been for the day due to night classes but it was certainly far enough along the day she could get a break.
But upon hearing someone call from the gate the blue skinned woman looked up, seeing the new comer and her mother which surprised her. So Lance had found a new student to enroll at the institute? It had been some time since anyone new had come around the school but it was nice to see a new face. Closing her book Laurie stood and took flight, seeming to just fly on her own power as she came over to the gate at a fast speed seeming as they must have had an appointment and she knew Lance was running behind due to his own classes. "Hello there, welcome to the institute."Laurie greeted them with a slight smile upon landing, but could see excitement from Sarah rather then some of the usual uncertainty and fear most had when coming there. She had been one of them not too long ago and still to this day was uncertain of her powers.
Opening the gate Laurie allowed them to step inside before closing the front gate again,"Sorry Lance isn't here yet to meet you, he was running behind with one of his classes. But in the mean time till he arrives I can lead you to the front steps."She told them. Though unlike Lance Laurie's mutation was much more obvious of her blue exoskeleton that actually seemed like skin, her facial markings, and protrusions along her head and some obvious on her shoulders through her shirt. But it wasn't long before she said this did the young mutant hear Lance call out to them.
((Hope you don't mind but thought I would add one of my older students to help. :3 ))

Indeed Lance was still running late, making sure he hadn't forgotten anything after arriving to the lobby,since sometimes he did tend to forget something when he was in a rush. But satisfied things were in order Lance headed to the door and stepped out into the warm sun-lit day. It was certainly a perfect time for such an occasion in bringing in a new student to which Lance was glad for, knowing it would have been much more difficult in bad weather. There were several spots he was actually hoping to show Sarah in the outdoors but if it had been bad weather he would have had to wait to do so.
Turning his attention from the weather to the front gates he had noticed some activity going on, seeing one of the older students, Laurie, speaking with someone. And to his delight it was Sarah and he assumed the woman beside her was her mother. So they both came after all and he was glad for that, knowing a parent like Sarah's may hold some reservations of a school that was keeping much of it's other side a secret besides being a high end teaching facility, to which it was that and a training ground for new mutants that would come in now and again. Many had come through these doors and he doubted it would end any time soon.
With a smile he quickly jogged towards the three, "Hey Sarah glad you could make it!"He called, announcing his arrival and coming to a stop beside Laurie before giving a greeting smile. "You must be Sarah's mother, it's nice to meet you ma'am. My name is Lance Bond and this is another of our older students Laurie Tromette."Lance said as he held out a hand.

Sarah looked over at the girl who came over to greet them. And due to the color of her skin Sarah could tell she was a Mutant
Due to her blye skin and pink hair, Sarah thought she looked cool. Sarah nodded when the girl said Lance had been held up with classes, When Laurie opened the gate Sarah and her mother walked in thanking Laurie for letting them in. When the older girl offered to take them to the first steps Sarah smiled and nodded, " Alight L-" She cut herself off when she heard Mr. Lance's voice. She turned her head to see him running over. Sarah smiled and waved at him and Suzanna nodded and smiled. So this was Mr. Lance her daughter had met while out at the mall.
" Gald to be here Mr.Lance." Sarah said with a smile. Suzanna smiled when Lance guessed she was Sarah's mother. " Yes, I am. My name isSuzanna Hideki, I'm pleased to meet you Mr. Bond. Sarah has not stopped talking about you or this school you have told her about." She said as she took Lance's hand and shook it before letting his hand go.

With Lance's arrival Laurie decided to let him take over with introductions and the welcome while she just stood by to watch. Though she was curious to see how this turned out and decided she might as well stick around for a little while just in case Lance might need a hand in showing them around the mansion. After all it was a pretty big place and one never knew when they could get lost. In a place like this it wasn't uncommon to get lost and confused with where to go but eventually you got use to it. Though with her speed and flight Laurie found herself able to move around quicker then others at the mansion.

Lance smiled when hearing Sarah was glad to be there, nodding slightly to show he was glad for that before chuckling at what Suzanna said. "Well she seemed quite excited to know about this place Mrs.Hideki, but it doesn't seem the excitement is diminished since we last saw each other at the mall."He said to which he was happy for. If anything he was sure Sarah would be able to integrate into the school with relative ease since most students there were quite out-going and always welcoming those who were new.
With another smile he began leading the two towards the front of the school, Laurie taking up the rear of the group. "Well as you can see already this place is quite a large estate, and to give you a little information about it that I told Sarah Mrs.Hideki this place was founded by our headmaster Professor Charles Xavier. He made this school in order to teach mutants to better use their powers and to hopefully one day have humans and mutants co-exist in harmony one day. That dream still lives on in the rest of us."Lance explained as they walked, at the moment deciding what to show them first.
But after a bit he decided to give them the chance to choose what to see first. "So is there anything in particular you would like to see first on this grand tour?"He asked them.

Sarah and her Mother started to follow Lance as he spoke of how this place was founded. Sarah had heard that before so it was not new to her. Though when Lance came to a stop and asked where she would like to go, Sarah stared at him blankly for a few minutes as she thought about. There was so much to see but soo little time.. Sarah had no idea where she wanted to go first. " I have no idea to tell the truth... Ummm... How about the inside of the mansion? If I'm going to live here I need to start getting used to it." Sarah said with a smile. Suzanna just smiled and nodded, she two wanted to see the inside of the mansion, it would be nice to see the place her daughter would be staying, though that thought made her feel lonely.

"Ah the hard part first, always the best thing to get out of the way."Lance said with a slight nod, chuckling at Laurie's own remark about the inside of the mansion being like a maze. Unfortunately he couldn't agree more with the younger mutant, especially since it was very true when someone first entered it and began trying to find their way around. But after a while it wasn't that bad since you eventually just got a feel for the place and learned how to navigate the mansion like it was second nature.
Opening the front door Lance led Suzanna and Sarah into the front lobby of the mansion which was made of white marble. On the lower floor a few different halls seemed to lead to different parts of the mansion while the grand stair case split off to two larger halls above. Though to one smaller hall there seemed a elevator tucked away almost out of sight. "Welcome to the inside of the school you two, and as you can see several places to explore and visit. But to make this a little quicker I'll show you the more important parts of the mansion so you know where those are at least."Lance said as he looked back at them.

"Hard part? This place is like a maze until you actually memorize it."Laurie remarked, knowing this was going to be a long tour even if it was cut down to just a few places. Though even with her first week there it didn't take long for Laurie to explore and get a mental map of the place so she didn't get lost. But with no longer having that problem it have become relatively easy to get around and not get lost. Though sometimes it happened to even those who were here for a while and just not thinking about it.
Following them inside Laurie really wondered what Sarah and her mother would think when they realized how big this place really was from the inside. The front of the mansion itself already had several halls leading from it and smaller ones further inside to lead to multiple places of the building. So now it was just the matter of getting to those places before it got too late.

The hard part? Sarah blinked and wondered if she wanted to change her mind. She did not want Mr.Lance to go through more work then he had to. But before she could say anything, Lance and Laurie started to lead them to the mansion. As they walked Sarah looked at Laurie, she would like to take time to get to know the older girl sometime. But for now that would have to wait, When they entered the mansion Sarah could not help but gasp. It was sooo huuge!!! This... This was going to take time getting used to.. After living in such a small place how huge the mansion is it was a little overwhelming. " Whoah! I bet a small town could fit in here!" Sarah said in awe.
Indeed it was very shocking how big the place was, Suzanna was speechless. It seemed this place would provid the things she wished she could have for her daughter. But things had been hard after the death of her husband. But she had a feeling things would easier now and her daughter would be able to have the life she always wanted for her. After getting over her shock Sarah looked at Lance and smiled, "Where to first sir?" Sarah asked with excitement in her eyes.

"Well let's begin with the down stairs first, get to the boring stuff later."Lance said with a chuckle but couldn't help looking at Laurie at her own words,"Only you wouldn't find school boring Laurie,"He said with a good hearted chuckle before leading them towards the hall that actually lead to the kitchen but nodded towards a door. "By the way that door there is to Professor Xavier's office, he's not here right now but maybe one of these days you'll meet him Sarah."He said as he indicated the smooth oak door before they arrived into the hall way.
It took several steps before he pushed open a door, showing the rather decent sized kitchen inside with another way leading to what seemed a dining room. "Here of course is the kitchen and right through there is the grand dining room. The cupboards are always stocked full and pretty much everyone raids the kitchen now and again."Lance explained as he held the door for them in case they wished to check it out.

Laurie though let out a scoff,"Boring stuff? Oh please Lance, school isn't that bad unless you make it out to be that way."She said when he said about the boring stuff but managed to smile when he commented she wouldn't find school boring. Though it was the truth. She loved school and had even graduated early just before she was seventeen before going off to college when she had found one that held her interest in becoming a journalist. Unfortunately she wasn't quite sure now if that would be possible thanks to her mutation, not unless she had an image inducer to hide in plain sight.
Pushing that to the back of her mind for now Laurie began to follow but had noticed Sarah's look towards her. It made Laurie wonder if she was perhaps curious about her, scared of her, or even uneasy with how she looked. She knew many humans wouldn't have openly accepted her due to what her mutation had brought about with her skin being blue along with the markings and protrusions around her body. It sometimes made her long to be normal looking or just plain normal again but that would likely never happen in her case.
When they reached the kitchen Laurie let Lance explain things about the kitchen and dining room, preferring to be quiet for now unless she had to give her input.

Sarah could not help but giggle a little as Lance and Laurie spoke, well she really could not wait to get to know Laurie now. She seemed like a fun person to be around. Suzanna smiled warmly as she watched, she was already likeing this school seeing how nice and friendly everyone was so far. When Lance started to move Sarah and her Mother followed, When Lance spoke of Professor Xavier. Sarah took in everyword and nodded, he seemed like a cool guy. And was a little sad she would not be able to meet him now. Oh well she would just have to try to meet him later. So she made a point to remeber this door, she would come back and see if she could catch him sometime. As they went on she made sure to remeber everything that Lance showed knowing she would be coming to those places a lot.
Oi though this place was huge and she guessed that when left to find things on her own she would get lost.. She hoped she would not get in trouble for being late... " Wow this is going to take a while to remember.. And I do hope I get to meet Professor Xavier. He sounds like a really cool guy from what I just heard.. I may just have to stalk his door till I get to see him." Sarah said with laugh as she followed Lance and Laurie. She was kinda jokeing but she also meant it as well but she guessed she would be to busy to be able to stalk Professor Xavier's office.

Lance chuckled slightly when Sarah said she would stalk his door,"Sarah he would know your there before you could even think of trying that. He's one of the most powerful telepaths in the world so reading your thoughts would be no problem."He told her knowing that it might ruin the fun but it would certainly be amusing to see another student trying to sneak up on Professor X, many had tried. But the old Professor never seemed to mind it as he actually was a good humored man and seemed to rather enjoy the energy the younger students brought to the mansion.
"Well right this way, down here you will find your large living room plus a lounge and recreation room."Lance said as he lead them to a smaller hall that allowed them to arrive into a rather large living room that was certainly larger then most but another smaller hall way from the other larger hall was also connected to it.
